Do you ever look in the mirror and think, okay, I'm not the smartest, hottest, most
confident version of myself right now, I'm not that happy, but if I wanted to, how do
I even get there?
So this was me too, and that's why I tried to do everything right.
Eat clean, working out, reading all the self-help books, trying different diets, but all of
it just left me feeling more and more disconnected from my body, like I was doing what worked
for everyone else it seemed, but why wasn't it working for me?
And then one day, through all the Chloe Ting workouts, running a marathon, doing water
polo, weightlifting, hiking, swimming, intermittent fasting, going vegan, obsessing over food,
one day I stopped looking outside of myself for answers and I looked at my birth chart.
And that is when things really started to click.
And I know, I know astrology sounds all woo-woo, but I'm not just talking about reading horoscopes
and manifesting under the new moon, I am talking about understanding the literal blueprint
you were given at birth to understand your health, your relationships, your style, your
life purpose, and then aligning with that so you feel in flow, so you feel in alignment.
We literally have a custom map, and when I saw that, I realized all of the wrong turns
that I was making was because I was straying away from who I truly was.
And being able to look at this blueprint, being able to understand astrology helped
me realize who I truly was and how I could align with that.
When I did do this, I started noticing real changes, results, feelings that I had never
achieved through my years of practice.
First off, I felt less pressure to be someone that I wasn't.
I found workouts that I actually enjoyed and that didn't burn me out because believe me,
I used to go in these cycles of burnout, of getting injured, doing all of these hardcore
workouts I saw online, and just getting in these burnout cycles, never being able to
keep up, never being able to fully stay consistent with one thing.
I stopped chasing validation in relationships.
I attracted my dream partner by tapping into my astrology because there were parts of myself
that I wasn't looking at, parts of myself that I wasn't healing, and I was trying to
follow all of this mainstream advice that didn't work for me.
It just led me more and more astray, less and less fulfilled.
And then I finally started wearing clothes that made me feel good.
Genuinely, the fabrics, the colors, the styles that made me feel comfortable, that made me
feel like I could authentically express myself, rather than just being a zombie to the trends.
And don't get me wrong, it's not that I don't follow trends sometimes, but I know what works
for me and what doesn't.
Not only do I feel like I'm glowing on the outside, but I also have been doing the healing
on the inside to get to this point.
Like, understanding my Virgo Sun was the first step.
It is why I crave structure and I crave healing.
Like being of service to people is literally part of my brand.
And then my Pisces Rising, it showed me that I didn't have to hide my softness behind
hustle.
And my Cancer Venus showed me that my sensuality was in my emotions.
The very thing I was trying to suppress.
No longer was I pretending to be what I thought was attractive, I was embracing the attraction
already within me.
And my Sagittarius Midheaven, this unlocked the teacher in me.
Guys, I had always believed, oh I can't be a teacher, that won't be successful, but guys,
look at me now.
Look at me now.
The very thing that I do and love is being able to teach people about all of these different
subjects around astrology.
It really helped me understand deep down what I was craving and finally gave me that permission
and confidence to go after that.
It's so easy to see everything online and think, I'm going to go after this.
We get distracted.
But when we look at our chart, we can see what is actually written in our purpose and
we can align with that.
In this video, I am going to be honest and tell you exactly how astrology helped me glow
up.
From overworking, suppressing my emotions, to healing and feeling at home in my body.
From gym burnout and food guilt, to feeling amazing in my body and having a routine that
I love showing up for.
And from trying to fit this mold in dating, to actually aligning with myself and attracting
my dream partner.
This is not a video about how to be that girl.
This is a video of how to be your chart aligned self.
So if you've ever been feeling like you are missing that final step, that final key to
unlock your true self, to unlock your glow up if you will, this might just be what you
need to hear.
So let's get started guys.
Let's do some background.
And it's funny because I don't usually share stuff like this on social media.
We are definitely getting personal, I think more personal than I ever have on this YouTube
channel.
My main platforms are TikTok and Instagram.
You know, I usually just stick to teaching, but I really believe that at this point in
my journey, sharing my experience is going to help you guys.
So let's get into it.
I love you.
So my astrology obsession did not just show up in my twenties.
It started when I was like 10 or 11 years old.
I was that 10 year old kid who would scroll through the Instagram memes about astrology
and immediately text them to my friends.
Like lol this is so us.
It really started light hearted, like many of you, with the sun sign stereotypes, the
usual Virgo is a clean freak, Virgo is a perfectionist, but something about it always felt more than
just a meme to me.
It really felt personal.
And I loved getting to know myself, being able to read something that told me things
about myself I didn't fully understand.
Then came the moment where everything changed.
I learned about my sun, my moon, and my rising sign.
And if you guys know your big three, please drop them in the comments.
Suddenly I was not just a Virgo.
I was a Virgo sun, I was an Aries moon, and a Pisces rising.
This unlocked a whole new world.
I wasn't just reading about personality traits, I was reading about myself.
My friends and I would go on long walks around this one trail near our neighborhood, talking
about our birth charts.
And we were so young, we were analyzing the drama of what was going on through the lens
of astrology.
And over time as we grew, it became a language for self-discovery, for growing compassion
for people.
It's how we made sense of growing up, how we made sense of the heartbreaks.
We did not have therapists at the time, we were sitting under the stars analyzing our
moon signs and what we needed in love, what we weren't getting in love, and why things
weren't working.
And honestly, looking back, I think we were healing without really realizing it.
By the time I was 14, I was the go-to astrology girl in my friend group.
People would come to me with birth times, and I would just drop what I'm doing, sit
down with them, and analyze their chart.
And I loved it.
Not in a performative way, but because helping people understand themselves too brought me
peace and it brought me chills.
When I feel like something is resonating with someone, I will get full-body chills.
And then life got a bit harder, so around 15 or 16 years old, I started feeling seriously
lost for the first time in my life.
School felt draining, something that I used to love to pour my heart into.
Things felt kind of blurry, and no matter how hard I worked, I felt like I was climbing
someone else's mountain.
And that's when astrology shifted from something that was fun or like a party trick, to survival
if you will.
And then I remember journaling about my north node after sitting down watching this video
and having my jaw open to the floor because it felt so accurate.
Things just clicked at that point.
At that point in life, I thought I wanted to become a psychologist or a psychiatrist
to go through all of these years of schooling and be able to heal people, heal their minds
through that work.
And honestly, it just sounded successful.
It sounded like it was going to make me money, it was going to be a stable job.
But then realizing where my north node was, the sign, the house, the aspects, I figured
out that although I had been living a life of scarcity, emotional upset, having to understand
the psychological motivations of others to survive, living in states of drama, I realized
that I was meant to move away from that.
I was meant to live a life of peace, and I could achieve that through hard work and consistency.
And I had everything within me to get there.
But part of my karmic contract was to enjoy the pleasures of life.
I was meant to enjoy luxury, I was meant to enjoy peace and stability and calmness, instead
of being in this state of chaos that was so familiar to me.
And being able to look in my chart and see the potential for a better future than my
current circumstance is what gave me the confidence to put in the work and go after it.
I realized that my path wasn't meant to be traditional, I wasn't meant to just be a psychologist
or a psychiatrist, and I didn't have to chase this job out of a fear, out of a mindset of scarcity.
It was literally written in my north node to have a business for myself and to be able
to help heal people through that business.
Honestly, I could talk about it for hours, and I have a north node video if you guys
want to learn about yours, but it was a game changer.
Everything that used to feel wrong finally made sense for me.
My sensitivity, my indecisiveness, and it was like I was listening to this person on
the screen tell me about this placement and realizing I have suppressed this desire because
I didn't believe that it was part of my potential.
I didn't believe that I could achieve it, and this is quite literally showing me I have
this dream for a reason, I'm meant to go after it.
And then from there I started seeing every planet in my chart as a guide, each one holding
a different part of the story.
I went from doubting myself constantly to realizing I'm not broken, maybe I'm just
misaligned.
Instead of fighting with my natural energy, my placements, I was aligning with them.
Looking back, astrology didn't give me a step-by-step plan for life, it gave me permission.
Permission to be complex, permission to hold contradictions, to feel things deeply, to
not always have it figured out, but to trust that my soul came here with a plan.
And from that point on, I made a promise to myself that I would stop trying to be someone
I thought I should be, and instead start learning about and uncovering the person I really was.
Because for the first time, I felt like someone understood what I could not put into words.
Growing up, I really thought success always looked a certain way.
Going to a school, getting into an ivy league, picking a career that made me appear as smart,
growing my brain, maybe something in psychology, because it felt deep, but also it felt safe.
It made money, and I was chasing what I thought would make me be respected, happy, stable.
But deep down, I didn't really want that.
Learning my north node felt like a friend telling me, you're not meant to follow what's
comfortable.
You are here to grow.
And that hit so hard, because it shows us what's familiar, and what's a little challenging,
but what will truly fulfill us if we go after it.
The north node isn't about what you're good at, definitely not, but it's about what your
soul came here to master.
And let me tell you, my north node was not what I expected.
It really challenged me.
It told me to stop hiding behind roles that felt familiar.
It told me to get out of that mindset of scarcity and believe that there was something more
abundant.
It made me realize my worth wasn't tied to somebody else, and I didn't have to be a side
character.
I didn't have to pour into others to receive love.
I was here to believe in myself, to lead, to build, and master self-love.
I was like, who am I to create something on my own?
I didn't come from a business background, I didn't come from a family that set me up
for that.
I did not have a step-by-step plan.
I couldn't help it after I learned that in the back of my mind.
I knew I needed to trust my path.
And over time, what I thought was my weakness, being sensitive, needing my alone time, and
also having a very intense relationship to work, all of these things were actually strengths.
Little by little, I started letting go of the pressure to follow those traditional roles.
I stopped obsessing over grades.
I let go of the need to look impressive on paper.
And instead, I began to be someone aligned in reality, even if the people around me couldn't
fully accept that at first.
I followed those little breadcrumbs I was starting to see in my chart, and the first
thing was an interest in spirituality, and then it moved on to healing, and then it moved
on to teaching what I had learned, and then it moved on to creating content like this.
And each time I honored those things, I felt lighter, I felt more like me.
I was starting to attract people and opportunities that resonated with who I truly was.
One of the biggest lessons I learned from this placement is that you can't glow up
if you're not growing inside.
Aesthetic changes?
Super cute.
New workouts?
That's great, you're getting fit.
But the thing is, none of that matters if we're not stepping into the version of ourselves
we're meant to embody.
All of the physical things are not going to be enough to hide and suppress that inner
calling.
Your glow up is not meant to be easy, it is supposed to distract you.
The north node asks you to walk towards the unknown, even when it's terrifying.
When your ego is screaming at you, stay small, stay safe, go with the familiar.
But the reward of alignment comes with peace, it comes with waking up every day and feeling
like I love myself, I enjoy who I'm becoming.
I remember just sitting there journaling and realizing I don't have to analyze people's
problems to feel like I have a purpose.
And that felt so much more aligned to me.
Building something that I knew helped me so deeply that could also help others.
Ideas flowed, people resonated with my message, my audience grew.
Not because I had the perfect strategy, but because I was finally being true to myself.
It was like I didn't have to seek approval anymore, I understood what I was meant to
share and I just started sharing it.
Learning about my astrology gave me the permission I never knew that I needed to stop seeking
approval and start living from what my truth was.
And that was really empowering.
It's not easy to be the girl who starts pulling up birth times and checking your birth chart
and preaching that astrology can help you in this way, but I always knew that this was
part of what I was meant to do.
I just didn't have the confidence and the confirmation I wanted in order to start it.
So if you've ever felt stuck and unsure of your path, not understanding why it's so hard,
why you're hustling so so much but not reaching that level of fulfillment, it might be because
you're not walking on the right path.
And sometimes the very first step is remembering what your soul came here to do and saying
yes to that path even when it scares you.
Now let's talk about emotions because astrology quite literally gave me a toolkit and honestly
I feel like it's helped me more than the years of therapy I've tried.
And I love therapy, I do think it's beneficial.
Astrology has just helped me understand my limitations on such a deeper level.
Before I understood my moon, I was always a little bit off emotionally.
I couldn't understand why I went from totally fine to completely overwhelmed in the span
of a few seconds.
Or why I processed things so differently from the people around me.
Sometimes I felt explosive.
Other times I felt emotionally distant.
I really used to think that something was wrong with me until I started studying the
moon sign in astrology.
And by the way, I'm an Aries moon if you couldn't tell already.
Figuring out that I was an Aries moon was like a manual to my inner world, to the most
private parts of myself.
Your moon sign is all about your emotional language.
How you feel safe, how you soothe yourself.
And when I learned about mine, so many past experiences finally made sense.
It explained to me why I was wired for movement.
When I felt sad or anxious, I wanted to move my body to work out.
Why sitting still and trying to figure out my emotions never worked.
I needed walks, nature, action to move the emotions through my body, not just sit and
analyze them.
It also showed me why I can come across as really intense when I'm expressing myself.
Why I could be so brutally honest in ways that hit people a little too hard.
I wasn't heartless, I was just processing emotions too fiercely and too fast.
And I didn't always take the time to pause and soften my words.
Learning about my moon sign helped me become so much more compassionate, not just to others
but also to myself.
It really gave me permission to feel things fully and channel that energy in a constructive
way instead of exploding.
And beyond just emotional awareness, my moon sign gave me confidence to create emotional
boundaries.
And no, boundaries are not easy to create.
However, when we're aware of what we need, what we crave, what soothes us, it's easier
to give ourselves that.
I realized that being an empath didn't mean I needed to be a sponge.
That I could feel things deeply without losing myself in the process.
It also helped me understand my rhythm, like why I needed adventure to recharge, but also
why I craved solitude.
Why emotions sometimes came in waves.
Even when nothing was technically wrong, I was still feeling some emotional high or low.
I understood the cycles of my emotions and how to ride them through.
I began tracking them not just astrologically, but also physically.
Understanding the transits, how it affected my emotions.
I also started to understand when I was emotionally out of sync a lot earlier than before.
When I was forcing productivity during emotional low points.
Before I would shame myself for not being consistent.
Now I understand that emotional consistency doesn't mean being the same every day.
It means honoring the truth of where you are day to day.
Through this, I began to trust my feelings and my intuition again.
Not just reacting to those emotions, but listening to them.
Asking what is this emotion trying to tell me?
What do I need to do right now?
How can I communicate this in a way that others will receive?
One huge shift was how much peace I found through expression.
Journaling, voice notes, crying to music, and having deep talks are some of the best
ways for me to move through emotions in a healthy way.
And when I started honoring my moonsigns emotional needs, I didn't just feel better.
I felt more in tune with myself.
Way more emotionally intelligent in my relationships.
I stopped blaming others for misunderstanding me, and instead focused on understanding myself.
That meant unlearning old patterns.
Like pretending I was fine when I wasn't.
Trying to bottle everything up, thinking that being the strong person was the way to go.
Now I am leading with honesty, saying hey, I am feeling overwhelmed right now.
Can we talk?
Or hey, I need some space.
This is what I need right now.
I stopped expecting people to guess my feelings.
I learned to ask for space when I needed it.
To have a routine that helps me move through those emotional tides.
And I started building up deeper emotional intimacy in my relationships.
When I understood their astrology, or their moonsign, or how they wanted to be cared for
and soothed and talked to.
The glow up from this emotional clarity is unreal, and I want you guys all to experience
this as well.
I became less reactive, I became more grounded, reclaiming that depth and that intuitive awareness
as a superpower.
When you align with your moonsign, you stop feeling like a stranger in your own body.
You start to trust yourself and you realize that feelings are not flaws, they are messages.
The more fluent that we become in our emotional language, the easier it is to show up in all
areas of life.
Alright, so now let's talk about the glow up on the outside.
Because yes, astrology helps me glow up physically too.
But not in the way that most people would expect.
It wasn't about makeup tutorials or copying Pinterest trends, it was about aligning with
my Venus and my rising sign, finally dressing like me.
I used to think that looking attractive meant keeping up with every single trend.
Those skinny jeans, the mid-rise ones that would dig into my waist, the red lipstick,
all of these loud, bold outfits that I thought I should wear to be magnetic, to be attractive.
I didn't feel beautiful in those things, I felt like I was wearing a costume.
And then I started studying my chart through the lens of self-expression.
I realized I have a Pisces rising and a Cancer Venus.
Two signs ruled by water, softness, sensitivity.
These placements don't scream for attention, they invite, they soothe, they reflect.
And suddenly everything made sense.
I realized why I hated tight, restrictive clothing no matter how much I wanted to love it.
Why I didn't feel confident in those intense, structured pieces.
My Pisces rising wanted to flow, to be able to move, soft fabrics, silhouettes that moved
with my body, not against it.
I started wearing looser dresses, more sweatsuits, wider leg pants, soft sweaters, things that
made me feel like I could move.
And I finally felt like I could breathe in my own skin.
Colors really were a key part of the glow-up as well.
I used to force myself into reds, blacks, deep, intense colors because I thought they
were powerful.
But my chart, it actually thrived in the opposite.
The lighter colors, the creams, the blues, the pastels, the soft greens, the silvers.
Think ethereal, feminine, and gentle.
So for example, this blue, right?
And then the highlighter here.
And then drawing attention to the eyes, having some like jewelry, having light pink nails
if you can see.
Having this that is very Pisces.
The pink crystal bracelet, right?
It all is incorporating that Pisces energy and the Cancer Venus.
The moment I started dressing in these colors, these tones, people literally started telling
me that I was glowing, that I looked so good.
They would be surprised when I walked into a room.
I would get compliments on the very items that I was wearing in alignment with my astrology.
And my Cancer Venus, that took things even deeper.
Venus isn't just about style, it's about how we attract.
How we love.
How we relate and indulge in pleasure.
Cancer Venus is very sentimental, it's very intuitive, it's soft but powerful.
So instead of trying to be that fierce siren, I started leaning into the more nurturing
muse.
Wearing jewelry that told stories, that were sentimental for me.
Crystal bracelets like these, my cross necklace that I have, the high priestess tarot necklace,
the Virgo necklace.
Every piece felt like an extension of my soul.
And this isn't just about aesthetics, right?
This was about energy.
Bringing that energy of the chart into the outfits.
When you dress in alignment with your Venus and rising, you literally create an energetic
field around you that draws people in, but the right people, aligned with who you truly
are.
You become magnetic in a way that feels effortless.
It's like you're not trying, you're just being.
I stopped chasing that baddie aesthetic, which is so attractive and it works really well
on certain signs.
No matter how badly I wanted to fit it, it just doesn't work well with my chart.
And instead, I started wearing things that made me feel beautiful, held, grounded, comfortable.
When I started embracing the Cancer Venus energy in my style, and just in general, I
healed so much around self-love and self-worth.
I stopped trying to perform seduction, and instead I tapped into that natural magnetism.
I nurtured myself, I saw my softness as a strength, and that is when love found me.
When I met my dream partner.
A type of genuine, real love.
Not something performative or chaotic.
A love that was safe and expansive.
A partner who challenges me in the right ways and supports me in the ways I need.
And I truly don't believe that would have happened unless I honored my astrology and
my Venus sign in particular.
Guys, even the way that I move has drastically changed.
I used to rush everything, try and move super fast, talk super fast, to try and attract
people.
But once I started dressing in a way that feels like home, I naturally slowed down.
I became more embodied, more sensual, more present.
Because your rising and your Venus don't just tell you what to wear, they tell you
how you can carry yourself.
My Pisces rising taught me that being too sensitive was not a flaw, it was part of my
magnetism.
That I didn't need to dominate a room to leave a good impression.
I could be in my softness and still stay unforgettable.
Also, I realized that part of my growth was energetic boundaries.
I stopped showing up for the situations that drained me.
I started being seen for who I really was instead of who I was pretending to be.
And that is the magic of embodying our astrology.
You don't just change how you look, you change who and what you attract.
The amount of compliments you're going to get when you do this.
I started hearing, you have such a calming presence.
Your voice is so relaxing and I could listen to you for hours.
And I know this seems really simple, like having the right perfume, hairstyles, jewelries,
colors, clothing for your chart.
But when it's chosen with intention, it becomes so impactful.
In a world that teaches us to wear masks, choosing to wear your inner self, your soul
on your sleeve, that level of authenticity makes you so attractive.
So if you ever felt like your style wasn't clicking, or your outer energy wasn't matching
that internal one, go ahead and look at your chart.
And if you guys are liking this video and you want to learn more, I have a free guide
on how to dress for just your Venus and your rising.
And I also have personalized glow-up readings right now, they're going to be linked down
here.
Now guys, let's talk about the fitness journey because it has been real.
I have tried every fitness trend under the sun.
Intermittent fasting, going vegan, having an apple watch, having a Fitbit, running a
marathon, doing HIIT training, Pilates, yoga, hiking, water polo, you name it, I've probably
attempted it.
And yet, despite doing all of the right things, my body never felt like I was at home.
My health journey has been a rollercoaster of burnout, injuries, restriction, frustration,
until I looked at my chart.
So enter in my Virgo Mars and my Leo 6 house.
So the 6th house rules routines, food, how your body wants to be nourished, daily habits.
And Leo?
Leo needs joy, attention, and performance.
And here's the kicker, Leo needs foods and protein that actually fuels you.
Virgo Mars, on the other hand, brings precision, planning, and motivation through consistency
and service.
Together, they revealed that I wasn't broken, I was just following the wrong blueprint.
So let's start with Virgo Mars.
Virgo is ruled by Mercury, the planet of the mind.
So when it comes to working out, Virgo does not just want to move the body, it wants to
engage the brain.
That's why random workouts did not stick, I couldn't be spontaneous.
I needed to stick to a structured, clear plan and show up consistently, having progress
I could track to keep me motivated.
So I started lifting weights consistently and following strength-based programs.
I loved calculating the sets, tracking the reps, optimizing rest periods.
My workouts became intentional, my motivation skyrocketed.
And then there's that Leo 6th house.
Leo thrives on warmth and creativity.
And in the 6th house, that means health and habits add to feel joyful.
And this was just amplified because I'm a Virgo Sun.
So no robotic calorie tracking, no more choking down protein shakes that tasted like chalk.
Leo wants flair, it wants entertainment.
So I made my meals vibrant, I made them beautiful.
You'll see me going to the freezer and eating frozen mango.
I played music, I created a form of entertainment when I sat down for my meals.
I watched shows while eating, and yes, I know, everyone's gonna tell you that that's bad,
but for a Leo 6th house, some form of entertainment is so important.
And it really worked for me.
Leo digests food better when it's mixed with fun, when it's mixed with conversation.
Instead of eating all of these cold, raw foods all the time, I started having more soups,
more stews, more slow-cooked foods, hearty bowls, comforting spices.
And a huge turning point that happened to me along my journey was when I discovered
that being vegan actually made me sick.
I literally got SIBO, small intestine bacterial overgrowth.
I was depriving my Leo 6th house of quality protein sources and overall the nourishment
that it craved.
My digestion is fierce, it's fast.
I need grounding foods, high quality protein to listen to my body, not trends that work
for someone else.
Learning about my Mars and my 6th house helped me eliminate so much toxic wellness culture.
I stopped forcing myself to do workouts just because they were popular.
I stopped skipping meals in the name of discipline.
I stopped overtraining and injuring myself, chasing this image of fitness that isn't mine.
Instead, creating a routine that felt good that respected my nature.
My Virgo Mars gave me that gift of discipline in a way that's kind, consistent but not punishing.
And Leo gave me the permission to enjoy it, to turn self-care into self-celebration.
So my routine now, it's consistent, it's not compulsive.
I'll strength train about 4-5 times a week and I definitely get outside as much as possible.
I get in the sun, I'll go on hikes, I walk, I lift, I stretch.
But in ways that light me up.
No more extremes, no more white knuckling through workouts.
And here's what blew my mind because the more I aligned with my chart, the more results
I saw.
My body changed, my energy increased.
I stopped getting these weird chronic symptoms because I wasn't fighting with my body anymore,
I was partnering with it.
Astrology really taught me that motivation is not about force, it's about getting in
flow.
That rest is productive, food is emotional, that joy is medicine and our body is not the
enemy, it is our map.
I even started looking at daily to-do lists differently.
Instead of feeling like, oh I have to accomplish everything and feel burnt out to think that
I did well, I instead started blocking off more time for walks, for music, for stretching,
I romanticized my routine.
And suddenly it felt sustainable and beyond all of the physical benefits, the real glow
up is emotional.
I stopped criticizing myself for needing more rest than other people.
I stopped comparing my body to people with completely different charts, hormones, and
needs.
I've found so much peace in realizing this is what works for me, my routine is sacred.
Now I coach other people through this lens as well.
I help people design wellness routines based off of their Mars, their 6th house, their
element balance, the aspects.
Because when you guys follow your chart, everything gets easier and you stop second guessing.
For me, it was so much about honoring that Virgo side, the part of me that finds joy
in the small wins and the track progress, and that Leo part of me that needs to feel
alive and entertained and celebrated while doing it.
We don't have to prove we're healthy by suffering, we don't have to earn rest.
So if you've been stuck in a health cycle, you feel like nothing's working or you're
not being able to stay consistent with it, please know that it's not your fault.
You might just be using someone else's system when your chart has all of the answers.
Mars is going to show you what motivates you, your 6th house will show you how to care for
your body and nourish it.
And together, they are the two key wellness placements in your chart.
Now lastly, I want to touch on career, life purpose, and putting yourself out there.
Because one of my biggest glow ups has come from looking at my midheaven, learning to
own that Sagittarius MC.
For so long, I was stuck in trying to figure out what should I do with my life.
I was passionate, I was curious, I was multi-talented, but I also felt scattered.
Guys, I wanted to talk about everything, healing, spirituality, manifestation, astrology, fitness,
health, philosophy, fashion, and I thought I needed to narrow it down into one niche
like everyone says, or just get on a rigid career path, take it seriously.
But deep down, that didn't feel right.
I was like, why can't I have it all?
And then I learned about my midheaven.
The midheaven represents your public image, your legacy, and your highest calling.
So mine being in Sagittarius, that meant I was born to teach, to share knowledge, to
travel, to speak my truth in a way that inspired others.
Not just through degrees or certifications, but lived experiences, personal growth, spiritual
exploration.
Sagittarius energy is big, it's expansive, it's bold, it's deeply philosophical, but
it's also playful, it loves freedom.
The moment I embraced this, everything about how I showed up online shifted.
I stopped trying to water myself down, worrying about doing too much.
I started trusting that people want to hear me, the one who can talk about astrology and
soul contracts in the same breath as fitness and workouts.
And people responded.
The more passionate, honest, and expansive I became, the more my audience grew.
And it wasn't just about being seen, it was about being of service.
Sagittarius MC energy is about making people feel something.
It's not about having all of the answers, it's about asking better questions, sharing
stories, sparking curiosity, creating space for growth.
My MC really taught me I'm here to be a voice, I'm here to be a vessel, a connector, someone
that could weave different ideas together and inspire others.
Sagittarius is about the journey, being the student and the teacher at the same time.
I thought I had to have everything figured out before I posted content, before I shared
something, but that's not true.
And this transparency I have with my audience definitely has built trust.
And that's honestly what I care about most.
It's not about being seen, but it's feeling connected to the people I'm talking to.
To empower them to connect to their own joy, to follow their calling.
If you have an MC that feels bold or unconventional, do not try and shrink it and fit it into someone
else's idea of professional.
Your purpose and your path is not meant to look like everyone else's.
Looking back on everything I have shared in this video, there is one truth that keeps
coming up and that's that you already have the math.
You just might not have been shown how to read it yet.
Astrology did not give me a new personality, it helped me uncover who I really was.
It gave me language for things I used to be ashamed of and the freedom to stop chasing
life through the lens of what I should have.
Starting to live the life I was actually designed for.
And that is the real glow up that we cannot fake with trends, with filters, because this
glow up comes from self-awareness.
From building a life that feels as good on the inside as it does on the outside.
All of these placements are not random, they are invitations.
And when you learn how to use them, everything shifts.
Your confidence grows, your relationships deepen, your style evolves, you stop fighting
with yourself.
If any of you have been watching this and thinking, I want that too, you can have it.
You don't have to figure it out alone.
I teach this to people every single day.
