Hey folks, welcome to 50 Plus Life 360. Welcome back to the best home tours on YouTube. Glad
you're here. Got something special to show you today. It's a real tiny home. We are at Simplify
Further Tiny Homes in Lake Butler, Florida. And this place is remarkable. Not only do they build
homes to NOAA certification for sale, but they also have 10, 11, 12 homes that they Airbnb.
So if you are interested in trying tiny to see if you can live tiny, this is a great place to come,
spend a couple nights, see what the tiny lifestyle is all about and see if it's something you are
really truly interested in. So what we're going to do today is we're going to show you a home
called the Surya. And this home is an 8 by 32. It's one of their little bit bigger homes. It's
just over 250 square feet. So you're going to really enjoy this tour. But before we go inside
and do the tour, Mrs. Tammy is going to take the camera and show you the outside of this home
and let you take a look at it. It is an Airbnb model, but you can buy the same model
from the factory, which is just next door. We'll see you inside.
The kitchen's got a sink, but it's three feet wide and the couch folds down for a bed inside.
Look at these drawers they pull and they took Mr. Chubby's whispering. We need a lot of love,
but the freedom's calling. Hey guys, welcome inside sunny Florida. Loving it. Enjoying the
weather. It's a little warmer today than it was the last couple of days. It's even been cold in
Florida, but welcome to the Surya. This is by Simplify Further. This is one of their Airbnb
models. As I just said, a few seconds ago, they'll show you around. Now they are a custom builder.
So if you see something in here you don't like, and you'd like to change the floor plan,
change a little bit of something, different decoration, different, whatever, you can do
that with these folks. But we're right here at the door and the front door. This is a French door
swings outward. As I like to point out, because that gives you more freedom inside to not have
to worry about doors swinging in and bumping into your furniture, especially in a tiny home.
This home is eight by 32, as I said, but interior, the width is just about seven foot four.
So if you do eight times 32, you get 256 square feet. But if you subtract off the walls a little
bit, you're going to be under 250 in this home. But right now I'm showing you a kitchen. They
have gone with exposed kitchen shelving, sort of like you see those guys build those cabins
in the woods and make these kind of shelves. Really nice, really neat butcher block counters
all the way around. Farm style sink right here. And this is a porcelain sink. It is not fiberglass
or anything metal or anything like that. We get a gas range and they do have the option for gas.
I'm assuming that's probably propane, not natural gas. Get a big slider over that kitchen sink and
a pull out Springer style faucet right there. You do not have a dishwasher. This is a tiny.
Why do you need a dishwasher for Airbnb? You get an apartment size, many apartment size fridge
that's sort of in between an apartment and a dorm style refrigerator. But you also have your living
space well defined, separate from your kitchen. This living space, you can see this full size
sofa in here, two windows above the sofa. Nice big TV here. So I would say that's probably at
least a 52 inch TV. Do many split head unit here. Check out the interior finishes. This is a white
drywall contrasted with your natural wood look. And it just really gives you some wood feel,
but it doesn't overwhelm you with the wood to where you feel like you're in a masculine cabin
in the woods, getting ready to go on a hunting expedition to get you some big game elk or
something like that. We have the tongue and groove flooring in here. This is not sheet vinyl.
This main room that includes your kitchen and your living space. This main room is seven foot
four by 15 foot four long. As you can see, they use the tray table here. So this sofa doubles as
your eating space. That's how they've chosen to set this up for this Airbnb. Now, I'm going to
show you, they have a separate bedroom right here, although it does not have a door to close it off.
We do have a separate bedroom. I'm going to let Miss Tammy go right by me. It has a slider that
goes out to the backyard and it has its own window and these vaulted ceilings in here. The ceilings
are 10 foot at the peak and that bedroom on its own is seven foot four by seven foot four.
And that looks like, what size bed is that? Another queen. Another queen? Okay. It's just pushed up
against the wall. Pushed up against the wall. That's how it's configured. But you do get the privacy away
from the living space with this wall here. You could potentially, as I said, they're a custom
builder, you can potentially get you a barn style door sliding across here or a pocket door put in
if you would choose to do so. Now, the other side of the home is where the bathroom is and the
laundry. Now, I apologize before we go in there. The dryer is running. This is an Airbnb and they're
in between tenants. So, they're finishing up cleaning and doing the laundry and things like
that. So, apologize for that. We've got a 50 amp service. Our breaker panel is right here.
And we have these exposed beams, a ceiling fan above. And this is tiny living, guys. Tell us
how you like it. What you think about it. I'm gonna let Mrs. Tammy go into the bathroom. It has dual
doors here to get in. Close your privacy off. You come in and the first thing you see is a huge, huge
tub. Now, you could get this configured if you would like. Instead of a tub, you could get a
shower. But you do have your elongated chair height toilet. You get that big, big soaker tub with the
window above it. Tile on that wall. Not configured as a shower. It does have a shower handle that you
could use while you're in the tub. And then your vanity is over there. Single bowl vanity. And your
stackable is contained in the bathroom as well. Bathroom, again, is basically the same as the
bedroom. 7'4 by 7'4. And I made a mistake with the bedroom. I said 7'4 by 7'4. It's actually a little
bigger. 7'4 by 8'. So, I'm sorry about that. But they've decorated this one nice with the plants
hanging over the tub. Big, huge windows in your bathroom. They've got it where you can close it
off with curtains and close it off with blinds, which is a really nice feature. And this home,
again, is available on Airbnb in Lake Butler if you're interested in renting it for a night and
trying to live tiny in something just under 250 square feet. It'd be a great experience for you to try
to see how you like it. We've got some exposed shelves I didn't point out. A nice light fixture
above. They are customizable. So, you guys understand that when I give you a price, we're not
actually authorized to quote prices, but we're just giving you what's available on their website.
This home comes in, like I said, just under 250 square feet. It is real tiny. We tout ourselves
as tiny home people, and we're doing tiny. So, if you like this content, give us a thumbs up,

ideas, you can pick your colors, you can decide what floor plan is like. The owner even told us,
if you want to bring your own floor plan, they will do their best to work with you to come up
with a home that works for you. They are NOAA certified. That's their certification is through
NOAA, which is a tiny home certification company. They also certify schoolie builds and things like
that. So, NOAA is well known within any industry. This company, to simplify further, will ship
anywhere in the continental United States. They've shipped homes as far as Oregon from here in
Florida, and their shipping rate is about one of the lowest I've ever heard of because they ship
in-house. They don't hire other contractors to do it. They ship for just around $4 a mile,
so that is a phenomenal price for shipping. I've never heard of something that low. That's
at least half as low as anybody else I've heard. Let's talk price on this house. Again,
custom builder, so you customize, your price is going to change, okay? But a base jumping off
point for this home, for this home that is called the Surya, that is S-U-R-Y-A, the base price for
this home is $75,000. So, there's your price, guys. I hope you enjoyed this tour. If you guys,
we're going to leave their link to their website right down here along the bottom,
