Recently we started to make a completely wild area in the middle of a young forest.
We managed to build a gazebo and today it will have a
real brick oven and a lot of other things that you will see.
In the last series we focused on the facing of the gazebo.
The material for the facing was sheets of porcelain of such a beautiful gray color.
Now we will be better protected from the wind and it will be even more comfortable to be in the
gazebo.
Today's story began with the delivery of construction materials
for which it was necessary to put a trailer and rent a trailer.
Otherwise such a volume of sand chips bricks and mixture is simply impossible to deliver.
Since the project of the forest hut implies the maximum result for the
minimum cost we took an inexpensive brick oven for the base of the stove
and the second a little more expensive for the brazier.
We unload the bricks one after the other until there are two such piles in the gazebo.
Let's see what happens.
According to our plan the gazebo will serve as a summer kitchen stove.
In this corner we need a brazier and a stove for cooking delicious dinners.
Everything starts with marking for the foundation.
Yes without the foundation it will not work because the stove will weigh about 600 kilograms
and without the foundation it will simply slide to the side.
It is necessary to dig a hole about 40 centimeters deep which was very difficult.
The dirt and soil have dried out and turned into stone.
It is necessary to remove a couple of centimeters of soil which makes the work much more difficult.
It's good that we dug a dugout here.
Soon we managed to do it and the hole for the foundation is completely ready.
We take 40 kilogram bags and bring them to the pit.
In this bag we have a rake.
It needs to be poured at the very bottom of the pit.
The rake helps distribute the load and acts as a
drainage preventing water from staying in this zone.
We pour it out and level it with an even layer at the bottom.
Next comes the geotextile layer.
Honestly I don't quite understand why it is needed.
Perhaps it will serve as a barrier for future sewing in the form of sand.
Most likely thanks to the geotextile the sand will not be washed out
and the foundation will last longer.
And finally the sand itself.
It needs three times more than the rake.
We also pour it out and level it all over the pit.
But it will not be enough to just jump and walk to seal it.
It is important to pour sand with plenty of water so that its layers are sealed and sewn.
We have three barrels filled to the top with rainwater collected from the roof of the geotextile.
Initially water became the main criterion for the construction of the geotextile.
After all its roof can fill all three barrels to the top in just one pour rain.
We collect water in a funnel and pour sand until it becomes completely wet and does not sit down.
Next the sand needs to be leveled with the help of a level in one flat layer.
And the final element of the foundation is a sidewalk tile.
The thicker and larger the tile the better it will distribute the load on the sand.
I lay the tile against each other and soon the foundation is completely ready.
Just look at what a solid foundation we got for the future stove.
Since I put out the stove for the first time I drew such a row for convenience.
In theory everything should be very simple.
Let's see how it will be in practice.
We decided to start with the laying of the first layer of the stove on a dry one.
So it will be visually clearer where and how the stove will stand.
It seems to be going well.
We take the heat resistant laying mixture specially provided for laying of the stove.
It consists of rye and clay which allows you to keep the temperature up to 1500 degrees.
The solution needs to be thoroughly mixed with water to a uniform consistency.
And the bricks need to be soaked with water before the start of the laying.
Otherwise they will quickly pull out the moisture from the solution which will lead to the crack of
the seam.
We made the solution on purpose so that it would better flow into the seams between the bricks.
It is necessary to smear the entire first layer of the brick with the solution.
Now we take the next bricks and also soak them with plenty of water.
And then we lay them layer by layer observing the binding of the seams between the rows.
In this work the slat helps perfectly which allows you to drive out the excess glue and seam and
align the brick.
But often for binding you also need half of the brick.
In order not to break the brick crookedly we took a special ceramic disc for the grinder.
If you water it with water then the cut turns out very quickly and evenly.
In a minute two halves of the brick are ready.
In the lower part of the slat the so-called purging door will be installed.
But in our case it will play the role of a chandelier.
The doors are poured out of the cast iron thanks to which they withstand huge oven temperatures.
Next such a cast iron grid is installed nicknamed a chandelier.
It is installed in the lower row of the stove and is necessary for the entry
of oxygen and the strengthening of fuel burning in the form of firewood or coals.
We continue to lay bricks by bricks in the stove.
There is something magical in the construction site.
Yesterday there was bare ground here and today a new stove is drawn in front of our eyes.
Isn't this magic?
The bricks are cheaper have more spores and drink much more water.
If it weren't for the barrel we would not have been able to build a stove.
Or I would have had to carry hundreds of liters of water with me.
I am sure professional stone makers or bakers are watching me.
I will be pleased to hear your constructive criticism in the comments.
So as not to make mistakes during the laying in future stoves.
Finally it was the turn of the slat door.
It is five times larger than the purge door.
After all it is through it that the wood will fall into the stove.
The door is put in this place.
Yes it will be a little ugly moved to the left.
But thanks to this we will not have to saw and sweat bricks again.
We must check each row of bricks with the help of a level.
In order not to allow irregularities.
But I will say in advance this did not save us.
It turned out that a cheap brick is also completely different in size.
One brick is larger the second is longer and the third is narrower.
Because of this the corners of the every time did not match each other.
The stove will be ready soon.
Do you know how much work is left behind the scenes?
And how much does the lower back hurt from constant bending?
So even the terrible heat in plus 40 literally fried us.
And forced to drink a few liters of water a day.
I love drinking water.
But to replenish strength you need something else.
And then I remembered about electrolytes.
It is they that help keep the water in the body.
And not just run through the transit.
Therefore I often beat such an energy code prime craft.
Immediately you feel how the forces return.
And the head turns whitewash.
I think that without a drink with a stove we would definitely not be able to cope.
By the way I also take a protein bar from this company.
Unrealistically much protein and very well nourishes.
In general in such a heat without electrolytes and fast snacks nowhere.
Checked personally.
Go to the link in the description and train with taste and use.
And the stove it's time to finish.
The doors work well.
The glue is dry but there is not enough overlap on top.
To make an overlap we will use such strong steel corners.
Cut off in advance according to the size of the project.
In total you need four corners on which the bricks will be based.
Something like this the bricks will need to be put side by side.
At night there was a strong downpour not our water supply.
Completely renewed.
The barrels are completely filled and the water is clean again.
Yes it's not the first day of construction.
After all it turned out to be impossible to install such a stove in a day.
But thanks to the rain we have filled up with water supplies.
And you can continue the construction.
Pour the bricks and wet them again in water.
And then install the covers.
In the comfort area you.
Need to leave an unclosed niche.
Where the fire will hit such a cast iron stove.
It consists of several rings that are removed and allow you to put dishes of different sizes.
It turned out to be a great opening in which the cast iron stove stood up like a cast iron.
We put it on the same glue as the rest of the brick.
The brazier area is also almost ready.
There is a stove under the cauldron.
There is.
And it remains only to add the sides for the brazier itself.
But before installing the sides it was decided to put a chimney first.
In this place the fire will come out and the high pipe will increase the thrust and accordingly the.
Temperature of the fire.
It remains only to add the sides for the brazier.
And here is such a corner with cuts for installing shampoos.
However shampoos are now worth buying longer.
It seems it's time to like us for such a gorgeous result.
And an incredible amount of work has been done.
Shampoos will soon be prepared here.
And until it gets dark it is decided to finish the floor.
We have not already shown how the boards were brought.
Although for such a volume of sawing material a trailer was also necessary.
And not an hour of delivery and unloading.
The boards this time will help saw off the new circular saw works.
In order not to use a heavy end saw.
This time we took a light and powerful disc.
It is enough to use a lifehack.
And attached to the board here is such a corner.
By which you can.
On which it is easy to make an even cut at 90 or at 45 degrees.
The 150 by 50 board will play the role of a carrying structure for the floor.
In total you need to screw two such boards on both sides of the besetka.
Damn it's hard to go with a screwdriver.
I have always twisted self-tapping screws with a screwdriver.
Until I learned about the existence of impact.
But what is the difference between a screwdriver?
It looks like the same but inside these are completely different devices.
Look it is simply impossible to twist a long self-tapping screw with a screwdriver.
You will tear off the bit and nothing will work.
The impact works in a completely different way.
It does not twist at all as it may seem.
But it hits in a second several dozens of blows to the side of the rotation.
Which are twisted with the ease of any fastening.
Now we continue to saw the boards for the floor frame and screw them to each other.
The ends can be screwed directly to the board.
And in the corners we use additional corners for better fixation.
We got a great frame which will rot if we do not protect it from natural impacts.
The best way to process is a special biodefense compound which is convenient to apply with a
pulverizer.
You pump the pressure and spray the boards until they are well saturated.
Antiseptic stops the process of rotting in the wood and
helps it to stay in good condition for many times longer.
Now you can install the floorboards.
The cheapest way is to make a 150th board of the second kind.
One of the sides is quite even and suitable for the floor in the gazebo.
And here is a favorite among my favorite tools.
The new nailer screwdriver works.
Oh how long I have dreamed of this.
After all working with a hammer in the setting is a long time ago.
Nailer is hammering such huge nails.
And also is able to hammer nails.
You insert the nails into the store and in seconds connect any material with each other.
It will not be handled so quickly by hand.
The depth of hammering the nail can be adjusted so that it is deepened or on the contrary slightly.
Protrudes.
And yes of course such short 40mm screeds are not able to tighten the 25th board.
But I really wanted to practice using a nailer so I couldn't resist and began to hammer the floor.
Boards.
Thus we kind of put the boards in their places and after installation.
We will tighten them with additional self-tapping screws for greater strength.
By the way did you notice that all the tools in the video work from the same battery.
PowerShare batteries are absolutely suitable for all works tools which allows you to save a lot of.
Money on their purchase.
And the lack of wires or gasoline increases our mobility by times.
The batteries are of different capacities but each is able.
To produce 20 volts and is suitable for all tools of the brand.
Works as a powerful brand with a high tech and.
High quality tool that I have been using for more than a year.
And the tool has never let me down.
Go to the link in the description and select the tool for yourself.
And according to the promo code on the screen you will be waiting for a nice discount so hurry up.
To complete the construction of the floors it remains only to cut off the excess.
The board has a different length and you do not need to fit it to one level.
We saw off the pieces which by the way will be of great use as firewood this evening.
Everything is ready for the preparation of dinner.
Next to the stove we left the area.
With an unclosed board for fire safety.
So that if you open it here the coals do not fall or when you fry shashlik the coals do not fall.
Either.
And how to close this place was not clear yet.
But we have one bag of rake left we tried to pour it out and it looks very beautiful.
So we will buy the rake pour it here and it will be very cool and fire safe.
The area in the forest from a wild untouched place is becoming more and more civilized.
Let's try to stab the firewood and melt the stove for the first time.
Since it has not yet dried completely we will gradually melt throwing in a small amount of chips.
You need to gradually increase the heat to avoid cracks in the seams.
So we melted the stove for several hours in a row until it completely darkened on the street.
It's time to put the coals in the brazier so that they gradually burn out.
We send a cauldron to the stove in which today a small potato will be fried in a t-shirt.
Pour a large amount of oil into the cauldron and while it is heating we take for shashlik.
I marinated the mutton in advance yesterday evening.
The marinade is very simple salt pepper adjika and onions.
You don't need more for the mutton because it is already very tasty.
We string the pieces of meat on the skewer in such a way that they do not turn.
And in the meantime the oil has inflated and I send the whole cut mutton fat to be fried.
Right away the potato is sent to the oil with the fat.
Due to the fact that we did not remove the skin the potato will not be
saturated with an extra amount of oil but on the contrary it will be well baked.
The coals have also been cooked and warmed up well.
It's time to put the skewers on the grill.
Next to the grill there are also lamb ribs marinated according to the same recipe.
The aroma is such that I am afraid that all forest residents can run away for dinner.
After 15 minutes the meat and potatoes are completely ready.
You can sprinkle them with fresh greens and take a sample.
How delicious it is I can't even describe.
The meat is perfectly juicy and the potatoes have literally turned into a cream with a crispy crust.
On the sides.
Honestly I haven't tried anything tastier than lamb shish kebab.
We got a gorgeous brazier which will feed us and our guests more than once.
We often cook something delicious in the video but there has been no such deliciousness for a very
long time.
Honestly we even took the camera with difficulty now to shoot it and tell you because I really want
to continue eating it.
And on the way there are also ribs.
Ribs literally squirt from the fat contained in them.
Very juicy and tasty.
Literally a royal dinner in the middle of the forest.
Be sure to try this simple marinade for lamb shish kebab.
This is something.
But after a tight dinner it's time to go to bed.
You just need to clean up a little cover the stove and place the trash can.
We will sleep right under the roof of the besetka.
I have a compact rack with me which allows you to create a comfortable bed in almost any place.
And a good warm bedroom will not allow you to freeze.
Even on a cold night especially next to a warm stove.
But our sleep did not last long because in the
middle of the night I heard rustling and some strange sounds.
It turned out that a cunning and insolent fox climbed into
a garbage bag and stole bones from it while we were sleeping.
We decided to pamper it with the remains of potatoes and it came literally a meter away from us.
Such a forest neighborhood of course pleases but now we will have to hide
the garbage in a better way otherwise the thief will come here again and again.
The night was not easy because the forest terrorized us all night.
We gave it a couple of pieces of meat to capture its beauty but it played a cruel joke for us.
As a result it did not leave here all night it went everywhere scratched scattered all the garbage.
And the most terrible thing is that she stole one boot from the cameraman.
In general do not feed the foxes otherwise they will be insolent.
And we have the last one left for this series of work.
The boards must be protected with yacht varnish so that no rain and dirt from the boots would stick
to them. Yacht varnish perfectly protects the wood from moisture forming a strong hard coating on its
surface. With the help of a brush apply the varnish with a thick layer on each board and so that
the varnish penetrates even deeper into the pores of the wood it can be diluted with a solvent.
We did the same behind the scenes.
How much the floor has changed its appearance. Now it shines like a mirror looks many times
more expensive and it will be more pleasant to walk on such a floor and it is also easier to
remove it. Our forest kitchen is almost ready. In the next series we will finally start building a
forest hut so be sure to subscribe so as not to miss new videos and also like our efforts.
Bye everyone!
