What is that, huh?
J House Jr.
Alright, there it is.
I love it.
There it is.
Since she's being a queen today, we're going to do her hair and her makeup all fancy.
So what does a queen do?
Just sit in its throne and eat feasties with their people.
Ooh, they eat feasts.
Do they have to help take care of their people?
Only their babies.
I bet it's a big job to be a queen.
The kings have to work harder than queens.
Why? I think the queens have to work harder.
You're a queen.
Am I a queen?
Yeah, moms are queens.
What are you going to be for Halloween?
A Kansas City Chiefs player.
What number are you going to be?
Ten.
Ten?
For Tyreek Hill.
How'd you choose that?
Because he's the fastest player in the NFL.
Voila!
That's awesome!
Ready to go out onto the field.
What do you think?
It's beautiful.
Bye!
That is awesome.
I love inflatable costumes. That's so cool.
Oh my gosh.
What do you guys think?
How can it walk?
How does it walk?
I'm just flying.
You're very beautiful.
Oh, so shiny.
And you're going to be a shiny little unicorn.
Now we're going to transform Elise from sweet Elise to a wicked witch.
Queen Laura.
So for our family Halloween costume, she was a dog.
Is that your doggy nose?
No.
Which was adorable.
I saw this unicorn costume and I just had to get it.
Because look how fun this is.
And she can say neigh.
She does like to be a horse.
Neigh.
Neigh. Neigh neigh.
Here's her unicorn thing.
I'm hoping she'll wear it because she actually loves headbands.
It's a headband.
Queen Laura.
Where's your smile?
And say hi mom.
She's so grown up.
Mom, there's a UPS truck.
It came just in time.
UPS.
3, 2, 1.
Blast off.
So what do you think of being a witch?
I like it.
It's fun. You look good.
I know I should be wicked, but I'm not.
Nae Nae, where's daddy?
Dude, you got a grass stain.
Yeah, it makes it more realistic.
Good point.
Trick or treat.
Thank you.
Say thank you.
She wants to open them all.
I have fake pants, but they have a pocket.
That's so cool.
What is that, huh?
Janae, is this Halloween?
You're welcome.
This is the first time she did that.
Oh, she waved.
Say thank you.
There it is.
Is it getting heavy?
She just wants to eat it all.
She's like, why would we take the candy and not eat it?
It's the Wicked Witch song, Elise.
Yay, my song.
Everybody likes the treats.
These were about to go against the van.
Thank you.
Happy Halloween.
Jeremy told me the craziest thing on the drive home.
He said that when he was growing up, he didn't sort his candy when he got it.
I was definitely a candy sorter.
Let us know in this poll, do you sort your Halloween candy or no?
So our kids each put some of their favorite candy in one of these kinds of bags.
They label it with their name, and that's their candy.
The rest of the candy gets donated.
We've been doing this for years, and so the kids are used to it.
And I love it because we get to enjoy all the Halloween fun,
but then not have the sugar drag on forever.
So let's be honest, this is more candy than we need to eat.
Looks like Janae finally picked up trick-or-treating.
She has all three of them, and a sucker.
J House out, let's go play.
