Thank you Mr. Speaker. I want to commend the gentleman from Knox for his good work on this bill. This is a bill about consumer protection and making sure that folks in Kentucky are protected from scams and frauds and other things when related to these machines. I'd like the clerk to please report House Floor Amendment 2. Clerk please report. House Floor Amendment 2 to House Bill 380. General from Edmondson. So House Floor Amendment 2 relates to one of those consumer protections. There is a provision in this bill that came from the Senate bill on the same topic and I think Louisiana's law related to a 72-hour hold. That was applied to all transactions and not just transactions for new users. The amendment will correct that and just say the 72-hour hold or 72-hour full refund only applies to new users, folks within their first 30 days of using the machines. Everything else in there is just a technical amendment that was provided by staff in fixing some small errors. That's what it does. Happy to answer any questions.
