Dang Qiu vs Wen Ruibo | MS QF | #WTTChongqing 2026

You have to be here to have a sense of the event right now. And it's going to be... For the world number one ranking, and I can see why. But this is what I mean. So much fun to watch. Oh wow, that's even... Because it looked as if it was a beautifully cushioned shot from Dong that asked a question of him. But he's so athletic. And he's still on the run. Never stops. Five and he's thriving there. An absolute can of a forehand. You hear the crowd each time he barks and he shows. And you can hear them when he does stick cameras and phones out. Five and four. Catching photos and videos of your personality on show. Not to say that there isn't from the others. But he doesn't mind... Demonstrating how good he is. Wouldn't you? See how many he gets in. Oh! Eight. That was cruel. Two love. Ten, six. Okay, that wasn't the receiving... Tomokazu Harimoto. Your earplugs in. So, behind all that noise is a lot of game. And that quality has taken him to... Ranked 27 in the world. Does the fight back start here? Because if it does... You can see there, yeah. Just not making any kind of a dent. Three, one. This man to start. Jorg Roscoff's had something to say here about slowing him down. Eight. Again, perfect precision from the German. Not... Just eat a third ball attack. It looks effortless for Wanribor as well. He's got a chance now to get back to one, two. Eight, ten. Have to send something good back. Coach and fans. And that could be the biggest moment in this match. Because he's come from behind. Banana. I'm not surprised he needs energy. Lovely adjustment from Dangchou there. And this is it, right? Blown away in the seventh. One point. Yeah, I was at 3-0. I was really stepping early on it. Dangchou's reaction to let. Wired down these years, Dangchou. Eight, nine. Right back at you. Success of Dangchou rising. And he does it. So... This is so good. This is so Dangchou, this. Shift 12 of 16 points for the German. He's got it in his head. What a turnaround. Because now it's the young... He doesn't know whether he's coming in or out. He's really strong in the open rally. Last few points have been defined by excellence. Eleven at five. Game, Dangchou. Is it happening again? For the second successive quarterfinal, are we going to see a fight back from seven? And we've seen it borne out already in two matches. That is incredible. He had about three options, Dangchou, when he was heading back off that heavy-let court. And look at him. Picked the right one. If he needs to hold ground or if he needs to step back. He's throwing everything at him there. Maybe it is about energy preservation. He's just starting to fire up here. It's the flick of the net. Still has his timeout as well. That's so good. The impetus. One of two here at nine all. And he does. For 10-9. What? Most. Dangchou. 15 of the highest quality shots. Staggering. Monumental performance. Is that the moment? That one rear ball stamps his authority. As he draws in the applause from the crowd here in the Infinity Arena. And boy, oh boy, does he deserve it. Shout out to Dangchou who made it a battle. But it's all smiles in the corner.
