Hello everyone, today I'm going to be sharing a bunch of Dollar Tree Easter DIYs.
If you enjoy the video, please leave a bunny emoji down in the comments below, it really
helps my channel out.
With that being said, let's begin.
The next time you're at Dollar Tree, grab some of their orange planters and grass.
There's drainage holes at the bottom of the planters, you can push them out, it's easiest
to do this with a scissor.
Now I'm grabbing the grass from Dollar Tree and removing the piece of paper and grass
that's at the bottom.
They stop you from being able to push the stem properly through the planter, so after
you remove them and push them in the planter, you can go ahead and glue that grass you
took off back on.
It ends up looking like a giant carrot, it's perfect for outside and inside Easter decor.
And what's nice is it's a big piece, because Dollar Tree DIYs are not easy to always make
big.
Dollar Tree right now has the cutest Easter and Spring tablecloths in right now.
What you're going to do is you're going to buy some of them, just unravel them once,
and then tie them together, creating a bow.
Really easy to do.
Now I've done this before in the past, but this time around, I'm going to glue 3 bows
together, I'm working in 3 sections at a time.
After I have them glued, I'm going to grab command strips and put them on the back of
the bows.
I'm going to be hanging these to my wall, creating a bow garland.
I did need some help because I have fringe on the wall, I didn't want the command strips
to stick to the fringe.
These are so cute and I want to shout out whoever created tablecloth bows, I don't know
who it is, but shout out because I think it's the best, easiest Dollar Tree DIY there is.
The next time you're at Dollar Tree, grab some of their jumbo Easter eggs and napkins.
You're going to cut into the napkins.
I'm using a scissor to do this.
You can always rip the napkins up, but I didn't want to end up ripping up the design that
I had.
Most napkins are 2 ply, you want to remove that back layer so that you can place the
design as smoothly as possible on the egg.
To attach the napkins to my egg, I'm using Mod Podge and then laying the napkin pieces
that I cut up right on top of that.
I'm going with a floral shabby chic look to my eggs because I want them to match my vintage
looking shabby chic Easter decor.
After you have all the napkins laid down, you then go over the napkins one more time
with some Mod Podge to help seal them into place.
That's how you create these beautiful Easter eggs and let me tell you, to buy something
this size at HomeGoods, obviously it's going to be made from a different material, but
it is so expensive.
They're like 40 bucks.
You can DIY two of these with just two eggs and one pack of napkins.
Dollar Tree right now has these mini peep plushies.
I'm going to get four of them as well as a piece of trifold poster board.
I'm going to be making a peep box.
I got to figure out how tall I want the box to be, so I put a plushie on top of that.
I decided to make my box 8 inches tall.
Then I put four of the plushies on top of that piece I cut to figure out the width and
I decided to make the box 16 inches wide.
Then the depth of my box is only 4 inches.
Inside of one of those pieces you cut out, you want to create a little rectangle that
you're going to cut out.
That way there's a hole for the peeps to show.
Then I use hot glue to glue everything together.
I start by gluing the sides to the front of the box and then I add the back of the box
Once everything is glued, you can go ahead and paint the box.
I printed out some peep logos.
I'll link them down below for you guys.
I cut them off of the printing paper and then just glue that to the box.
You can always paint it on, but I did not feel like doing that.
Now just put your plushies inside of the box.
This is so easy to put together.
This cost me under $8 to make.
Honestly, $7.25 to be exact.
It is so easy to make and it is super, super cute.
Let me know down in the comments below if you like peeps.
I don't know if I do.
Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't, but I can only ever eat one at a time.
When you're inside a Dollar Tree, grab some of these crates.
I love to use these to make sweet bars for every single season and holiday.
I'm going to be gluing six of them together.
Two of the crates I flip upside down and then I glue two crates on top of that.
Now this is a hack.
You can get the bamboo turners from Dollar Tree and a wooden dowel.
You're going to use the bamboo turners to hold the wooden dowel up.
So I glue one turner on, put the wooden dowel through that, and then I make sure that piece
of wood is leveled before I glue on the other turner.
Once you've done that, you can go ahead and paint this entire thing.
I went with pink.
Off of that wooden dowel, I'm going to be hanging these Easter baskets that I got from
Dollar Tree.
You get two for $1.25.
I got this really cute happy Easter sign from Hobby Lobby.
I'm going to go ahead and glue that to the front of my crate.
Inside of my crates, I'm going to put some decorative shred.
I do this so that I don't have to fill up the entire thing with candy.
I'm going to put some peeps inside of this.
I do use the little cardboard box they come in to create a little tray that I'm going
to stick inside of the crate.
If I'm putting open food inside of the crate, I like to use something on the bottom just
because I don't really want the food to be touching the acrylic paint.
I often use a sandwich bag that I just cut the top off of and then fill it up with whatever
I'm going to be putting inside of the crate.
Now I got these peep iron on stickers.
I don't actually use them to iron on anything and I'm just going to be sticking them to
the front of my buckets.
I also got these little flower stickers from Hobby Lobby that I decided to add to this
as well.
This is just so adorable.
Obviously, if you're going to put peeps inside of here, you want to put them the day of because
they're going to get hard right away.
In general, I tend to put wrapped up candy inside of my sweet bars, but when I'm filming,
I like to do opened candy just because it looks better in video.
This just is so, so cute and so easy to do.
I love this next DIY.
You can get a bamboo cutting board from Dollar Tree for $1.50.
And then I got this little miniature fence from Hobby Lobby.
You can get it from many different craft stores.
What I'm going to be doing is I'm going to be gluing the fence to the edge of the bamboo
board.
It's best to cut the fence down to the perfect size beforehand before gluing it down.
And then I went to Dollar Tree and I picked up a bunch of fairy garden items.
They have items that are perfect for this.
I'm just placing a couple of these pieces on top of the bamboo board.
Now, this is going to be a charcuterie board.
I'm doing the technique that I always do a thousand times because it's the only thing
I really know how to do.
I got a wine glass.
I'm laying pieces of salami on the wine glass, creating a rose.
I got to learn more salami art, but that's the only one I know.
And it works well for this.
And then I'm just filling this up with vegetables.
Make sure you put some carrots inside of there because obviously for Easter time this works
really, really well.
I'm adding my cheese, crackers, fruits, and you are left with the most adorable charcuterie
board ever.
And it's so easy to put together, you guys.
So easy.
Lots of times I will make like a bunny out of cheeses.
This is easier than that and I feel like it's a bigger wow factor.
It's so cute.
I'm just like obsessed with this.
It is absolutely adorable.
For our next DIY, you're going to want to get some paper plates from Dollar Tree.
You're going to lay out five of them and glue them together, creating the shape of a flower.
And then you can glue one to the center of that, keeping it all together.
You can add one more on top of that.
I like the way that this looks, so I decided to do that.
Now I'm going to be hanging a bunch of these to the wall.
To do that, I'm using command strips.
I place them on the back of the flowers and then just attach that all around my wall,
creating a flower arch.
I did this last year.
It went super viral.
You've probably seen a bunch of these arches and I'm telling you guys, I did it.
And once I did it, somebody took it, got millions of views.
They went on the Today Show showing it.
And then after that, it just blew up.
So I'm super proud of what I did.
I did not create paper plate flowers, but this arch, I did do it.
And once I did it, it's been all over the place.
I want to take a moment to talk about our sponsor for this video, Upside.
Gas, groceries, going out to eat, even on the tightest of budgets.
It's hard to escape them.
But here's what you can control.
Getting cash back every single time you fill up on gas, you hit the grocery store, or you
go out to eat with the Upside app.
Upside is a free app that gets you cash back on daily essentials like gas, groceries, and
dining.
The three things draining your wallet right now.
And yes, it's cash back, not points you're never going to use, credit that expires.
It's money that you can transfer straight into your bank account.
And here's how it works.
Open the app, claim an offer for whatever you're buying on Upside, then pay as usual
with a credit card or debit card.
Follow the steps in the app and get paid.
That's it.
Checking the Upside app, honestly, has become automatic to me.
I'm always out shopping for work or running errands.
So before I fill up on gas or get a bite to eat, I quickly check the app to see what cash
back is available nearby.
And honestly, this has just become second nature to me.
It's just a habit now.
Upside has given back $1 billion to its users.
To find out how much you can earn, download the free Upside app and use promo code BargainBethany
to get an extra 25 cents back for every gallon on your first tank of gas.
That's an extra 25 cents back for every gallon on your first tank of gas using promo code
BargainBethany.
Thank you so much to Upside for sponsoring this video and continuing to support my channel.
I really love this app and I know you guys will too.
With that being said, let's continue.
Let's make a large Easter basket.
Get a wastebasket from Dollar Tree, one of the bigger ones, and some pool noodles.
I'm going to be putting the pool noodles inside of the wastebasket and then I'm going to tape
them down into place so they don't move around.
I'm using duct tape to do this.
Now I got this door decor.
So it's these door stickers.
They're from Dollar Tree.
They make a bunny face.
I'm going to be sticking these to the wastebasket to make that bunny face.
Now it comes with these ears, but the ears I didn't want to stick directly to the pool
noodle because the adhesive would be exposed on the back where the ear isn't touching the
pool noodle.
So instead, I glue the ears down and this works better so that that adhesive isn't just
sticking to whoever you're gifting this to.
This Easter basket is for my son and daughter and I wanted to share with you guys this theme
basket that I'm doing.
It's for summertime.
They can also use some of the items during spring on Easter day.
So I'm just adding some new towels inside of there.
I'm going to be putting some kites inside of there.
Airplane ones in particular because my son loves airplanes.
Lots of bubbles.
My favorite bubble maker is from Dollar Tree.
They have like little unicorns and dinosaurs at the top of them and they make the coolest
biggest bubbles.
I got some sand shovels at Dollar Tree.
A sand castle.
This ring toss game is new to Dollar Tree.
I also got a couple of pool toys I'm going to put inside of there.
I also got some swimsuits for the kids that are also going to go inside of there and then
sunglasses from Dollar Tree.
I love to get sunglasses especially for kids at Dollar Tree because they lose them so easily.
So for $1.50, they're going to get these sunglasses.
It was so easy to put together and it only cost me $10 to make.
The basket that they carry that's the largest size at Dollar Tree is $10 and it's like one
third of the size of this.
And the waste basket is reusable.
You can easily take those stickers off and the pool noodles can be used as well.
Dollar Tree carries these Easter Christmas trees.
I'm going to get a bunch of those, a broomstick, planters, styrofoam, and some stones.
I really wanted a pencil thin baby blue Christmas tree for Easter but the only one I could find
in a color that I like is $179.
Pencil white Christmas trees are less expensive but then I would have to spray paint them
and then the tree is all gross and sticky.
I'm starting off by gluing the styrofoam inside of the planter.
Two come in a pack for $1.75.
The price has gone up on styrofoam at Dollar Tree.
I'm going to glue them in that planter and then I grab a scissor.
You can grab a knife, whatever you want, and start creating a small little hole.
This will make it easier for the broom to be pushed in through the styrofoam.
You push the broom into the styrofoam once you've created that hole and the broom is
supposed to be the base to attach all of the Christmas trees on top of.
Now you need to weigh your planter so that it stays down and doesn't topple over.
To do that, I'm using stones.
You gotta make sure it's heavy enough that your tree isn't just gonna fall to the side.
I'm using a bunch of stones that I have reused over and over for so many DIYs.
Now you're gonna take all of your Christmas trees and remove the bottom plastic piece
off of them.
You don't want that there.
And then when you open up all the branches, you're gonna make sure that all the branches
are opened up just on one side except for the tree that's gonna be at the very top.
You're gonna remove that top plastic piece off of the broom.
That's gonna expose a hole in the broom handle.
You're gonna just put a Christmas tree through that.
I made sure I glued it into place.
And then I'm gonna start zip tying all of my Christmas trees to the broom handle.
It's up to you to use as many Christmas trees as you want to make it look as full as you
want.
But basically you're just gonna keep zip tying these trees to the broom handle.
If the bottom of your planter is weighted, you're not gonna have any issues doing this
as long as it's weighted and that broom handle is secured into place.
But the rocks will do a good job keeping it in place.
I used 18 Christmas trees with the planter, broomstick, and trees.
This Christmas tree turned out to be just over 5 feet tall.
Now take a step back from the Christmas tree, look at it, and see what branches need to
come more out or what needs to go more in.
And when you decorate the tree, make sure you use ribbon and put the ribbon at the bottom
to make it look more fluffed out.
This tree cost me $33 to make.
Like I said, you can get the white Christmas trees and spray paint them.
And the thing with that is they get this really weird texture.
It's sticky, never completely dries, it looks a little funny.
So I'm happy with how this turned out.
It's the perfect size.
I was getting sick of the big Christmas trees I was using for the holidays.
I put it in a wicker basket.
It is so cute.
I cannot believe I made this with Dollar Tree Christmas trees.
Dollar Tree right now has these stackable Easter characters.
And I want to give them more of a rustic vintage look to them because that's what my decor this
year for Easter is.
So I'm going to start off by dry brushing some white and brown paint on top of the characters.
My favorite brush to use for dry brushing is the Dollar Tree paint brushes you find
in the hardware section.
What I do is I dip these brushes into the paint, remove most of the paint and then go
over whatever it is that I'm painting.
It creates these lines and it looks really good for things that you're trying to make
look more vintage or rustic.
I used white and brown paint to do this and I'm just pretty much making this look a little
bit more beat up.
I painted over the eyes.
I added some whites to the eye and a little dot over the black to make it stand out and
some eyelashes.
I grabbed some reddish orange paint and went over the wings of the little chicks and then
I painted on some rosy cheeks.
Now this was much easier to do with the little chicks versus the bunnies.
The bunnies, oh my gosh, they're kind of like a lost cause.
I mean I did it anyway but the bunnies are just like creepy looking to begin with.
Maybe I should have went with bigger eyes but I really really like the little chicks
and you can put a Dollar Tree light underneath this and make it look like a blow mold.
For this DIY you're going to need a gift box.
You can find some at Dollar Tree but I'm going to be using a larger one I got from Hobby
Lobby just because I wanted a larger one of these DIYs.
So I'm going to place the gift box on a piece of parchment paper upside down.
And then I'm going to be using spackle for this.
You don't need a large bucket like I have.
I just have a large bucket because I do a lot of DIYs using spackle.
So I put on some gloves and I'm going to start rubbing the spackle all over the gift box
creating a layer of spackle.
We're going to be making a carrot cake.
So this is supposed to be the icing or whatever, the green cheese.
You know what?
I don't really eat carrot cake so don't ask me what that is.
To smooth out the top I'm just using my scraper from my Cricut.
You can get something similar at Dollar Tree and it just makes it easier to smooth out
the spackle.
Now I'm going to be using k-cob animal bedding.
So basically it is bedding you use for hamsters.
Now this part of the video accidentally didn't record the beginning but I'm just using my
gloves to push the k-cob all into the spackle.
So it's making it look like what's on top of a carrot cake.
Once I've done this I transfer the DIY to a clean piece of parchment paper.
Now you're going to need a piping bag and an icing tip.
You're going to put the icing tip inside of the piping bag and then fill this up with
spackle.
Basically you're going to use this as if you're putting buttercream and designs on top of
a cake.
So to get that cute whipped cream icing look you're going to use a spackle to do that.
Spackle doesn't work exactly like buttercream so when you stop piping often times the spackle
wants to go back up with the icing tip so I do have to correct little mistakes here
and there.
That's just the name of the game.
Like I said it's not really buttercream so it's a little bit different to work with.
Now I got this carrot garland from Dollar Tree.
I'm going to cut three carrots off of this and then I'm going to glue them onto the cake.
You gotta wait at least 24 hours for the spackle to dry and then you can take it off of the
parchment paper.
And that's how I created these fake carrot cakes.
I love them so much.
I used to really love making fake sweets but now you can find fake sweets inside of stores
often times but they just don't look like this.
They look more like a ceramic and this just looks so much better.
Right now at Dollar Tree you can find these peep easter eggs.
So what I'm doing is I'm opening them up so I have the front pieces in one side and the
back pieces in another side.
I'm laying out these front pieces to create a wreath shape.
So just a circle.
I ended up using four packs total.
So I'm going to glue these just using hot glue.
I do recommend using a little bit of a heavy duty glue with this.
So like E6000 or super glue.
I just didn't do that for video purposes.
I like to film in natural lighting when it's sunny and sometimes I'm just in a race against
the sun before it goes down.
So it's just faster for me to just use hot glue.
Now on the back of this I'm gluing the back part of the egg containers.
This is really going to make the wreath more sturdy.
If you don't do this it's a little bit flimsy.
So add that backing.
Then I got this really cute hair bow from Dollar Tree.
I'm actually going to remove the clip off of it and then glue that bow to the wreath.
These bows are super super cute.
How fun is this wreath?
It cost me under $8 to make.
What is crazy is back in the day this would have cost me only $5 to make.
But the price increases.
It costs just under $8.
If you're into peep easter decor or really colorful easter decor this wreath is for you.
This next DIY you're going to need a bunch of pool noodles from Dollar Tree.
It's going to be up to you to decide how many you want to use but I ended up using a lot
of them.
You're also going to need a strong tape.
I decided to go with crystal clear tape from Gorilla Glue because I know that tape is going
to be strong.
You're going to take two pool noodles preferably two that are the same color and tape them
into place where the two pool noodles meet.
Once you've done that you're going to close up the other end so that you're creating one
giant circle.
You're going to do this with all of your pool noodles except for two of them.
Two of them you don't want to close them up.
I'm going to glue all of the rings I created together using hot glue.
You can always tape them together if you want to.
Now this is inspired off of a picture I saw on Facebook.
I tried to find the original creator of this idea.
I couldn't find it.
I found somebody on TikTok who uploaded something last year but they credited Pinterest.
So I'm just going to put what I found down in the description box below.
We're making a giant Easter basket.
So after you have all of your rings glued you're going to attach the handle.
So you're going to stick the handle inside of your pool noodle ring and then you're going
to glue and tape it into place.
It's easier to get the first handle on with some help from somebody and then getting the
second one on is easier after you've got the first one on.
I made a tablecloth bow that I am just going to tape to the front of this.
Dollar Tree carries these jumbo inflatable peeps for $5.
You're just going to fill it up with air and at the bottom you weigh it down by pouring
some water inside of there.
I'm putting this jumbo peep inside of my basket.
This entire thing is waterproof so it can be used outside.
I did grab some ribbon and wrap it around the handle.
That way I could cover up the tape that's at the top of the handle.
This craft is the perfect Easter photo prop.
You can use it as a gift basket as well.
However, I made this specifically to go outside.
That's why I wanted to make sure everything is waterproof.
So that this doesn't blow away, I got some rebar from the hardware store that I just
hammered into the ground and then I put the pool noodle over the rebar and that way this
does not fly away.
You can see the peep is moving around because it was windy outside.
However, the basket isn't flying away because that rebar keeps it in place.
For this craft, you're going to need some punch bolts from Dollar Tree and then an Easter
basket or whatever else you would like to use.
I'm going to be using balloon glue dots that I got from Dollar Tree to attach a bolt to
the bottom of a basket.
I'm using balloon glue dots that way I can detach the punch bolt from the basket and
reuse these items.
Now you can go ahead and fill up your punch bolt with some Easter goodies.
I put some decorative grass inside of the punch bolt and then I place a peep that I
got from Dollar Tree.
This is $3 to the center of that.
I make sure I don't put it on the grass because if I put it on the grass, it's too tall and
the decorative piece that I'm making won't close.
And then I added some candy that I got from Dollar Tree as well as some Easter eggs that
I filled up with some goodies.
I grab more balloon glue dots and I put them around the rim of the first punch bolt and
then on top of that I add my second punch bolt.
Now I got some decorative paper that I'm going to cut into the shape of an egg and then a
circle.
I'm going to glue those pieces together and then glue that on the front of my basket.
I'm then going to write out 25 cents.
I know I write this out weird, but I do this sometimes in different ways.
That way I can make sure that the word or the numbers I'm writing are perfectly centered.
Now I got some bunny ears from Dollar Tree.
I'm going to cut them off of the headband and then glue that onto my punch bolts.
You can always just tape the headband directly over the punch bolts.
I just don't like the way that that looks, but you can do that if you want to reuse the
headband.
And that's how I created these Easter gumball machine gift baskets using Dollar Tree products.
This is so cute.
I've done gumball machines in the past before and I have to say this one is my favorite
I think.
And it really does remind me of a gumball machine.
This is a very easy hack.
You can get a tension rod or a curtain rod and a pool noodle from Dollar Tree.
You're going to cut through the pool noodle, but not the entire thing.
Just on one half of it and then wrap that around the tension rod or curtain rod, whatever
it is that you're using.
I actually uploaded this DIY on TikTok and Instagram before this and people kept asking
why I didn't slide the tension rod through the hole of the pool noodle.
The tension rod is too big to slide through there.
I got this garland from Dollar Tree and I'm going to wrap it around the pool noodle.
And you only need one of these to wrap it around the pool noodle.
I do this so that the pool noodle color doesn't really peek through everything else I'm going
to stick on this.
Now the fun part decorating this, I got these eggs from Dollar Tree.
To attach them, at first I was just using glue, but then it ended up working better
with some push pins.
Then I got the egg containers from Dollar Tree and I glued a bunch of them to this thing
that I'm making.
I think I used about four packs of them.
I can't remember exactly, but I think it was around four.
Then I got some floral bunches from Dollar Tree.
I removed them off of the stem and before I push them through my pool noodles, I go
ahead and I hang the tension rod.
Now usually the tension rod, you can just push it somewhere.
I don't know how to explain it, but you like twist it and push it.
My tension rod was too big for the area, so I had to hang it off of some command strips.
I got some egg garland from Dollar Tree that I decided to hang off of this as well.
And to hang it, I used glue and push pins.
I had to use both of them to make sure that they stay put.
I used five total.
Now I did get comments about this being tacky and remember, you don't have to use exactly
what I used.
If you don't want to use flowers that look fake, you can go somewhere else and get more
realistic looking flowers.
It's just an idea.
I mean, you can just belt off of this idea.
The next time you're in Dollar Tree, get a hula hoop and some pool noodles.
Grab your pool noodles and slightly slice through the pool noodle.
You don't want to slice through the entire thing.
You're going to wrap that around the hula hoop.
You'll need two pool noodles.
You will have some leftover of the other one that you cut into.
Once you have the pool noodles wrapped around the hula hoop, you're going to tape the ends
into place so that they don't come off.
Now I got some floral garland that I'm going to wrap around the hula hoop and zip tie it
into place so that it doesn't fall off.
Again, this is a sponsorship that I did for Michaels.
So I did use Michaels floral, but you can also use Dollar Tree floral.
And I've talked about this before.
If you're going to buy flowers in bulk, I don't recommend going to Dollar Tree.
I recommend going to a different place like Michaels or Hobby Lobby.
You get more bang for your buck there.
I also recommend, if possible, using a garland first.
That way most of the hula hoop gets covered and then you take your floral picks and use
them to fill in any gaps or add color here and there where you want to.
Because lots of times it's cheaper to get some inexpensive garland and then fill it
in with the flower picks than it is to just use only flower picks.
Next up, I got this beautiful clear egg garland that I'm going to zip tie to the chandelier.
I'm making sure that it hangs down in some spots.
I ended up having to use two total.
This is a floral chandelier so that it hangs.
I got this plant hanger from Dollar Tree and I'm going to zip tie that to the pool noodle.
To hang this up, I'm just hanging it on a ceiling hook that's in my front room.
It's from Home Depot.
It costs 99 cents.
And once I hang it up, I start to add some more things.
It's easier to add things after you hang it up so you can see any areas that you're missing,
something in, or you can just add more color if you think that you need to.
So I added more floral.
And then I added some of these bows.
This looks super cute.
I love the way that it looks.
Very chic.
And the final thing I added were these Easter egg picks that I just pushed through the chandelier.
It looks so gorgeous.
And that's how I made this floral chandelier using a hula hoop and pool noodles from Dollar
Tree.
Like I said, this can be made with Dollar Tree products.
It's just going to look a little bit different.
They have egg garland that you can use.
It's just solid pastel colors.
And then the flowers, they're going to be more vibrant because Dollar Tree carries more
vibrant color flowers.
Dollar Tree is getting in these bunny plates.
Last year I made a viral arch using Dollar Tree paper plates.
We're going to use this to make it for Easter.
You can use the Easter bunny plates to make the flower arch specifically for Easter.
So you do the same thing.
You use the paper plates to create the flower shape, but this time around in the center,
you're going to glue down the Easter bunny.
I did a mixture of flowers with the Easter bunny face and just normal flowers.
And I did decide to add some leaves this time by using green plates that I cut into a leaf
shape.
And then I also attached to the wall and I'm using command strips for this as well.
I did the flower arch last year and this year I just decided to make a little bit different
specifically for Easter.
I'm trying to think of some other type of arch I can do with paper plates.
I can't think of anything beside a rainbow.
So if you got any ideas, let me know.
For this DIY, you're going to need the punch bowls and fluted bowls from Dollar Tree.
Now you're going to fill up one of the punch bowls with some Easter grass and then whatever
you want to put inside of there, you can put inside of there.
So basically these are going to be a really cool version of an Easter basket.
So I put a little plushie inside of there and then some chocolates that I got from Dollar
Tree.
Then you're going to take your other punch bowl, place it on top of the punch bowl that
has everything inside of it, and then use tape to seal it.
If you use hot glue, it's not going to be something that somebody could pry open again.
You're going to have to break the bowl to get anything out.
So just use tape to keep it shut.
Now the fluted bowls are supposed to be the head of the bunny.
Before you close them together, again, fill it up with some Easter grass and some treats
and then you can seal it using your tape.
And what I would do afterward is glue the head to the body.
I wouldn't use tape because honestly it's just, if you move it around then the head's
going to fall right off.
I would use hot glue.
Now I got one of the Easter bunny headbands from Dollar Tree.
I'm going to place it around the bowl and then tape it into place.
If you just put it on the bowl, it pops right off.
So you do have to tape it into place.
I wanted to glue a bow to the front of this.
I ended up finding this bow hair clip at Dollar Tree that's so pretty.
So I put a little bit of hot glue on the clip and I glued that to the bowl.
Now a little bit of hot glue makes it so that it sticks to the bowl, but it's easy to peel
off once you want to use the hair clip.
Now I got this decorative bunny kit at Dollar Tree.
So it's meant to be for a wreath.
I'm going to go ahead and take the head and remove the ears off of that head and then
the rest of the body pieces, they have string on them, that I also removed.
And I'm going to glue this to my bowls.
And I think this looks so much cuter because this DIY has been done before and I don't
think it looks as cute without these type of details on it.
So I think finding the decorative kit, it makes it look so much cuter.
And you could always get craft foam or felt and cut out those features and glue them to
your bowls.
I think it looks better this way, like I said.
This is something else you can do that's super fun.
You can get the deviled egg tray from Dollar Tree and fill it up with some of the Easter
eggs and then put your bunny on top of that tray.
I think this brings it up a notch and I think it's really cool to gift it this way.
I forgot to take footage of it like that.
So I mean, you just saw the idea for a second, but I do like it with that tray.
These are just so cute.
So that is it for the video.
I hope you guys enjoyed.
