'Golden' from 'KPop Demon Hunters' wins Oscar for best original song

And the Oscar goes to... Golden! K-pop Demon Hunters just made Academy Awards history, becoming the first K-pop song to win Best Original Song. This is the first Oscar win and nomination for each of the songwriting team. Thank you so much to the Academy for this insane award. Oh my god. Growing up, you know, people made fun of me, like in K-pop. But now, everyone's singing our song. And all the Korean lyrics, I'm so proud. And I realized, like, the song, this award is not about success, it's about resilience. And I'm just so grateful to our team. And I just want to thank my mom, my dad, my brother, my fiancé, my manager, of course, for always staying with me. And I also want to thank, of course, the resilient cast of K-pop Demon Hunters. Thank you so much to Maggie King and Chris Abelhans and our producer Michelle Wong. Thank you so much for this film. Thank you to Netflix. Thank you Sony Animation. Thank you to Ian Idenbrath and Spring Aspers. And... I would like to thank...
