Senate Bill 2 prohibits the district from providing any superintendent or administrator a pay increase greater than a classroom teacher. House Floor Amendment 1 is adopted. General from Ohio. Thank you, Mr. Speaker. The rest of the floor amendment, we covered that. I was going to say that one to the last part, but basically it does three or four other things. It addresses the constitutional contract clause by applying to superintendent contracts issued or renewed after July 1st, 2026. So that's when the date would start. Requires districts to provide a copy of the superintendent's contract to the Kentucky Department of Ed to be posted on their website, and also requires it to be posted on the district website. It does clarify that superintendents can negotiate a new contract at the end of an expiring contract, which is usually most times four years, and also allows job categories to be adjusted inside the salary schedule by the board without having this clause kick in. And then I believe we covered the last amendment there. If there are no questions, I move passage of Senate Bill 2 with Floor Amendment 1.
