Magda Linette vs Iga Swiatek 2026 Miami Open Round 2 WTA Match Highlights

Didn't make it easy for her to even get a step in. Drops in. Well there's no stopping her when she gets onto the forehand light back. Blistering opening set of tennis from Igas Fiontek. Just over half an hour. And for the third consecutive set against Magdalena. It's a 6-1 scoreline. Exquisite. Well you can see her desperately trying to hold her position as close to the baseline as she can. Oh she makes it. Just teed that ripped cross-court forehand. That's spectacular. Wow that is some way to wrap up a set. Agnieszka Radwanska enjoyed it and so did Magdalena. Heading to a third set in Miami. Fabulous point. Outstanding. Well there's always that. And then you could see that second match point. She was slightly over eager with that forehand. Pulverized that. Oh living dangerously but still alive in this contest. Hold on. Remarkable performance from Magdalena. Kamper thrilled and so is she. Going the long way around again this year to get the win. A huge one as she takes out the world number three. And to contextualize that is the first time in five years that Aegis Fiontek has lost an opening match. That ends a streak of 73 consecutive wins. What a win from the world number 50.
