Okay, so just in summary of how to practice something like this, the hand drags. Like,
start from really easy first and focus on one feeling or element at a time. So we did
like feeling the ski bend and keeping our outside foot strong, like ball the foot pressure.
There we go. Not getting, not getting back on the tail, so just being aware of that.
Hold it, hold it, hold it, hold it, hold it. Ball the foot, press, hold, hold, hold, hold, hold.
Keep the camera in the middle. For a few runs, getting that parked. Then we did touching the
inside hand to the snow before the fall line. And I said, don't worry about the other thing,
leave the other thing. You can skid, you can be a big turn, whatever. Just try and get the hand
down low and early. And we even did it with like the, like 10 kilometers per hour. Just calibrating,
okay, I'm touching, I'm touching, I'm touching. What have I got to do to touch my hand low
at high and low speeds? And then we started going, okay, now I'm feeling comfortable with that.
I'm going to think about where exactly I'm touching it because it's not, don't just put
it down behind you. You can play it fore and aft. Great, did that. And then I was like, now everybody,
this is just out to lunch as waving in the wind. Whoa, he's back on that one. That's why it chatters.
Whoa, you actually brought this part of our body into coming down and even being relative to like
the inside knee. And that was cool because the other day we'd done this and you're like, oh,
I know what that's like. Put it near where, where this drill was putting me. So just peace, peace,
think about that one piece and don't worry if the other pieces fall apart.
That's the key thing. The other pieces will fall apart a little bit. Don't worry.
The purpose is highlighting either this bit, this bit, the foot bit.
