Hello Namaste Welcome back to my channel Meekam I'm Ramati Krishna Today I'm
here with a
super interview experience video
Recently one of our channel subscribers
her name is Madhu Mata was selected
for an Amazon position She has already joined the role and begun her work
She is working from home so she
emailed me to share her interview experience
What’s surprising is that she applied for 40 different
Amazon job openings Finally she landed a position at Amazon
So let's take a look at her
interview experience Let's ask her for plenty of
tips How did she prepare for the interview
How did she ace the Amazon written test
I'll cover all of these topics in this video
Before diving into the details if anyone is watching the channel for the first time
please comment that you're a subscriber
That way I can connect with you
Hi Madhu bro
First of all congratulations You've
been selected for
an Amazon position
How are you feeling Hi sister Thank
you so much Yes I'm really happy
It's a truly wonderful
experience I'm so happy
I put in so much effort
for this So I'm truly happy that all my hard work has paid off
Thank you so much bro
For reaching out to me and sharing your interview experience with our subscribers
I'm so happy for that too Thank
you I learned about Amazon through your videos
I discovered
how to prepare for the Amazon interview exam on your channel
I saw tips and suggestions I
also saw you interacting with some people and sharing
their experiences So I came to you today wondering why I shouldn't do the same
Hey Madhu please share a few details about yourself—like your
educational qualifications
or academic background Let our viewers
know Okay sister Hi
everyone Welcome friends
So my name is Madhu I recently completed my engineering in Electronics and
Communication Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University
So I passed out in 2022 Once I passed out I started
preparing for Amazon exams I landed several job
offers while I was still in college
But I prioritized Amazon Now
I'm working as a
Transaction Risk Investigator at Amazon Yeah that's pretty much me
So bro when did you apply for this Amazon job
When did you take the written
exam And how did you prepare for it
Because in Amazon jobs the hardest part
is passing the written test So how did
you prepare If our subscribers share their tips it would be incredibly helpful
Definitely sister Because
this is very difficult So first
of all this Amazon journey is a huge undertaking for me
So when I was in my final year of engineering I began
this journey I wrote over
40 roles I'm telling the truth
I wrote over forty roles
At first I had many regrets
My poor communication skills
My limited English knowledge
I had countless regrets
So I was never disappointed For this
I struggled for over eight months
To be honest it was during my final year final semester of engineering
In 2022 it was around August I think
Since then I've been struggling
I've written over forty roles
I' ve put in a great deal of hard work
For this my struggle isn't like that
I don't have the words to explain
Only those who've endured it can
truly understand So that's how it was
And when I first applied I went through the first round
To be honest
First there's a verbal ability test
30 multiple-choice questions in 25 minutes
So I went there Later on I got to
work out I picked up many skills I
watched a lot of videos I watched
videos on how to
improve my abilities
So I learned from that And
I corrected every mistake
So for a few days I cleared the first round
Then I came to the written test
When I saw the written test from the first round
I thought it was a mess
Later on I watched some videos on
YouTube I took advice from a few
people I realized
there was a pattern like
this so I wrote it this way
So for that what I did first
was realize my typing
speed wasn't that
good and to pass the written test
typing was also extremely important
So it's crucial to type
accurately To type accurately
I relied on several online resources for a few days
So I practiced typing for 20 to 30 minutes every day Later on I
strengthened my English vocabulary
Thanks to that I was able to pass the test
When did you apply
Do you remember the date
For the role of Transaction Risk Investigator
Yes So for the role of
Transaction Risk Investigator I applied in November I think
it was November 10th
I took the exam on the morning
of November 10th Earlier
I had applied for over 40 positions So after that
There's one more thing I
need to tell you This isn't my
first interview This is my
fourth interview with Amazon Oh
So I passed the exams for over 15 positions
Alright
So if the exam is for more than 15 roles
they'll send me a letter stating Congratulations you've passed the exam on Higher Pro
So I passed the exam for over 15 positions
So I attended my first interview for the role of Catalog Associate Okay
So I went to my first interview for the Catalog Associate position
But I didn’t receive any feedback
Then I attended my interview for the Quality Assurance role
But I didn’t receive any
feedback Next I attended my interview for the
ML Data Associate position
Finally I arrived for my interview as a Transaction Risk
Investigator But I received no feedback
So when did I apply for this
job I think it was November
10th I don't remember the
exact date I performed well
Because I had prior experience writing
an exam I knew how to approach it so I
passed in the morning and received
the congratulatory email
in the evening Okay
So I received a call to arrange the interview for the next two days
So I was scheduled for the interview on November 17 2022
From 12:30 to 1:00 PM in the afternoon
Okay
So a woman came in as the interviewer
I can't remember her name right now
So the interview went well
After 10 days of the interview
I received a Google form In the form
they asked for certain requirements
such as whether I have an app
Do you have an internet connection Do
you accept the salary
I pay
you What is your current location Which state are
you in They ask for such basic details
So if we agree on all of this
I'm in I'm genuinely passionate
about it Within ten days I
received the offer
letter within six
From the HR team
So this is my selection process
And bro
If you don't have any tips
What are the patterns in the written test
I want to hear it straight from you
I've already made a video but so
many people are still asking So
what's the format of the written test
What are the patterns in the first section
What are the patterns in the second
section So if you share those details
clearly it will be so
helpful Definitely Akka
Don't worry So friends everyone'
s struggling with
the Amazon exam
But I tell you all please practice
Practice makes perfect I've
always believed that So I went
through many exams
in my first year
At that time my exams
hadn't gone well
But I never lost motivation I remained
always enthusiastic
As an open
technology learner I pushed forward So always
I can't seem to overcome my negative thoughts
To overcome the
first hurdle I was always
prepared So I passed this exam In this
exam there is a verbal ability section
consisting of 30
multiple-choice questions
You will be given 25 minutes These are very
basic multiple- choice questions You just need to
know some grammar and vocabulary
Once this is cleared there
will be either a voice or a written verse
Basically many people find
written verse challenging because their typing
skills are not strong
Therefore written verse
consists of various sections
with the first section
being the initial part
There is typing They will
display a passage
They will give you one minute
Type as much as you can in that minute
Try to type
accurately Maximum
At least 30
to 35 words per minute with 92% accuracy—
they will be
measured No one
corrects this exam manually
It is advancing through
artificial intelligence and machine learning It undergoes a process In
the second section
They will show you a sentence
Not a sentence
They will show you a sentence
In that sentence
there will be a missing word
Fill in the blanks
There will be a missing word
Complete the word within 25 seconds
Practice more for this
You will understand
In the third section
they will show you a
sentence It is not an Indian accent There
are different accents
Work on these accents
Follow some websites
Type the sentence accurately
In the fourth section
They will display a passage
It is like a story
Read the story
Type as much as you
can Finally
There is an email being written Email writing takes time
While writing write the body
subject
salutation
at the end look
at these
correctly punctuation
police stop write
these carefully
So you can pass the exam
Sit in a quiet location
A distortion-free environment
No noise
Focus on the camera while taking the exam
If there are too many warnings
You might fail the exam
Sit in a quiet
place Even if there are fans
They won't
take the exam
This is the procedure
I'm so happy You'
ve applied 40 times
You should be patient
You should have
zeal You should have passion
You should have a
strong feeling You could
not have traveled this
far So much appreciated
Last time too I heard this from Narendra
He wrote 30 times I was
surprised You
said 40 times
I'm at a loss
for words You can understand I gave
four interviews You can
imagine how many times I wrote
Amazon is a great company
We should
work there Product-focused companies
are always excellent
regardless of the package offered whether
it's other services
or additional incentives
The way they treat their employees
Product-based companies are good Absolutely
Everything you said is spot on
I know what your experience was like
Before that I want to share
one more thing with you
When I was in
college I was offered placements at four
MNCs—I got selected at
HCL Atos Intel and Capgemini
I attended interviews with Wipro and Cognizant
I didn't get the
final call I was
placed Amazon is a passion You
should join You
should work hard and land a
job It's a passion
I gave up a great deal for it The
very next day I
joined HCL I didn't
go Amazon is a
passion I didn't know
about Amazon I
wanted to work there
I didn't want any other company
Finally hard work always pays off in
the end This is something
I truly believe You
should always put in
the effort If you work
hard you will definitely achieve success
Madhu is a real example
Today many people
are asking if Amazon
jobs are genuine Many
people are commenting I
was very surprised Many
people are asking if
Amazon jobs are genuine
Some people are quitting if
they don't pass the written exam
Never give up
Practice hard
There are many resources
available for learning All
you need to do is explore
You can practice from any source There
are many websites There
are many YouTube videos
If you practice like
this you can definitely
pass the written test Bro I'm so happy
I'm telling you once
again Thank you so much Madhu
did you refer to any website
to prepare for the written test
or to improve your communication skills
So that
It will definitely help our viewers
Definitely sister
What we need to observe
is that many people think there are no sources available for this There are
different answers for the exam If we write one
They will write another on machine learning
We'll qualify only if both matches
are successful Many people end up creating a
negative impact That's absolutely
incorrect from my perspective Here's what I want to
tell you: there are some resources available for you
For example there is an app called Versant
Practice tests are available
there Install
that app and make
sure you practice regularly so
you can succeed Try it as well
Some websites are also
available It's not exactly
the Amazon pattern but almost similar There
are comparable sites so
research those Moreover
many people are uploading
content on YouTube
As of now it is unofficial
It should be kept confidential
But everyone's sharing Anyway make
the most of the opportunity Those
who misuse it are misusing it It's
helpful to many members Yes of course
So take a
look at it once Make sure you identify
where you're falling short and where you 're
not making progress Then practice diligently
so it will be truly beneficial for you
What I want to say is
that you should have
passion and be enthusiastic about learning
And you should be determined to succeed
If you have that mindset you can definitely achieve your goals
So how did your parents feel
So at first
my mother also felt a little hesitant
I did four interviews
right So the first time
I told my mother about
the company It's a fantastic
company It's the best in the world
If you join this company your
life will be very good The facilities
they provide the employees they
offer and the value
are all excellent
And it's a fully remote position
I'm working from home
right now so I don't have to go anywhere That'
s why I think it'll be a great fit
So after the first interview I told my
mother I said make sure it
comes this time But it took almost
two months to get the feedback
So the
second interview was also like this
If it's the third interview I
can't even imagine after the fourth
interview she was a bit disappointed
She said I didn't expect anything
this time But if it comes we'll be
very happy Otherwise try again I
said definitely But
it came in the end
So in the family everyone is
very happy My
sisters relatives my mother my parents my
uncles my
grandfather—everyone
is very happy
They all boast proudly these days My son works
for a reputable multinational corporation
Everything he needs comes directly from the
company Plus he enjoys excellent benefits as well
So when they say things like that
I feel incredibly proud Everyone now
sees me as an inspiration Wherever I
go they say Madhu
is doing a great job
That was the greatest moment
of my life I'm so
happy for you Thank you so much
sister By the way guys
Madhu has already started
the job How many months
has it been Madhu It's been
almost two months sister
So how's the work culture and everything
Amazon is really enthusiastic on the first day
I don't know how it was on the
first day but the way they receive us and
interact with us even
though it's a large
company they treat everyone with respect
and talk very well
Like siblings So I
want to tell you one more thing
No one at Amazon will call you sir or ma'am
In any company
The culture will be
the same So no need to
salute with ma'
am or sir We
will call you by
your name follow that culture
No matter how big a manager we are no
matter who it is we
will always call them
by their name There will be equal respect
so there will be no discrimination
So if we don't know we can ask and learn
That's good
From the very first day until now
we've connected with many people
There were many
interactions so the
learning experience was excellent
We should have the ability to
learn But they handle it very well
They provide 100% assurance on
how to care for employees making the work
experience quite
interesting and positive
and the work itself is also excellent
So far I've
really liked it I wish you
all the best—you should reach great
heights Since it's your dream company
you should achieve excellent positions
By the way Madhu is work
from home currently in effect There's
remote work office work and a
hybrid option—three
available methods
So I chose the work from home option
So
my location is Hyderabad
As you all know
Amazon's largest office
in Asia is Hyderabad
So guys when you come
to Hyderabad check
out Amazon—it was so beautiful Even
I used to think I should get placed
there even consider
switching my career
To Amazon Google
But you see
as of now
I'm content
with my position at my company
So Madhu
what's your advice for our subscribers
So my suggestion is consistency
hard work and enthusiasm If you
have these three
you'll definitely
be a part of this company
Not only Amazon but
any company—you'll be a
part of it So be excited
to learn Never give up
Guys one thing—I'm just turning
20 Everyone on my team is
older than me But I've never
really thought about my age
You know everyone says we need good experience
but really we need solid knowledge So if we work
in a company multinational corporations will
take us seriously Don't
buy into that kind of talk
Yes I'm completely new to this I don't have any relevant experience or skills for it But I've
been learning I moved
forward with enthusiasm to gain knowledge
So I learned I achieved
today Today I am working at Amazon
Yes this is all about my journey
You are a true inspiration to all of us Madhu
So happy to hear about your journey Guys
even this is my first
time interacting with
Madhu even though we'
ve talked offline for
some time I was truly surprised to hear it
His journey and everything
I'm so happy
I don't know how much you'll feel it
but I'll be the happiest person Madhu
So I started this channel

why I started this
