Into The Last Eight 🔥 | Aston Villa 2-0 Lille (3-0 AGG) | UEFA Europa League Highlights

Sent forward now towards the Villa right-hand side. It was Rodgers feeding Sancho. Sancho passed the first challenge now. Holds on to the ball. There are men arriving. Douglas Luiz is one of the drills. Oh he could have gone anywhere. And it hits John McGinn. Laston goes over the top. Well Luiz got power on it. Kept it down. Only in the near post area at the moment. Torres is forward. Abraham Rodgers all in there. Lindelof as well. In it comes now. In his head. Oh what a save. Was taken away from him by the defender but it was a wonderful header. And a wonderful save from Urza to keep it out. Sancho nearly on the follow-up with a tap-in. Was taken away from him. Amadou Anana did everything right. Whistle's gone. It's Bensonhead that runs up. He goes for goal and Martinez had to be alive and was. Comfortable save down towards his right-hand side. Tries to catch. Oh what a ball. Martinez out at the near post but it's sent downfield by Martinez. He gives it to Sancho. Sancho now trying to bring it infield. Sancho raises the goal. John McGinn. Oh it's super John McGinn. What a fantastic goal and look who's celebrating on halfway. Martinez started it. Sancho set it up and John McGinn finishes it. Gives Willer a two goal cushion overall. A one nil lead on the night. But what a move all the way from Martinez to McGinn in front of the Halton. Villa lead Lille by one goal to nil. What a goal. What a brilliant attack. Talking about talking about direct football. Absolutely brilliant but Sancho does so well. Picks out the ball forward to McGinn. Neatly in towards Morgan Rodgers now. Rodgers looks towards Ali Watkins. Back to goal at the moment. We've got Sancho outside of him. Watkins goes for goal. Not far away. He's looking for a corner. He's going to get it as well. A couple of inches outside that far post from Ali Watkins. A lovely ball from Buendia to Ali Watkins to seal it up for Aston Villa. He's gone for the pass to Leon Bailey. The flag stays down. Bailey fed by Ali Watkins has surely put Aston Villa into the quarterfinals of the Europa League. Makes it two nil on the night. Three nil on aggregate. With just five minutes to go. Bailey with the tap in from Ali Watkins. Great ball from Buendia to Watkins to send him away and Villa lead two nil on the night. Three nil on aggregate.
