Testing Lots of New Makeup: Dior glow foundation, Ilia serum concealer, Hung Vanngo lip gloss & more

I think with the season change spring arriving There's been so many new good releases in the makeup world and i'm going to test out a bunch today I have the Dior foundation right here. This is the glow version There's two new concealers. I have the new ilia concealers, which I think they're available or they'll be available soon. I have a new milk makeup concealer I'm, not sure what which one i'm going to use today But I also have some say bronzer. I think this has been released for a little bit, but I just picked it up We've got new eyeshadows from natasha denona. I have two color stories here I think she released three total, but I have the nude and the cool tone one So we'll see which one we're using today Just lots of random stuff and i'm excited to kind of get dolled up It's really beautiful outside and I dress accordingly. I feel like i'm very spring ready Um, so grab something to drink hang out with me. You can grab your makeup We could do it together and let's get started starting off with the base. I'm gonna use the Dior foundation Now this is not the first time i'm testing this one out. I've been wearing it for About a week and a half maybe two Since it was released. I initially didn't want to Purchase it because I was kind of over the Dior reformulation They were formulating everything and so I was just kind of like another foundation but I decided to pick it up because I actually had so many comments on instagram and Here asking if i'm gonna review this foundation. So I thought why not? I'm, just putting a little bit of a pore filling primer. This is the glowish Blur jam. I do think that this is still available on her website. I'm trying to finishing up finish it up Uh, there's not a ton left there, but I use so little that it goes a long way So this is a foundation. This is the skin forever skin glow. I want to say it's around 60 and I Initially got the shade 2.5 w and I don't know. I did not like that shade at all. I feel like it turned almost peachy With a little cool tone on my skin. So I decided to go for 2w. Oh This is more of um olive skin tone, which I would say i'm just i'm more warm but I don't know. We'll see. We'll see how it looks like I have worn this color once before and even though it looks quite green once it blends out. I kind of feel like It works. Well So this foundation I would say it's medium coverage and It is glowy without it being too glowy I actually find it very beautiful in the skin It is like see how it blends out. I feel like it blends out more warm rather than I don't know straight up green. I think this foundation it feels very light It's not watery like you can see it has some substance to it, but it's very very light and thin and so I think this is Such a beautiful foundation, but it does have quite a bit of coverage when I wear it. I feel I feel very covered and kind of perfected and I would say on the skin. It looks maybe a little bit heavier than maybe my new armani or the mph And that's because it has quite a bit more coverage in my opinion, but I still Love it. It is glowy without it being Wet looking, you know, it does set down and it lasts really well throughout the day I also really like it around the pore area. I think it is just really pretty Um, and so yeah, I I think this foundation is really beautiful. You can kind of build it up You can keep it lighter. I am using the mph foundation brush. I adore this foundation brush It kind of makes it go on a little a little lighter and just softer It has a scent just like all your product So, you know by now we kind of know and expect from dior to give us some sort of scent in their makeup, so this is how The foundation looks like I did not use a full pump. There's still quite a bit left here And I think it covered really nicely I would say medium coverage And you can kind of see that luminosity that glow that it has but again, it's not wet. It's actually so beautiful Even without a pore filling primer. I actually quite enjoy The way it looks around the pores. I don't find it Heavy, I don't find that it Emphasize the pores that is the foundation. I'm really liking it I think it's so beautiful. And like I mentioned it does last really Really well the color I think it works. Well initially it was a very Green olivey, but the way it blends into my skin. I kind of feel like it matches me decently well Yeah I'm really really enjoying this for concealer. I actually have two different concealers here. I have the milk makeup concealer I did purchase this and then ilia Sent over their new clean skin blur serum concealer and their brush There's been so many good brush releases lately um, I can say that i've been testing out the milk makeup concealer and I Love it. It is so Uh emollient it is a stick but It's Look at this. It's just so emollient so beautiful I've been loving it. This is a darker shade 5.5 and I use this kind of On my actual skin and under the eye. I did pick up the shade four Um, which I haven't opened yet I loved this one so much that I decided to go for the shade four just to have under the eyes and it has been a concealer that surprised me, you know, I have I've tried some milk makeup products, but I wouldn't say that it's my go-to brand I feel like there's a lot of hits a lot of misses um But this is a really good one So that's the shade four and I feel like that's gonna work under my eyes really really well and these are $29 I want to say I'm gonna double check that real quick if I can find my phone But I kind of want to try the ilia because I haven't tried them So it's supposed to be here crease resistant self-setting 12-hour wear Let's try this one. Okay, the concealer is available right now. It is $32 And it is supposed to be long wearing medium coverage a natural finish Yeah, feather weight crease resistant Safe for sensitive skin non-comedogenic Okay, let's try it. I have two shades here shade 11 and 14 W 11 w and 14 w if you've been around here, you kind of know that ilia Has become a brand that I love their blushes their lip products There's so many things I love from ilia lately. So when When I got pr from them, I actually got very excited. I don't think i've gotten pr before from them a long time ago, they sent me one thing and so Seeing the pr was very exciting. So let's swatch shade This is 11 and then shade 14 And the applicator is a little bit Um at an angle Which probably allows it very easy application. Okay 14 is quite deep That's not gonna work for me maybe in the middle of the summer when i'm super tan I think this shade 11 is gonna work so Let's just try that Swatching it. It feels a very light so i'm gonna Apply just a little bit Almost lift it around here Applied kind of where I usually do There's a few spots that I make um Combine the colors A little bit right here I think this will be a good color under the eyes. I do tend to like something that's a little bit more peachy Um, but we'll see this is the brush that they sent over. It's the blending blush brush um It feels kind of like a denser Blending I brush blending brush And I like it I actually tend to reach for brushes like this for concealer something that could be used on the eyes It's still dense, but you can see it has quite a lot of airiness I think that's a good color I feel like it just blends straight into my skin Let's see how it does right here. My skin has definitely been going through it lately it felt so Peely and textury But I think it's because I restarted my treadmill. I kind of went through the adjusting phase again Because I stopped for a little bit But my skin I feel like it's looking pretty good right now Yeah, I think I think i'm over the peeling okay, so This blends in super nicely. I just think the color is a little bit too warm for my under eyes I would love a color. That's A little bit more peachy Which if this stays as beautiful as it looks right now I may just have to pick up another shade blend it super nicely kind of feels Hydrating right now. I'm sure it's gonna set a little bit more. Let's add a little bit More I do think the the depth of the concealer is good Just the tone is just a tiny bit too warm for what I enjoy that looks very Healthy have a dent in my nose right here. It happened when I was pregnant like 12 years ago, so It's been there for forever. I feel like it's already setting down like it's not as luminous But I do like the way it looks like I like the combination of the foundation and concealer so far Obviously I have to test the concealer out a little bit more But first application I quite enjoy it I do see how it's going to be more of a natural finish rather than glowy I think it applies a lot more Almost like a thin serum But it seems to start setting down we'll see if it cracks because concealers are a little bit too thin can crack under my eyes and separate but We'll see we'll see so the milk makeup is a lot more creamier and more emollient almost Hydrating which I do really enjoy. Let me see if I can put the shade 5.5 Anywhere around my face that may need it maybe right here I just want to show you how it works the 5.5 is a great shade for The base of my skin not so much under the eyes. It's just a little little dark for under the eyes, but You probably can't tell but it's so beautiful it just blends into the skin and this concealer I feel like I could use By itself with no foundation or anything because it's that Good. What should we do next? I do have the bronzer from say Should I set this concealer or give it a little bit more time Maybe it has not creased actually even that really heavy line that I have under my eyes that we all have I feel like that has not creased the tiniest bit You know what? No, I will set just a little bit. I was gonna say maybe I shouldn't set it. Um, but I always set my concealer And so it's just not realistic for me to leave it unset But i'm gonna put a little bit of my la prairie fun not foundation my library powder and See how it performs It's so light under the eyes guys. It looks Very natural very very natural I think I really like it I think it'll be great for summertime because it's not super Glowy and it's very light um And it's not I'm, not saying it's not moisturizing, but it's not wet Anymore, you know kind of seems like it sets down And I do agree with the finish that it's a little bit more natural. I think this is a beautiful concealer I will update you guys in the description box. I won't do a full day wear test because I just have so much to do today. We're actually gonna leave for a mini vacation And so I want i'm pre-recording some things to have I will let you guys know How it works throughout the day and if it's separated or anything But so far i'm liking it. I do think if you have extremely dry skin, you may want something a little bit more hydrating than this But we'll see Okay moving on to the se powder I wanted to contour But I think I shouldn't I may contour after uh, this is the super suede radiant baked bronzer And I don't know where this when this was released I just saw it at sephora and I was like, you know what? I actually love se and I love their powders And I want to try it. This is the shade light to medium amalfi This is the color. I almost Hit myself in the eye. This is the color and it is that kind of baked formula Let's see, let's see the color looks Okay It's not too orangey. It has a little bit of yellow undertone. I like a little bit We'll see. Let's apply it on take a little bit on this Uh brush from refer. It's you can't buy it. I'm, sorry guys. It's Um, it's it was limited edition. I just love it so much and I want to give this Bronzer every chance and this is my favorite brush Okay, I love that color that color looks Beautiful you pick up quite a lot So be careful with that And the foundation's not set the only area that's set is around my eyes That's beautiful That is very very beautiful. I love the tone actually I think it works so well with my skin and it's a very natural And you know, I know it says that it is a glowy product And I see it but it's not like sparkly. It just doesn't look flat, you know the eyes here Oh, i'm loving this I'm, really liking it just you can see the bronze side and the non-bronze side I think it's so beautiful. It almost contours and sculpts while giving bronze at the same time, this is Beautiful. I am Really excited. This was literally bought on the whim. I was going to the checkout to get a different shade of the milk and uh, I saw it i'm like That kind of looks good and just picked it up and I was like, let's try it. Okay. This is stunning This is so beautiful Absolutely gorgeous say you did something here You guys know i've tried the rare beauty bronzer I don't love it. I think it's a little bit too pigmented and it wasn't as smooth This is so smooth on the skin. So beautiful. I love the color I love the slight glow that it gives me and for kind of spring summer It just puts me in the mood. I think this is Gorgeous. It reminds me a little bit Of the effect that the hourglass bronzers give It kind of reminds me of that at a fraction of the price. Well, maybe not a fraction but it's cheaper than the hourglass And I think it's it's so beautiful. It's stunning and I know the Blushes that they have some have a little bit more Glow in it. Some have a little softer glow. Well, this is on the softer side where it's You don't see it on the skin. There's no shimmer or sparkle It just gives a very healthy look It's gorgeous so far my favorite thing that i've tried. This is $32 it has pretty good reviews. I'm going to add a little bit of a blush. I'm going to use my chanel cream to powder formula, this is the rose Rose ardant something like that uh, and I'm, just gonna apply this on my skin I just feel like we're very summery and I want a little bit of a pink It's not too pink as you can see, but it's not warm necessarily because the eyeshadow palette I have a Kind of neutral one and a cool tone one. I don't have a warm one So I want to make sure that the blush kind of matches that a little bit If you haven't tried this one from chanel I think it's my favorite blush formula that they have and one of my go-to blushes in general mainly this formula So she beauty is really beautiful Close to the chanel one. This is a little bit creamier And this color I think it's back in stock bare muse Absolutely gorgeous. But as you can see, it's quite beigey and on my skin It pulls a little bit warm like a beigey warm color Um, and I didn't want warm but it's time for it and then on top of it, let me add a little bit of my chanel Blush face palette thing. I just love it so much. I feel like it makes Every blush just stand out Like i'm putting it on top of other products And it's just so pretty last time. I used this one in a video. It was sold out So, I don't know if you can even buy this anymore I'm, sorry because i'm still not over my blue chanel highlighter. I'm just gonna use this. I think i've used it in every video Since I bought it. I just love it so much. I've used it Just every day or every time I did my makeup in my personal everyday life, not just on camera I think it's so pretty everything's looking good. Let me do my brows real quick and we'll do the eyes together I put a little bit of my make beauty brow duo. I use their brow pencil and the brow gel Absolutely love it. Um, I looked at my skin a little bit and I think it looks really beautiful really natural So i'm really happy with the concealer. I already knew I loved the foundation just everything I feel like looks very Fresh the concealer. I do feel like in person the color is just a little bit too yellow for me So I'll have to swap the color. Well not swap because this was sent to me I'll just have to buy a different color for my skin tone But I do really like it. It's definitely natural finish. Don't expect it to be too glowy or hydrating so far It looks very much like my skin However, I will set my my face i'm gonna use the charlotte tilbury matte setting spray Once I sprayed this on my face without spraying it out and I had like a ton Of product on my cheeks. So since then I'm, not making that mistake again moving on to the eyes. We have the new natasha denona quads And you guys know me or hopefully you know by now. I love small palettes It's what I live for and when I saw that she released these I was excited. However, I wasn't sure about just the colors um And it's not that I don't like the colors. I just feel like i've had Similar products in my collection and I already have some but I saw them in person and swatched them and they were so pigmented Which can be a good thing or a bad thing and we're about to find out I have tried this one This is the neutral one the nude one And so you have two mattes which the mattes are absolutely stunning they're just the natasha denona mattes and then you have two very pigmented colors, so this is The first one I will swatch it and it swatches really nicely and i'll show you right here Look at that color. So beautiful. This is the cool tone palette there is a pink one that I did not pick up but I like the colors. I'm going to use this one today. I've already used this one So I kind of have my thoughts on it, but I haven't used The cool tone one and I just want to I feel like you'll work well with my outfit today You can see how pigmented these are And I do enjoy a pigmented shadow, but I also really enjoy that wet look on the eyes mostly when it comes to Shimmery products. I do enjoy a softer Shimmer something that's almost like a topper and that's just personal preference. That doesn't mean they're bad or anything But it's just what I enjoy. I actually think that this one Looks very soft and beautiful. I'm going to take the lightest one and i'm going to go in my crease Like you can see how pigmented that shadow is. I barely applied any of it And it's like color It does blend out really nicely I think these are Better for people who don't want big her big palettes, but she does have the mini ones and i'm trying to Think the difference between them. This was pretty expensive. I want to say 40 something dollars So that's a lot for Four colors you do get a ton of product though. Do you want that much product? I don't know. I do have to say that. I love the packaging. It's very sparkly But I like it and you do get a mirror so I do like the packaging I think the packaging is quite luxurious This is the nude one. This one also has some sparkles in it and it's very satisfying So I do enjoy it. I just find it a little Expensive. Let's take the darker shade. This is an a502 from bk beauty and i'm gonna add Some depth to this look a little bit under as well And then going with the fluffy brush Just to blend that out that took absolutely no time. They pretty much blended themselves They're nice pretty I kind of wanna Should I try this color? I should just go with a light one Okay, so if I add a little bit of the light one, it does look a little bit more like a topper So let's start with a deeper one and i'm gonna apply it further out be with a flat brush like that i'm gonna Apply it towards the end right here. That is very pigmented And i'm not using my finger. Usually if you use your finger, you can add a little bit more like intensity You do not need that This will do just fine That's a really pretty color I think if you are into cooler tones, you would really enjoy this palette So i'm adding a little bit of this and then i'm taking the other side of the brush and going in with the lighter shade and will kind of apply in the front area And on top of the middle right here This one applied with a brush is definitely a little bit softer. It's still Impactful and light but it gives me more of that kind of topper effect that I Usually enjoy it's not as finely milled As maybe a tom ford topper Or even the lisa eldritch toppers or the chanel ones. It's a little bit more pigmented and chunkier but it's not too much like I think it's I think it's pretty and then the last thing I want to do This chair squeaks Can you hear it? It used to not and now it just suddenly starts squeaking um, so i'm gonna take the darker shade like the darker brown and i'm gonna try to Line my eyes or add a little bit more depth Right here. I may use A or i'm gonna tight line with black on the top But I don't think we're gonna need another liner. Okay. Let me go put mascara on and We'll see what we think about the look. Here's the eye look finished with mascara on and I did not tight line under the eyes On the lower lashes. I mean Our lower waterline just on the top and I used a black for that. I do this every single time And this is how the eye look turned out So my thoughts on these natasha denona products is that I think they're good. I think the quality's there I think they're more intense than I expected. So I think if you had deeper skin tone You're gonna probably love them. I they could be your kind of day-to-day makeup for me personally I think the shimmers are so intense That I don't see myself reaching for them day to day. I do love the mattes I think they perform really really well But the shimmers are so sparkly that I would want kind of an occasion to put this much on my eyes And so because of that I don't think personally they're worth the money. I don't think Actually, let's google that real quick to see how much they are. They are $48 which I think it's so expensive for a quad Like I mentioned, I think the packaging is beautiful, but you're getting in the luxury price at this point And the color story definitely this one. I think it's more occasional for me. It's not an everyday palette Um, I do think the nude one works a little bit better for my everyday makeup just because I tend to enjoy these colors a little bit more and the browns work um Softer on my skin. So personally, I think the nude one would be a little bit more worth it But I have to say that the sparkles are so intense That I just don't reach for this much on every Day basis so for me, they're just too expensive Um, but I think the quality is really nice. However, I would rather go for the small $25 natasha did not because it takes you forever to get through those. Um, i'm not sure if the sparkles are as good or as intense in the small one because I kind of got rid of many of mine and not because I didn't like them But because my friend wanted one my sister wanted one and so I just kind of gave them And so i'm left with just the matte natasha denona mini But yeah, that's kind of what what my suggestion would be maybe find a smaller one. That's half the price moving on to the lips I do have Where is it? Oh, I put it in the drawer I have a a few new lip products from hung van gogh and these are the Lip gloss I put the back for you guys. I already tried these on at least these two I did not try the deeper one and these are so stunning. First of all the packaging I think it is Amazing I just love it. I love the red. I love the way they presented it here So I have here the shade 88 Worth every penny and the shade wildest dream I'm going to put a little bit of a liner. Let's use the hung van gogh liners I think i'm going to use follow the natural shape This is more of a kind of nudie pink color these are extremely long lasting liners I do really enjoy them out of all the hung van gogh products. I think their eyeliners and lip liners were my favorite Okay, I like that. It's soft Not too much And it kind of shapes the lips. So let's swatch These first of all the packaging like I mentioned I think it's so beautiful and this is the applicator that you get It's cooling And I just think it's very very chic and the colors Are stunning. That's the color 88 worth every penny is more of a pink color Which I feel like would work with what i'm wearing today And then the darkest one is wildest dreams. He came out with a ton of different colors. This is just what I have Oh, this is gonna be a beautiful Brown tone So as you can see, they are quite pigmented But I want to try worth every penny. I've tried the 88 and it's so good. It's very glossy Look at this and a ton of pigment And they feel very very nice I love that applicator because it's so cooling Oh my god That's the shade worth every penny And I have to say it's gorgeous. It's kind of worth every penny I feel like you're getting a ton of product in here you get oh my gosh, you're getting 15 ml That's a lot of product for example in the ilia Lip glosses, which I absolutely love you get 5 ml. Okay, that is a huge difference You're getting three times more product than the ilia in the hung vengo and let's see the price they are $26. I think that is an amazing deal They're called the glossy lip hue hydrating lip shine with hyaluronic acid And you're getting like quite a few colors. I'm loving these so much. I've been wearing them for Maybe a week or two. I can't remember when um, they arrived but i've been loving them Those are all the products that I wanted to test out with you guys I think that everything turned out really really beautiful You guys know I love the dior foundation the concealer so far has been performing really well Yeah, it looks really nice nothing Too hydrating nothing super matte. It just kind of looks like my skin which I do really like And I think the only thing that i'm iffy about are the natasha denona eyeshadow palettes Again, not that they're not pretty. I just I don't know. They're not it for me You know, I would take that 48 and invest in something else Um, but maybe it's just the colors or the textures a little bit too much for me But if you like a lot of pigment, I do think that you would enjoy them quite a lot.
