AWESOME :) 1th Flight at the Club - Freewing F-16 90mm V2 8S 1P BAK 45D LiIon #tailheavy ☻

I don't know if I should be or if I should fly because the runway is pretty bad at our local field. I have the 8s lithium-ion one parallel so it hasn't also so much power and so much time to fly and looks like rain and storm is coming. I did fly the free wing Avanti, did some landings but without wind almost but the runway isn't so nice. So I don't know if I should try it with my temperature gun to test the temperature. So that could be an excuse, rain coming. Let's do some grass ops. I tested it just a moment ago with a 6s pack, a heavy 6s pack and this is much lighter than CGS MachMatch. So it doesn't look so bad with the lighter plane, lighter pack. But of course I've used some milliamps and coming from there and here the runway isn't so good and it gets much worse. When the fence ends and then it's better, much better. So I would need to land in the final 30 meters like 100 feet. The pack isn't warm but you never know. It doesn't look so nice but I want to fly. So half flaps, no gyro, don't know where, maybe the part is better. The wind is a bit cross, it's okay from coming from there. Mamita! So my timer already went down a bit, cool down the pack and do something silly. So we are here to fly and not to look. Got airborne, gear up. Oh so it's like pretty tail heavy. I can say I need to take care of the pack, not so much gas. Now it's better. Also don't choke so much and try the landing. Gear down. I'm now without flaps. So let it come down on low rates, no flaps. So it was nice, it was okay. I think I can do it. Try it still without flaps. Pitching a lot. Gear down, let it come down. Gas away, throttle up, down. Now. That is enough. Wow, perfect. This is the only one for today. I've never been, I don't know, I've never been so nervous. It was okay but pretty damn tail heavy and but it was nice without flaps. Coming in, floating in with the CG more far back so less weight. Try to not to pull too much the elevator and it was slow, much slower than the other time when I crashed. With the bump on the much better runway, perfect runway I would say also. Almost from Didi. But okay this is for for fun flyers, for Didi. He told me how to come in, come down and yes I did not do it so good with the throttle management because I was playing also with the elevator. Not only with the throttle for the height but in the end I was nervous and I wanted to do it nicely so I need to correct with the elevator and settle down so slow and so so nice. So let's check the pack. How's the voltage? It was a really short flight and not so much gas as I was yeah flying like two minutes but before with the okay it's it's already a bit warm I think like 55 Celsius so okay I don't know it's still 45 so I could have been flying gently this sort of way but okay so in total like three minutes and 15 seconds of useful throttle time over 25 percent and I assume pack has a lot of okay like almost 3.9 volts so I could fly probably yeah I think five minutes five six minutes with with this pack taking care of the throttle not throttling too much too too high because it gets warm and 70 degrees should be max before so they don't get hotter because they keep getting hotter so it was a super test. It was so scary to fly and to land because I was almost sure I would damage something like the landing gear and the doors and so on.
