Palm Springs Vlog | day in the life as a private chef

Spend the day with me as a private chef in Palm Springs. We're gonna do a little ASMR come to work with me as a retreat chef. So today I have breakfast and dinner to make and then there's an event for lunch at 2 30 for a hundred plus people. So we're gonna set that up and I'm so excited to take you along. Okay so I need to set up the protein bite station for a hundred plus people in a big conference room barn area. So I'm gonna start gathering all of protein bites. They're individually portioned and I'll show you what they look like. Thank goodness I made them all yesterday. It smells like peanut butter in here. I actually made two different flavors. A cinnamon matcha which the base is almond butter and then a peanut butter chocolate chip one which is a favorite and I use vanilla protein in both of those and they're all dairy free. I used a vegan protein powder so everyone could have it. This box is full so I'm gonna have I'm going to make two different signs labeling the different flavors of protein bites on these little chalkboard signs. Tonight is someone's birthday who's at the retreat so I'm making a special little dessert. We're gonna do a little individual tiramisu. They're gonna be in these little cups that I ordered from Amazon. They're very cute. Look how cute those are. I'm cutting all the lady fingers in half because they will fit in there like that. I didn't hit record on adding the cocoa powder to the top but look how cute. They look so good. I'm gonna put these in the fridge now. The kitchen is cleaned up and now I'm gonna go back down to my room. I'm already in my pjs but I wanted to get fully ready then finish cleaning up the kitchen and then I can go to bed. Teeth are brushed, face is washed, skincare is on. I actually showered before I finished cleaning up the kitchen. I feel so much better.
