Hello YouTube, how y'all doing today? Today we're taking a look at this Glory Fire Tactical Vest.
This will take up to 11 by 14s in the front plates and the rear. This is made out of 1000D Cordura.
Cordura is considered a fire resistant material and the inside and the inside is 300 mesh.
Now if we take a look in the front you see that we have pouches, three across the front
for taking 30 round Freedom Seed Dispensers and then we have three Velcro equipped pouches right
here across the front and these are for taking smaller Freedom Seed Dispensers,
so to speak, double stack. And on the side here we have another pouch for taking 30 round Freedom
Seed Dispensers, both sides, so it'll hold five of those total. Five times 30, that's 150.
And then we have drag handles. It's just fixed with Velcro so it won't be hanging out there
flapping around getting snagged on things. We have these little Velcro fasteners for running
your comms wires and such through. Nice padded shoulders, also ventilated and heavily padded.
Quick release top straps so a medic can get this thing off you very quickly. Okay now to get our
plates in, very simple, pull down the Velcro strap in the front and they slide right up in here.
I tested this and 11 by 14 fits very snugly. Off on the side here we also have room for a 6 by 60
so you can have full 360 degree wrap around insulation.
But overall the craftsmanship and workmanship of this is very nice.
I believe this is $99.99 online and if you sign up for your email alerts there's a 10%
discount so 90 bucks and I would say that for 90 bucks this is certainly worth it.
I believe they also make this in flat dark earth. When I looked on the website it appeared to show
the same model on flat dark earth. What I have is obviously black. It does not come with the
American flag. But overall this is a very nice design. Now let's get this put on and see how
she wears. Okay so we got it on now. To affix it we have these quick release buckles. What you do
is you slide it down. Slide it down like this. Pops right in there. Release it and it locks in place.
So if you need to get it off very quickly pull them down. Off they go. Very very quick and easy
to get on and off. That's two. No problem. Now the straps are fully adjustable. Ride height.
Very very comfortable. Now that the Cordera is super heavy duty so it's going to have a little
bit more weight than some lighter models. But you're getting a very very heavy duty fabric.
Okay it's got a lot of nice amount of padding in the back and over the shoulders. So very very
comfortable. Let me adjust the straps up here a little bit. Show you how it fits. So we can see
it fit to me nicely snugly. And again to pull it off super easy. Okay now to adjust the shoulder
straps is super easy. Get this velcro strip right here. Pull that down. Pull it to the height you
want and re-velcro it. So you can adjust the shoulder strap height literally in seconds while
you're wearing it. Let me demonstrate that now. Okay so now to adjust the shoulder strap height
we're just going to pull these open like this. Got them on both sides. This prevents it from
this prevents your straps from loosening inadvertently. We're going to pull this off.
This tab down. We're going to pull this tab down. We're going to pull them so they're the right
height. Reattach them with the velcro. Close our flaps. And that quick we're done. Now this is a
lot quicker without the flowing locks. If you got short hair, your hair would obviously not be in
the way. But you can see now we got a nice pipe. Nice fit. It's riding where it should. Okay and
it took only seconds to adjust it. And this is designed for size ranges from small all the way
up to triple x. So very very versatile. Got an excellent amount of adjustability to it.
And I would say that overall. Oh wait let's give you a spin. And I would say that overall for the
money this is a very very nice carrier. This is the first time I've done any reviews for Gloryfire.
But I you know I'm not disappointed in this. I would say that this is worth the money.
It's a very nice plate carrier and hopefully I can review some more of their stuff for you in
the future. Because I like this. It's very nice. Okay and as you could as you could see we also
have MOLLE along here. And we have velcro and MOLLE along here. And again and again in the back
MOLLE. So this has all the latest features. It's got the latest kind of quick release buckle.
Really nice padding on the shoulders and on the inside of the carrier itself.
It's just a really nice design. If you get this you'll be very very pleased.
Thanks for watching folks. I hope you all have a wonderful day. Read My Mean out.
