and move-in ready, but you don't want to wait six to nine months for a new build,
this home might be exactly what you've been hoping to find. Today I'm taking you inside
a four-bedroom home built in 2023 here in Desert Moon Estates in Buckeye, Arizona.
This neighborhood has become really popular with buyers relocating here,
including many military families stationed at Luke Air Force Base.
Hi, I'm Michelle Seymour with EXP Realty, and on this channel I help people understand what it's
really like to live in Buckeye and the West Valley of Phoenix. A lot of my clients are relocating
from out of state, so they're looking for homes that offer space, value, and a neighborhood that's
still growing, and that's exactly what you're going to find here. Desert Moon Estates is a
newer neighborhood built by D.R. Horton. It's a pretty simple, family-friendly community. You're
going to see things like pocket parks, a basketball court, and even a sand volleyball court, and it's
the kind of place where kids can play outside, people are walking their dogs in the evening,
and the HOA is still pretty reasonable compared to some of the larger master plan communities
nearby. Today's home is a single-story built-in 2023 by D.R. Horton. This is their Huntsville
floor plan, which is one of the more popular layouts in the neighborhood. It's 1776 square feet,
four bedrooms, two baths, and it sits on a 6250 square foot lot. So let's head inside and take a
look at this beautiful home. All right, as we walk in, you're going to notice we've got tile flooring,
wood look tile flooring. We're going to head off to the right here. We have our bedroom number one,
carpets in the bedrooms. You do have your ceiling fans, also your window treatments in here,
and then you've got a little closet here. This opens up into our first bathroom, full bath here,
and you can come into our bedroom number two at the front of the house, nice and bright.
Also have your ceiling fans in here and your window treatments. That's definitely something
that you have to add on a new construction home. And then we're going to head over here. This is
off of our two-car garage. This is bedroom number three, which you can use for an office. That's
the nice thing about a four-bedroom. You can use it for an office, workout room,
lots of flexibility there. And then this is our laundry.
Our washer and dryer are going to stay. This is right off of your garage.
You've got a nice neutral paint palette in here. A lot of times you come in and you've got to redo
the paint or you have stark white walls from the builder. This home has already been painted for
you. Nice neutral color, nice open kitchen, dining room, and our great room out here.
Lots of windows, as you can see, nice and bright. These actually do have solar screens on them as
well. You've got these gray shaker cabinets, electric stove, microwave. But again, all of
your appliances are staying with the home. Also refrigerator, many builders do not include that.
You've got your subway tile backsplash here. Then, of course, your separate dining area here
that's notched out. It's not formal, but yet it's just out of the way, and I really love that.
Coming into our primary bedroom here, this is a nice large room into our primary bathroom.
You've got your dual vanity here, step-in shower, lots of room for your linens.
Into our primary closet back here, plenty of room. Let's head out to our backyard.
All right, you've got this nice covered patio here, plenty of room for the kids to play. And
this is also a really nice large lot, so you have plenty of room for a pool if you wanted one.
Brick paver out to your fire pit here, lots of space, lots of room for you to be creative here.
One of the things buyers really like about this location is how convenient it is.
You're just three minutes from Inka Elementary School, which is a K-8 school,
and then four minutes to Yonker High School, so that's super convenient if you have kids.
And speaking of kids, Sundance Park, one of Buckeye's larger parks, is just five minutes
from this home. It has a fishing lake that's stocked throughout the year, along with a splash
pad, basketball courts, sports fields, playgrounds, and lots of open green space. You are also just
five minutes from grocery stores, Walmart, restaurants, and a ton of everyday shopping.
And if you need a Costco, a Sprouts, movie theater, or a Target, those are just down
the freeway about five and a half miles away. If you need to commute, Interstate 10 is just
a short drive away, which connects you to the rest of the Phoenix metro area. And another reason homes
in this area are popular is because of how close it is to Luke Air Force Base. It's usually just
about a 20 to 25 minute drive, depending on traffic, so a lot of military families choose
Buckeye because they can get a newer home with more space and still have a pretty manageable
commute. So if you're exploring Buckeye and you're looking for a newer home that's move-in ready,
affordable, and close to parks, schools, shopping, and Luke Air Force Base, this home here in Desert
Moon Estates is definitely one you're going to want to see in person. I hope you enjoyed touring
this beautiful home with me today. If you'd like to book a private showing, I'd love to take you
