Bonjour! Parlez-vous français? Because I don't. So today we are making our French martini. For this
cocktail it is going to be a shaken cocktail so make sure you've got your shaker tin,
your jigger for accurate measurement. It is going to be going into a martini glass.
So for this one we are going to be using Chambord which is a black raspberry liqueur.
We're going to be using vodka and then pineapple juice as well. So this is obviously not fresh
pineapple juice but I do typically still recommend to use your hawthorn strainer and
your mesh strainer just because there is still going to be some pulp that's going to be in our
canned pineapple juice. Now all the ingredients are going to be listed below so that way you can
make the cocktail right along with it. We're going to start off with our one and a half ounces of
pineapple juice. We're going to do 0.5 ounces of our Chambord and then one and a half ounces of
your favorite brand of vodka. As always we're going to fill our shaker tin up to the top and
then we are going to shake for 15 to 20 seconds until it's ice cold in our hands. Name it. All
right. We've got our hawthorn strainer here, got our martini glass and our mesh strainer.
We're going to just go straight in to our martini glass. It should have a very light pinky color to
it. I can smell the raspberry. Holy smoke. All right. It's going to have that nice like frothy
foam on the top and we're going to finish it off with our raspberry skewer. And there you have it,
our French martini. Don't forget guys if you enjoy seeing my gorgeous face and of course the
cocktails, don't forget to like, comment and subscribe. Let me know if you're making the
cocktails and what you think. I hope to hear from you soon. Until the next pour. Cheers.
