Therefore, everything continues to produce good soil.
We have quite a few ripe bananas ready for harvest.
They are planted here at regular intervals.
One tree every 9 meters.
Macadamia trees also grow very well in our region.
The soil here is truly alive.
And we will continue doing our familiar work.
Continuously adding and spreading additional layers of organic matter onto the soil surface.
It's a very simple job here.
Just prune the eucalyptus and banana plants.
And that alone was enough to create a strong driving force for the system.
Basically, we are focusing on taking care of this patch of grass.
But in reality, over the next few months, it will be extremely important to me.
Because we are entering the dry season for sure.
Therefore, we gathered all the banana trunks we had around the patch of grass.
Bananas don't like being pruned.
That is why we only remove the leaves that are truly dry.
Forget about so-called perseverance.
What you truly want is to enrich the ecosystems.
Every living being is equipped with the ability to survive and maintain a state of positive energy balance.
We eat food.
We are cultivating and generating abundance.
There's no problem with cutting down trees at all.
The real issue is simply that we don't replant them.
Hello, everyone.
Welcome back to another video from the Integrated Agriculture and Forestry Academy.
Today we will jointly observe this piece of land.
It was planted in July 2016.
So we've been through nearly four years already.
There was a slight amount of disc cutting and a great deal of morphological change during that period.
But today is a critical moment as we are preparing to enter the dry season.
The rainy season has already ended, so we now have a large amount of biomass produced.
along with many tasks around the farm.
Therefore, we were unable to spend time cutting this system's disk every two months throughout the rainy season.
what should have been very ideal
Yet, we must certainly do this when entering the dry season.
We must ensure that all this organic data is properly managed and placed in the optimal location.
to support the pharmaceutical system during the dry season.
Basically, what matters most is on the ground.
We really need to create that surface roughness layer.
You really must try to keep the warm items in the ground for as long as possible.
And now, beneath the last remnants of that faint warmth,
Let the branches we are preparing for the plates grow back and sprout anew.
The system here basically consists of coffee stalls.
and rows of trees spaced approximately 5.5 meters apart,
Initially, there were 3 rows of vegetables in the center.
So we have coffee along the edges,
with bananas and some other types of plants currently growing there, such as
macadamia tree
potted plant grown from seed
a few citrus trees
the entire eucalyptus and guava trees,
along with a few other types of plants that are also growing there.
So, what have we done in this system?
We have grown vegetables in these central rows.
We have consistently practiced thorough soil sterilization for about three years since we started growing vegetables here.
But last year, we decided to just let it grow naturally.
so that the avocado trees can grow and take up their space
and several tall eucalyptus trees as well.
Let them actually generate a plentiful amount of organic matter upon it
so they can actually explode with full bellies.
Therefore, we are considering introducing Guinea grass.
It is also known as Mombasa grass in the central area.
We are also introducing passion fruit plants into two of the three original vegetable rows.
That is, the two rows we have just passed through.
And in the center row, we insert the banana,
bitter melon and cassia tree
besides the grass planted on the ground surface.
The interesting thing here is that initially we had the Prata dwarf banana variety.
I'll try to find out its English name.
But it's fascinating to use the term in professional Portuguese.
Prata bananas are grown in rows of trees.
But the crucial point is that we have many different variants.
of this Prata banana variety.
There are some newer varieties, which are shorter in stature.
Some types bred by the government or similar.
They have developed this plant variety into a remarkably short type.
This variety is great to grow, easy to harvest, and everyone loves it.
But we only like growing those weird banana trees
in the early stage of the forest.
And now that the forest has grown
and we have had a clear-cut hierarchical system,
We are planting banana trees taller than before.
into the center row of these three vegetable rows.
If you understand what I'm trying to convey,
We are putting up taller banana trees.
in phase 2 of the forest,
in the second trimester
Therefore, it is still the same Prata banana variety.
But they are taller; in fact, they are the original version.
The original Prata banana trees were originally much taller.
The idea here is those wild banana trees
The trees along the boundary rows are used solely for biomass production.
We only prune them thoroughly.
and try to harvest.
And to let these banana trees in the middle grow upward,
dominate the superior canopy
and produce banana sadness
slightly higher up
Simply because we respect it
the natural stratification of the current forest stage.
Therefore, we will get started.
We will manage all the banana trees.
on the border road.
We will defeat them all.
except for the trees that have already borne fruit.
You know,
The fruits that may ripen in about a month.
A few of those trees
Harvest is only about a month away.
Besides those trees,
We'll prune it very severely.
With the banana trees in this central area,
We must manage them very well.
Prune back and keep only one mother plant.
The selected tree must be tall and straight.
And we really have to prune vigorously
With these eucalyptus trees.
We must completely lower their altitude.
Therefore, this outside work
Mainly managing eucalyptus and bananas.
Alright, we'll proceed and handle the grounding circuit part.
We will bring in a little fertilizer.
but we have been keeping them warm at home.
We keep a few chickens at home.
There is a chicken coop bedding layer there.
And we'll bring them out here.
Because right at this moment,
We need to provide more light for this patch of grass.
I know that Mombasa grass or Guinea grass
Thrives very well in the shade,
But right now, it's currently 100% obscured here.
So, the real plan here is
providing just the right amount of light for the grass
Mombasa develops to its maximum potential
and then fertilize it with a good amount of fertilizer
because we are entering the dry season.
I began to feel anxious about my horses.
because we need to manage these areas
so that we can ensure we have enough grass for the horses to eat
at the most critical moment of the year.
Alright, let's take a look around then.
Take a walk around.
and consider some things happening here.
Alright, as you can see
We have a passionfruit plant.
This passionfruit plant has grown very well.
We have planted it.
and to let the shadow envelop it.
That's fine too.
Because it hasn't bloomed yet, it's not time to bear fruit.
But now it will begin.
It has grown quite mature and is ready now.
It has been growing for nearly a year.
Has matured and is ready.
Therefore, when we expand the space
welcome the sunlight,
I hope it will start blooming soon.
A little light,
A little irrigation to stimulate growth.
But we are confident that
Once light is brought in,
These passion fruit vines
will produce truly sweet and delicious passion fruits,
plump, round
Golden yellow and sweetly delicate.
Alright, as you can see
These banana trees in the center are more slender.
And it is a very tall tree.
See?
It reflects the sacred mark up there above.
Therefore, we will
In the space welcoming this morning's light.
We once had many papaya trees.
successfully cultivated
but they were overshadowed by the shadow.
Some of those trees
with strong vitality to survive.
That is truly very good.
and we will harvest
some fruits from there
after we thin out everything.
We also have some eucalyptus trees.
and it's really quite difficult
This seedling grew from a seed.
We have planted at a very high density.
Anyway, we don't want to
There are too many eucalyptus trees.
And we've already obtained some of the trees we need.
You know, there's a tree over there,
There is another tree on the other side.
And there's another tree over there as well.
The idea of chili here is that these are the plants
It can only be temporarily utilized for the passionfruit vines to climb.
These frail bamboo trees
They are bamboo plants that are 24 months old.
Therefore, we can only continue using them.
Just one more season of fishing.
Just through this dry season to next year's rainy season
They will start a fight.
Therefore, when we expand the space here
We are expecting those eucalyptus trees
Truly, the king ascended with great power.
and then we will guide the way for those
This passionfruit vine climbs up those eucalyptus trees.
You see, they have a structure
It's truly beautiful, the structure with its wide-spreading branches
like outstretched arms.
Therefore, we are truly looking forward to it.
Those passionfruit vines will climb the acacia trees.
That is the main reason.
These frail trees, don't you see them?
Some of them can even bear fruit.
although it is clear that they were not
quite strong, but the fruit still
Very beautiful, very excellent, nutritionally complete
and extremely sweet.
I've already tried a few of these.
So we have a few papaya trees.
but we can still hold hope.
Alright, so that's it
It will soon bear fruit.
Not long now
We will enter the coffee harvest season.
That's right
So, we'll be harvesting soon
A little coffee here, I think around
Within a maximum of 60 days.
We like to harvest the fruits that have ripened perfectly.
Probably just about 45 days from now.
And here are the banana trees in various rows
They truly must be brought down.
to obtain post-muscle tissue. But as you all know
One can see, it's truly fortunate, yet also truly unfortunate.
Unfortunately, I won't be able to defeat him.
all of them, as I wished
to capture the maximum amount of sunlight
But of course, luckily
There are still fruits ripening on these trees.
You know,
after we carried out the harvest
The fourth banana on each of these bunches
So everything still goes on
Producing very well. We are currently having
A large number of banana plants are about to be harvested.
Look at the avocado tree being planted
from this seed
This tree has been grown from a seed four years ago.
It really looks very healthy.
This liếu bơ is grown from seeds.
I have one or two trees started.
That means next year
We will have about 40 or 50 high-quality bờ (coconuts).
And here
We are in one of the best regions of land.
to grow avocados in Brazil
That is why we have planted
a lot of butter from seeds
And we are truly making plans
for a large market to exist in the future
on butter-based products
For example, avocado oil
That is currently a very big trend.
Next is the Maca plant.
It was also planted at the same time.
They are planted at a certain distance apart.
There is a system here.
A tree every 9 meters
Maca plants also grow very well in our region.
Let's take a look at the soil layer for a moment.
The soil is a bit dry.
because we have been and are progressing
It's getting close to the dry season already.
In fact, there is a great deal of life.
hiding in this layer of soil
The soil here is not jet-black or so fertile as to be perfect.
A quick glance at the surface
You can see it seems a bit dry.
and nothing particularly distinctive
But beneath it all lies an entire fascinating world.
operating quietly
The land here is truly alive.
And we will continue with our familiar task.
Continuously supplementing and spreading additional layers of organic material
touch the ground
Let's wait and see how this area will transform.
and how wonderfully it has developed, isn't that right?
Let's get started.
Are you okay?
You can clearly see the amount of light
How much can we bring in here?
Only by defeating most of the bananas
eucalyptus
It's a very simple job here.
Just cut the eucalyptus and banana leaves
And that's all.
has generated a strong driving force for the system
with all the organic matter
but we can accumulate on the ground
You know,
stimulation from light shining onto it
the stimulation of newly sprouting heavens
from banana and from those leaves
a fresh eucalyptus branch
Therefore, we are maximizing
the process of quanhe here
We are truly providing
a large amount of light
There are many crowns of some trees
will take a breath right now
and will make a strong comeback in development
Mainly macadamia and avocado trees
in this area
along with a few birch trees
slightly lower in position
We just cut the disc.
I still have to cut up these avocados.
You know,
I have to get a ladder to climb up.
and cut up these avocado trees
But we've already planted some birch trees.
We have already planted some other support trees.
grown here
like the stilted acacia tree
and some other plants were grown from seeds
bring the chickens
The birds have carried the seeds of some native trees.
around here
The birds have scattered their seeds.
lingering around this area
Therefore, some trees we have felled completely.
and some other trees
We'll just cut the discs relatively.
Basically
We are focusing on caregiving.
this bunch of grass here
Sounds funny, doesn't it?
But in reality, over the next few months
It will be an extremely important key.
for me
because we are now entering the dry season for sure
and any amount of grass I could harvest indoors
eating animals
That means I'll have to buy less dry grass
when everything around here becomes truly dry and barren
Therefore, we have focused
into all those banana trunks
but we have grass all around us
Sure?
We do not cover it uniformly.
like in a system
to protect young trees or similar things
We are truly aiming only at the grass shoots.
and we only stack the banana trunks
the class of the edge of the grass patch
Truly caring for grass
The plant bed has received
all the leaf edges from the eucalyptus tree
Therefore, there is a lot of data there.
to protect this area
throughout the entire dry season
Just wait and see how their bellies burst.
Although we have already passed the rainy season
Look at the regenerative power of the eucalyptus tree
But to be honest
with human effort and land area
But we are farming around here.
It is very unlikely that I will return.
and once again take control of this area
during this dry season
Therefore, this area has actually been established.
to self-propel throughout the entire dry season
The ground data are covering the ground.
protecting the land
They will work fine, don't worry.
A few passion fruit plants here
It has already begun preparing to bloom.
I truly hope so.
You know,
when a few heavy branches of eucalyptus fall down
We have damaged a few banana trees.
A few tall banana trees in the center
Some of them have been impacted.
So we've lost one or two trees.
We have to go around now.
Remove the dry leaves
on these banana bunches
Bananas don't like being pruned.
That is why we only remove the leaves that are truly dry
The leaves have fallen straight down
vertically
If they are yellow, if it's still slightly green
Just leave that green part as it is.
To be honest, I don't like pruning banana trees.
because we don't want to hurt them
They are like important trees.
We truly want to care for them.
You see, it has turned yellow.
Just trim it a little bit then
As long as it's still green
We have the right to choose to keep it.
until it is truly dry and droops down
So we'll go around now
and take away these leaves
Clean it thoroughly.
Now let's see if there are any papayas
Can any of these be recovered?
They have been overshadowed this year.
Sometimes they also have to endure a little bit.
You know, and with me
the fact that they produce smaller fruits
It's not a big issue.
Because some of these papaya trees actually bear
those extremely large fruits
making it quite difficult to sell outside the market
Nobody wants a papaya weighing 3 or 4 kilograms.
Therefore, sometimes these papaya trees
Not developing too vigorously
and only gives us weights of 600 or 700 grams
We sold even better again.
Therefore, we are hoping that
Some of these plants will recover.
and still brings value
We have definitely received the salary.
from them, from the ripe fruits
the fruits I have harvested and sold
You know, it's really interesting.
when trading for a few papaya seeds
or carry out the selection of papaya trees
best, just like us
currently in the fifth generation of papaya cultivation
Here it is.
So it must have brought benefits for sure.
But I think we could earn some more
a little cash, a little more cash from it
and also a little extra food for the animals
and the birds
Mainly because of these papayas
is the primary food source for bird species in the area
Therefore, if you have any questions
any questions regarding this setup
This system is a rapid recovery solution.
easy
Therefore, when we enter the dry season
This is a quick and neat way of handling it.
Fast pruning must take place immediately now
Otherwise, some of these leaves will dry up on the tree by themselves.
and we will not be able to fully utilize their effectiveness on the ground
At that time, the rule regarding the source of resources, fundamentally
has already been neglected
This resource will gradually wither away on the tree.
Sometimes beetles fly in to eat leaves.
And then, when I entered the dry season
The amount of data I needed to cover the ground has already evaporated.
Therefore, this is a quick and neat solution.
The banana and the eucalyptus had lain still on the ground.
