Let's get started.
So the chorus choreography actually starts on count two,
where we're gonna have our left foot step forward,
as well as our right hand come up towards the left side,
circle around above your brows like this.
So on two, you're gonna go one, two, three, four.
Okay, so on four, your left hand's gonna come up
and around over your forehead area.
And for both of these initiations,
you're gonna have your chest kind of do a little bit
of a front wave downwards like this.
So on two, three, four, five, like this.
So notice my chest is going out, down, out, down,
like this, a little bit, not too much.
Two, three, four, five, six.
So on six, you're gonna have your left foot step
and left elbow pull like this.
On six and you're gonna have both your hands
come forward and out, palms kind of open facing down.
Right foot is also gonna step.
So it's gonna be six and seven.
Okay, on seven, you're gonna have your knees bend
as well as hands come down like this.
So it's a swift motion down here.
Next two moves are not on exact counts.
So it's gonna be like two little offbeats.
You'll hear it in the music.
So it's six and seven, boom, boom, okay?
So you're gonna have your right hand swipe
towards the left side and then left hand swipe
towards the right side, on boom, boom.
And you're gonna kind of like pull in your elbow
when you're swiping like this, boom, boom.
After this, we're on count one.
On one, you're gonna reset yourself
towards the upside, slightly towards the right.
So boom, boom, one, two, okay?
So on two, you're gonna lean back really fast,
stop yourself, and at the same time,
both hands are gonna come up and towards the chest,
curving inwards, palm facing outwards, okay?
So on two, you're gonna do this.
We're going six and seven, boom, boom,
one, two, three, four.
So hands are slowly pushing downwards
while you're doing two waves on two and four.
So one, two, three, four.
Next, we're gonna have our right foot out,
step out like this, at the same time,
your left hand is going slicing back like this.
That's on count six, so make sure you finish this,
two, three, four, five, six.
On seven, you're gonna step with your left foot.
On eight, with your right foot.
So right, left, right, left for these next four moves.
Six, seven, eight, one, like this.
When you do this, that is on count eight
and with your right foot, okay?
So both hand movements are on six and eight
as well as your right foot.
So remember, six, seven, eight, one, okay?
Once you step down with your left foot,
at the same time, you're gonna do a little down motion
and then completely go into slow motion,
kind of bending down, bending down like this.
That whole time, you're gonna go from count one
all the way to seven, where you go from one,
two, three, four, five, six, seven.
On eight, you're gonna come up and pop on one.
So together, you should look like six, seven, eight.
One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, one, okay?
So during this whole time, the arms are pretty free.
You can do whatever feels natural to you
and you're gonna come down, down, down, down, down.
Just make sure you pace yourself all the way to seven
and then come up on eight and pop, okay?
And your body can be slightly angled this way
instead of two sitting down like this.
So it's kind of like this, okay?
And then on eight, one.
So on one hand, your elbow's gonna come out
to prep for the next move.
On two, your left hand's gonna come forward
and out and down like this,
while also stepping with your right foot out like this.
So you're gonna go two, three, four, okay?
So watch, you're going to come out
with your left hand, right foot.
On two, on three, both hands are gonna come out like this
while you step on your left foot.
And then your right foot's gonna cross
in front of your left foot while your left hand
is kind of pushing yourself towards the right side, okay?
So two, three, four.
So notice how my body was going this way,
but now we're actually changing directions really fast.
Five, turn around, and we're done.
So to go over that part just now,
we're gonna go from here.
We're gonna go one, two, three, four, five, six, seven,
eight, one, and two, three, four.
Five, six, seven, eight.
And that's it.
Thank you so much for learning BTS Swim with me.
We're gonna go over everything with counts
and then go with 75% speed music and then 100% speed.
Five, six, seven, eight.
One, two, three, four, five, six, and seven.
Boom, boom, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight.
One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight.
One, and two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight.
