So it says I have high cholesterol, so I need to get that figured out. And then of course for blood, it says my hemocratic, hemoglobin, and red blood cells are not good, which I already knew that because I had low iron for the longest. That was literally my fear before giving birth. I was always telling the doctors, please make sure you have blood ready when I'm giving birth because you guys know when you give birth, whether you're C-section or vaginally, you lose a lot of blood. So that was literally my main concern. And clearly that's still the issue. I'm still taking my iron pills. Also, I'm gonna try to see if I could do more holistic things because having low blood count for that long and really bad iron for this long is just, I don't think in the long run is good for me. So I'm definitely gonna take that more serious. And then my heart health, oh my God. Inflammation, it says my inflammation levels are just all out of whack, which I knew because I'm like, why the hell do I feel so inflamed? So yesterday I came up with something brilliant because I saw her went to one of those events where she got to try on some things and I'm not gonna reveal what it is yet because I want to take you guys with me, but it actually looks really good on her y'all.
