It feels good to be back, back racing. A couple weeks off and then a mandatory week for everybody,
so Dylan seems to be okay. Obviously he had a stumb injury, but as far as being back and
working, yeah excited to go racing. Yeah, three weeks off, not really vacation. I
tried to use this time to train and walk off the bike, but yeah finally back. Took a minute,
honestly I was expecting my term to be ready sooner, but I just couldn't ride, so I had to
be patient and wait. I tried to ride twice before Indianapolis race and before Birmingham race,
both times I just was not capable of holding the handlebar, so yeah, but we're back. I train
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday. I'm a little tired from back to riding supercross.
The intensity is so high, like it's hard to replicate this sensation in a different sport, but
yeah, I try to just ride as much as I can to get back into the rhythm.
I'm a little tired, I'm not gonna lie, but yeah, should be okay for today.
First practice I was a little rusty, I'm not gonna lie, a little tight, a little rusty.
Second practice was better. We changed a little bit, some small change on suspension because
obviously we, since we got these new chassis parts before Daytona, we only rode Daytona and
we never really did the indoor race or regular supercross race with that new chassis change,
so it's a little bit new for us today, but no, honestly I feel really good.
Of course, I miss two races, some time off, so I need to get back a little bit into the
racing pace, but I feel great. I think it's not bad.
As far as bike setup, right now probably going to the main event, we're just going to do some
clicker stuff, some minor stuff, but overall bike's good, he's happy with it.
I mean, good day, best results so far this season, so pretty happy about that. Very happy for
the team, the Ducati, Troy, Red Bull, everybody, all the sponsors, everybody in the team, so that
feels good. I didn't just chill, you know, I pushed hard and trained off the bike, so
happy about that, and I think good results is always good for the mind and for the motivation.
