HUSKY on a HIKE | Adventure to Rockport State Park

Look! It's an adventure day! We are at Rockport State Park with the dogs. They're going on an adventure. Lake Huron over there. We're gonna go hike around here and see what we can find. They all seem pretty content right now. It's a nice day. It is a nice day. It's not too hot. We can finally take the dogs out while the sun is still outside. A little bit of bugs over here, but that's all good. We'll go see what we can see, right girls? Memphis is so alert. The other two are like, we've done this before. Memphis says to see everything. So are we gonna go up the rocks? I don't know. You guys want to go up the hill? We'll see what they want to do. First find on our adventure day. We found a hole. The dogs almost walked right into it. You can't go in there Oakley. What this actually is, is this was an old quarry and this tunnel used to have water in it. But it doesn't look like it does anymore. Wanna go down there Memphis? I'm just kidding. You can't really go down. Oakley really wants around it though. You are a daring dog. You're at the end. You're at the end baby. Memphis, you want to learn about bats? We can read this and you can learn all about bats. She's like, nope. I want to catch up to my sisters cause they're walking away from me. Memphis wants to be in the lead. Shelby smells something good. And we're walking. Shelby's like, wait for me. Uh oh, Memphis they're ahead of you. You better tell us. That's what Memphis does whenever they're in front of her. Oh look, you're gonna catch them. You caught them. Yay! And we're still walking. I'll show you the view. We've walked a little ways down the path. There's a big pile of rock over there. There's a lake back over there. Oh my goodness, I know. We stopped moving. It was horrible. The clouds look cool. The clouds definitely look cool. The dogs are like, yes. Oh, we have a choice. Which way do we go? Let's let them pick. There's a sign over there. Let's go see the sign, girls. We'll go see what it says. Which way do we go, girls? Oh gosh, another... Memphis is pulling me this way. So we're not going that way. Apparently we're going this way. I'm tripping over rocks. Tripping over rocks. What do you smell? Something good? Must be a critter. For those of you asking, how do we get the dogs to not pull while we're walking them? I don't know if you can tell. You just watched me get pulled right to the ground. I think. We kind of let them pull. They usually wear out after a few minutes. I think because there's more than one, they wear out a little bit faster. We usually let them. Alright, so... We found a ledge. Don't go down this Oakley. Okay? I know you think you can do anything. But you can't. Pretty good little ledge down there. What? You're not chasing no bugs down there. Very pretty right here. So there's a freighter right there. Wow, it's a little breezy up here. Holy crap! There's a freighter right there. Alright girls. Check this trail out. The trail got a little bit more narrower and more through the woods like. Seedery. Seeder. It's over there. Oh my goodness. The wind is starting to pick up. Memphis can fly. Oakley's like, Hey, I'm covered in cedar. Makes me smell good. Traveling on. Oakley, are you an old hope chest? It's over there. Something smells good. To finish out the trip, we have a little travel bowl. We have our water we brought for the girls and they get to get another drink of water. See? Should always have a travel bowl. Seriously girls? Oakley's like, when's my turn? Just push them out of the way Oakley. Push them out of the way. Shelby, you hog. Fun stuff. Did you get it? I think she got it. Memphis just ate a fly. For those of you wondering if Memphis learned anything by getting stung in the face by a bee. No, she just got a fly. We were just going to video how she bites at flies. She got it. When she catches them. And it's gone.
