In this video: we walk through an all-in-one AI agent and workspace that spans everything from agents working in your spreadsheets to creating documents, podcasts, visuals, and slideshows. This is a highly useful platform for professionals and students, so focusing on those applications & material workflows you can walk away from this video with. Hope y'all enjoy!

So guys, a typical content workflow for me
used to look something like this.
Researching a video topic in YouTube,
taking notes over in Notion,
outlining a script in Google Docs,
creating a thumbnail in Canva,
building presentation slides in PowerPoint,
and then analytics in Excel and graphics in Photoshop.
And that right there is seven different tools
with seven different logins.
And when you switch between them,
you lose focus, you have to import and export everything,
and you just waste a lot of time
creating and or reformatting content.
And so what if there was an all-in-one intelligent workspace
where you can think, you can type,
and you can create freely,
and you can have AI take those raw ideas
and structure them through any number of mediums,
whether presentations, documents, visuals,
data analysis, or finished documents in minutes?
Well, that exactly is what we're going to look at
with a platform called Skywork AI in today's video.
We're gonna give it a demo and a review,
and we're gonna walk through specific use cases
and applications for you,
whether for your job, your hobbies,
or your own business or freelance work.
So my goal is to show you how Skywork and tools like this
can fit into your real-world applications.
And my goal is that after you watch this video,
you'll have at least one actual implementable thing
that you can take away and start using
in your day-to-day work to make your life easier
and make you more productive.
That's gonna be the video, let's go.
And so first, again, I just wanna touch on
the productivity tool fragmentation problem
that I think a lot of people,
really everyone deals with nowadays.
Number one is that switching context windows kills focus.
If you're constantly Googling and opening new tabs
and opening new platforms and importing and exporting,
that kills focus.
You can't just be in your mode,
be in your little context window,
and just really go deep on that.
You have to switch between all these kind of little buckets
or context windows in your mind.
And then number two is then that translates
into where your ideas are.
So your ideas themselves are scattered
in all these different places,
your notes, maybe images you reference or use,
your presentations, all of that is in
a dozen different places.
And that also takes time to go and get,
slows you down, kills your focus,
and those problems just compound.
And then number three is reformatting.
You need content in so many different formats nowadays
that you are spending a lot of time taking something
and just making it appear in a different form,
and that's oftentimes manual work,
even though the content's already there.
And that right there should be obvious
as a perfect use case for AI.
And then the final problem is these tools
don't talk to one another.
They aren't intelligent, despite, again,
a lot of them being a perfect use case for AI,
something where you just need to take something
that already exists, an idea or piece of content,
and reformat it or turn it into another piece of content
or kind of content.
And so that in mind, what exactly, again, is Skywork AI?
I touched on it a little bit,
but I wanna give you an introduction to the platform
that we'll be looking at.
So overall, I would describe it
as an intelligent creation workspace
that combines natural language input
with automated content generation.
And so the core concept is you think,
sketch, and or type freely.
And then those raw ideas, again,
will be transformed into whatever kind of media you want.
That could be a document, an image, a video,
a presentation, data analysis, actionable output,
or any kind of visual.
And so this isn't just AI images that are generated
or documents, it's documents, slides, sheets, posters,
websites, podcasts, videos, and data analysis.
Again, basically every kind of media
that you may want to switch between
or translate context or ideas into.
And so all of these tools are connected
in the Skywork platform, so you can have an idea,
you can turn it into a report,
you can generate visuals to help illustrate ideas
in that report, you can take the visuals
and plug them into a website maybe that's created,
and so on, you get the idea,
these things all kind of flow together
into one kind of overall workflow.
And so as an example, in my case,
since I create content,
there's a lot of different pieces there
that work together and are adjacent,
but you still kind of need different tools for.
That's things like research for videos,
but also visuals, say thumbnails for videos,
and then analyzing performance data
and ideas for future content.
All of those things are adjacent,
but being able to pull them together
is extremely useful and to translate ideas
into a different kind of content format,
whether an outline, an email, a report, and so on.
That in mind, let's jump into my computer
and we'll dive into the Skywork platform
and some actual walkthroughs of real life workflows.
Okay guys, so this is what the Skywork dashboard
looks like here at skywork.ai as the URL for the homepage.
And you can see all of the different assistants
and agents that are available right here.
So we have general documents, slides, sheets,
posters, websites, all these different mediums
that AI can help us out with.
So I'm gonna walk through a few use cases here.
Overall, it's a very intuitive platform.
Again, this is the dashboard,
and then you can go and check out
your past projects in the left,
or you can view scheduled tasks,
so autonomously completed tasks also in the left.
That in mind, this first use case or workflow
that I wanna show you relates to ideation.
So if you're researching something,
this is a personal for me,
because we're gonna use YouTube as an example.
And so what we're gonna do there to start
is jump into document.
And then what I'm gonna say is,
hey, I have a video idea,
which is an AI productivity tools comparison
for CheckGPT, Notion, Jasper, Copy.ai.
And then I have use cases and target audience.
So I'm just gonna give it this,
this very basic, this start of an idea
that maybe could become a video in my case,
could become a project, a pitch, et cetera, in your case.
And then under fast, I'm going to choose deep,
so there's just more depth in the response.
And then I can add a scene here,
and that's basically a pre-formatted type of document
that's created, super useful if you're doing something
like a business report for your work
or you're a student and doing an academic paper.
I'm gonna leave this blank and I'll select one currently,
and then I'll go ahead and we'll see what that looks like.
Okay, so it's done.
This is the final document.
It is a lot here.
This is a multi, multi-thousand word report.
So what I'm going to do is just go ahead and download it
so we can view it in a PDF style format.
I'll click download as PDF.
And so remember the point of this
and what we were asking for was,
hey, we want a document that breaks down the differences
between these tools that will help us
potentially research for a video about it.
So this is a 27 page document that was generated.
You can see the table of contents with an introduction
and kind of an essay-like format.
And then it jumps into each of the tools
and then the verdict of which AI tool is better
for which specific type of character.
And I won't go through all of this,
but I mean, you can see this is very solid work.
We have graphs added as well, statistics.
You can see other images that were pulled in.
That's an actual screenshot from Jasper.
And it really just keeps on going here
for all of those 27 pages.
And this is the final point I want to make,
actual references.
So it says, hey, this is where I got all of the information
that I used to put together this whole report.
So, I mean, I'm sure any of you in any professional field,
for school, for your own business,
you can immediately see the value of something like this,
especially in that research and ideation phase.
But we're not done.
What we're going to do is head back to Skywork.
And then I'm going to say convert this into a slideshow.
So I'm not clicking anything.
I'm just talking to the agent,
which you can always do, right?
This is an intelligent platform that's all interconnected.
And I can say, convert this.
Let me just add documents into a slideshow.
And so this is really useful
because you can start to jump
between these different content formats.
So you have a report, turn it into slides.
You have slides, turn it into a email,
a report, an image, and so on.
And you can see here what the agent said
after I said convert this into a slideshow.
It says, hey, the slides mode or agents
would be better for this.
Do you want to go ahead and do that?
So I'll click yes.
And now it's going to go ahead and generate that.
And so here's what that finished slideshow looks like.
This is 10 slides, which is a number I set.
You can go more than that if you want.
And it basically just converted that whole report
into a very nicely formatted slideshow.
So it has research methodology.
So how it would approach the matter,
check GPT, Notion, every tool,
and then it breaks down into a pricing comparison
and then comparison of various aspects of the tools.
So that's exactly what you can make
to say present an idea to a team
or just to visually understand something you're researching.
And slides overall,
it's one of my favorite features on Skywork.
Okay, guys, now for the next agent
and demo that I want to jump into,
this is a little more specific,
but it's something that I've only seen on Skywork
so I think is really interesting I want to showcase here.
And what that's going to be is their tool called Uvibe.
And for that, we can jump into tools agent right here
and we can click on Uvibe.
This is a podcast that came out a few months ago on YouTube,
very popular in the AI space.
But let's say I don't have two and a half hours
to listen through all of this.
That's the exact application of Uvibe.
So we're going to jump back into Skywork here.
Then I'm going to click on initiate task.
And then I'm going to paste the link to that interview
and then select videos to document.
So what this is going to do,
it's going to take the two and a half hour podcast,
it's going to understand it with the AI
and then convert it into a document
with a summarized insights and analysis of it.
And if there was anything specific I wanted to learn,
like what do they think is going to happen
with AI in the next three years,
what are the most important technical advances
of the last year, et cetera,
I can just ask it here.
I can talk to the video in a sense.
But right now, I'm just going to leave it
as generally write, summarize, create a document.
Let's go ahead and start that.
Okay, it's done.
So it took the video and it generated this report
that is the meaning behind it,
the main topics, the arguments, basically everything.
And again, if I want anything specific, I just ask.
And I can scroll through this.
We can see a little bit about what exactly is said
in this two and a half hour long podcast.
And then this is pretty cool.
It also went and actually timestamped the key moments
in the video so we can skip through those
in the actual podcast if we wanted to.
Now, one quick thing that I think is cool
about the platform is a knowledge base.
So I can go ahead and click these three dots
and click add to a knowledge base.
And then in future conversations,
the agent can know that and I can reference this document
if I wanted to.
So that's useful, again, if you're working on projects
that are interconnected or you work with multiple clients
or you want a knowledge base for your business
that you, for example, work for.
Okay, so both of those use cases were great,
but they were both focused solely around text content
or extraction.
And this whole domain we've yet to explore
within Skywork is the visual side of it, right?
The images and the videos.
And so now let's say that we have this requirement
where we're saying we need an Instagram story graphic
for my, in this case, video about AI productivity tools
with this text attached.
And we can remove that since we won't upload a logo.
Now, what we could do is click on the poster agent
or the video agent if we wanted the video.
For now, let's just talk to the general agent
because the agent will actually route to the specific tool
that will complete the task.
So let's go ahead and see what that means.
Okay, so here we can see the image that was generated.
So this is taught for AI tools for creators
and this is interactive.
So if I want to edit it in any way, I talk to the agent.
If I want it turned into a video, for example,
I talk to the agent as well.
For example, I could say, make the text larger
and add a call to action that's watched now.
And let's go ahead and see that.
Okay, and here is the larger image
that was generated with that call to action.
Okay, so we've looked at documents,
at slides, at images and videos.
What I wanna do next is websites.
That's another cornerstone of Skywork.
And let's say we want a basic portfolio website built
and I'm gonna say portfolio website for me
and I'll give it my name.
And then it's going to automatically route this
to the website agent.
So let's just click start.
And you can see what it's doing here
is actually going through and coding each page
on the website.
So here's the finished website.
Obviously I would insert or give it an image of me
if I was doing this seriously,
but we can scroll through and see the whole site
that was created and we can customize all of this
just by talking to the agents as well with those pages.
Now, what's really cool about this
is you can actually deploy it.
So you can publish it to the web within Skywork as well.
You just connect Superbase,
then you can get things like database storage,
off APIs, and then you publish and you're done.
You have a website.
Okay guys, now you may have seen this before.
If you haven't, this is one of my favorite demos to do
and Skywork is perfect for this.
So this is a website of a professor,
former professor of mine.
I'm just gonna download a research paper of his
and the use case here is learning
and you're gonna see how this connects.
So let's say for example,
that I want to learn what's in this research paper
and option one is I can read through
this dense 50 page research paper
that I may not fully be able to understand.
So instead, what I can do is go back into Skywork,
click on the tools agent and then on podcasts
and then I uploaded the research paper.
So I gave it to the podcast agent as a source
and then I'm gonna say,
turn this paper into an easily understandable podcast
that walks through the core concepts and learning.
So what this is going to do is then turn the paper
into a podcast, a custom podcast essentially
that I can listen to to really understand it thoroughly
in a way that's maybe better for me personally.
And I think that is just a better modality
for learning across the board
and so definitely go and try this feature
if listening to podcasts for example,
is how you best do it.
Okay, so we've covered a lot of the core workflows.
I do wanna mention briefly what we haven't looked at.
Number one is sheets,
which is interacting in spreadsheets
that's super useful for any kind of work that you do,
say for your job or kind of data analysis
within Excel or Google Sheets.
Also, if we click on the tools agent professional data,
especially is really good for that.
So that's any type of work with extensive data
in spreadsheet forms,
definitely go and get that a test drive on your own time.
And then the other thing was scheduled tasks.
So if you do wanna automate things on a recurring basis,
right, go ahead and just schedule tasks
and you can get those done at some point in the future.
And so there you go.
Those are the demos that I really wanted to showcase.
Skywork isn't kind of the flashiest tool out there,
but it really does support all these kinds
of really powerful content mediums
with this intelligent AI all in one system.
And that is a genuine productivity boost
for all kinds of people and all kinds of work.
I don't have to say that you probably know it
after seeing those walkthroughs.
And so if you work in anything relating to ideas,
relating to media,
this is how you save the five, 10, 15 hours a week
and become that much more productive.
And so as an example,
if before a fragmented workflow looked like this,
you could replace that in Skywork
with a workflow that looks like this.
So this is eight different tools
versus an all in one platform
with all of those AI tools or agents.
And so I think the people,
this is the best fit for number one,
if you work in content or around content,
100% for you.
Number two, students or people in academia
where you deal with ideas and reports and essays
and all those kinds of things all the time,
perfect for you guys.
Number three, business professionals.
Again, same deal.
You have ideas, you have reports
and presentations and data analysis,
and you can do all of that with AI.
And finally, freelancers.
I know a lot of you do freelance work
where you're dealing with a lot of context,
a lot of context switching,
and something like this can help you deal
with all those different ideas and projects.
And I'd like to do a little pros and cons.
Here are my pros for the platform,
and then here are my cons as far as review goes.
So it doesn't replace everything,
but guys, as far as productivity goes,
it really is a boost there
if you don't use AI in your day-to-day workflows.
But if you deal in advanced or super specialized,
say CAD or video editing or graphic design,
it's not gonna be a fit for you.
But for the rest of us,
if you wanna get started with Skywork,
they did give us an exclusive code
just for you guys for this video.
So you can click the link in the description
to get 20% off a Skywork description,
or click right here.
This is the link for the website.
Again, click the link in the description for 20% off.
Then register with your email that says skywork.ai,
this link on the screen,
and then you can get started
using all of the different tools.
So overall, that is skywork.ai
and a look into their AI platform.
These are the exact kinds of tools
that are really driving the productivity growth
we're seeing right now in the US
and around the world from AI.
You just saw GDP numbers that crushed it.
There's gonna be a lot more of that.
And really, again, where that's coming from
is not just AI doing work alone.
It's humans that are using AI better
to make themselves at the limit,
at the margin, more productive.
And it's tools and platforms like Skywork
that today enable that kind of growth.
So go visit skywork.ai, use that code,
get yourself a discount.
And that said, I'll see you guys in the next one.
And thanks for watching.
Cheers.
