Should I brush My Dogs Teeth?

Hey Shelby, is it Fan Friday? Is it Fan Friday, Shelby? Say, it's Fan Friday! How's it going, shy girl? How's it going? Alright, let's get to some questions. Amy from Facebook wants to know, what do Shiloh and Shelby do when you guys aren't home? When we're gone? If they don't come with us, they usually just hang out at home. Like when we're gone at work, they pretty much just hang out at home. I usually find Shiloh laying on the couch when we get home and Shelby's usually waiting at the door, cause she heard the Jeep pull up. They do have full run of the house while we're gone. Shelby used to be kenneled up until last April. She's had full roam for about the past year. They pretty much just hang out while we're gone and wait for us to come home. Usually watch TV. Christine wants to know, if we brush Shiloh or Shelby's teeth? Does it look like we brush your teeth? Show them your teeth! Look at those teeth! Show them! You look really mean like that Shelby! Bess you! Bess you! No, I don't. We don't brush their teeth. I actually use a dental spray. I think I told you guys about it before. It's called Petsy Life Dental Spray. Show them your teethers! There's your teethers! Bess you! But no, we don't actually brush their teeth. We usually just use the spray. Cheryl wants to know, have you ever thought about turning on the video cameras when you're gone to see what they're up to? We have thought about that many times. We have a friend of ours who actually does different work with video cameras and doing things, linking them to the internet and things like that. We've thought about it a few times. One of these days, even if I did it, I would probably use the GoPro and do a time lapse. It would have to wait until summer, cause the GoPro doesn't do really well in low light. The lighting in this room, I mean it's got this nice big window, but sometimes it's not always the greatest. So, one of these days we will do that. Billy wants to know, where is Shiloh and Shelby's favorite place to sleep? Well, here's an example. I'm sitting on the floor, so Shelby wants to lay right here and be touching me. Shelby will sleep anywhere, as long as she can be touching you. Shiloh likes this couch. During the day, you'll find her in this couch or that chair over there. That's her chair. And at night, they sleep in bed with us. Lori wants to know, if Shiloh or Shelby have ever donated their blood? Actually, no. But, now that you mention it, the next time I go to my vet, I'll have to talk to them about that, cause that's a really neat idea. So, maybe you'll have to do that. I don't know if Shiloh would be very good at it. She had to get blood drawn one time. They had a hard time doing it, cause her veins are so tiny. But, Shelby might be a good candidate for it. Lily wants to know, do you always carry your cameras around for vlogging purposes? Yes! I take pretty much all of my cameras everywhere. The camera that I'm using to film this right now, is my Canon 300HS. I take this camera everywhere. I even take it to work with me everyday, just in case something fun happens. But, I pretty much always have a camera on me. Whether it be this one, or my Canon SX20IS, or even just my Droid or my GoPro. I pretty much have a camera on me all the time. Save Heidi wants to know, do you use a clicker or verbal praise when training? I use food. Huskies can be very stubborn dogs. Sometimes, just being all excited and giving them verbal praise isn't enough. They need that extra little bit of fun. So, I use food a lot. It works pretty good. What do you have Shelby? Did you get a piece of that off? Is it good? Save Heidi also wants to know, how Shelby's doing with agility? Well, here's her training certificate. We completed our six week intermediate agility class. On the last day of class, we got to do a fast trial. Shelby took second place in the fast trial. It was just a thing for fun, but she took second place. So, she's doing pretty good. I'm probably going to be doing another six week class with Shelby for agility, because we really do enjoy it. I do promise to upload some of the video footage that I took from agility. Maybe, Monday's video or Wednesday's video next week. I'll try to put that together. Jess from Facebook wants to know, instead of just knowing about Shiloh and Shelby, would it be okay if we asked questions about you and your husband? Like, how did you and your husband meet? Yeah, you guys can always ask questions about us if you want. Fame Friday is about the channel and everything that goes along with it. You know, Jamie and I are a big part of it. Jamie and I met in high school. We actually met our senior year in high school. We even attended our senior prom together. This year in September, we'll be married ten years. We've actually been together for fifteen total. We dated for five years before we got married. But, we are high school sweethearts. Don't cry!
