A lot of y'all seem to be fixated on social media. And I wonder how this plays into your mental health. Y'all ever thought about that? Nah. Because if you're basing your life based on how many followers you have, what if the algorithm goes down? Or what if you lose your TikTok or your Instagram followers? Then who are you after that? All right. So I'm not going to talk y'all to death and bang you in the head, but I'm going to leave you with this. What happens if you go down to zero tomorrow, right? Can you still stand in your skin? Can you still be confident? Could you still glow like you're glowing now? Or is your social media account going to define who you are for the rest of your life?
