Kisaragi Station. In 2004, a woman was traveling alone on a train late at night. At first,
everything felt normal. But after a while, she noticed something strange. The train wasn't
stopping. It passed station after station without slowing down. Minutes turned into hours and the
train kept moving through complete darkness. There were no announcements, no staff, and no
other passengers. Just silence. And the sound of the train. She began posting online, asking for
help. People told her to stay calm and get off at the next stop. Eventually, the train stopped.
The station sign read, Kisaragi Station. She stepped out. The platform was empty. The lights
flickered weakly and there was no signal on her phone. The air felt wrong, like she wasn't in the
real world anymore. She continued posting updates. She said she could hear distant drum, then
footsteps, slow and uneven. But every time she turned around, there was no one there. Then she
saw a man near the tracks. He stood still, his body twisted, one leg bent unnaturally. She panicked
and tried to leave. But the station felt endless. No matter how far she walked, there was no exit.
Soon, a stranger appeared and offered her a ride, saying he knew a way out. She hesitated,
then got in. That was her last message. After that, she was never heard from again. To this day,
no map, no railway, and no official record has ever shown a place called Kisaragi Station.
Sarugami. Long ago, in a village near the mountains of Mimasaka Province. Every year
when the nights grew longer, the villagers would choose one young, elegant woman and send her into
the mountain. A ritual believed to protect them from calamity. One year, a woman was chosen.
Her family cried, but no one dared to stop it. As the sun set, she was left alone at the edge
of the forest. At first, nothing happened. The forest was silent. Then branches began to move,
and shapes appeared between the trees. Massive monkey stepped forward, its eyes fixed on her.
Not like an animal, but like something that desired her. She tried to run, but the forest
had already closed in around her. From deep within the forest, strange sounds began to echo,
low and unnatural. By morning, the forest looked completely normal. No footprints,
no signs of struggle, nothing. But after that, something changed, as if whatever lived in the
mountain was no longer waiting for sacrifices. It was coming to take them itself. Sarugami look like
wild monkeys, but much larger, more violent, and far more intelligent. They can speak and are
sometimes seen wearing human clothing. Their eyes feel almost human, cold, aware, and watching.
Sarugami move in groups and surround their target before striking. They don't rush, they wait,
watching silently until there is no escape. Ghost Taxi Passenger
After a massive disaster in Japan, many people lost their lives. Soon after,
local taxi drivers began reporting something strange during late night shifts. On empty roads,
passengers would appear, standing still, waiting. They would enter the taxi without a sound and
softly give an address. Their voices were calm, but something felt wrong. As the car moved forward,
the air inside would grow cold. The driver would glance in the mirror, and sometimes,
the passenger wouldn't blink. Sometimes, they wouldn't move at all. Then, halfway to the
destination, a quiet voice would break the silence. Am I dead? Before the driver could react,
the backseat would be empty. No door opening, no footsteps, just gone. But something always
remained. The seat would still be wet, as if someone had been sitting there. After a few
nights, the driver stopped sleeping. He kept hearing that same voice, even when he was alone,
while driving, while eating, even in silence. Am I dead? They look completely human, pale, quiet,
and slightly wet, as if they have just come from rain or the sea. Their expressions feel distant,
almost lost. They do not attack physically. They appear, take a ride, and disappear before reaching
their destination. But their presence lingers, slowly affecting the mind, until reality itself
begins to feel uncertain. If you've made it this far, you probably like this kind of content. So,

fishermen often warned never to stay out too late. But one night, a young fisherman ignored those
warnings. As he sat quietly, waiting for a catch, he noticed something floating in the water. A
small wooden doll dressed in a kimono. Curious, he stepped closer and reached out with his fishing
rod, gently poking it. Then, the doll turned its head and smiled. A soft giggle echoed across the
water. Before he could react, something pulled him into the river, and suddenly, complete silence
spread everywhere. The next day, his body was found floating in the water. When the villagers
looked closely at his body, they realized something was missing. His liver was gone.
Enko are small, monkey-like yokai about the size of a young child, with bright red faces and long,
flexible limbs. Their arms can stretch unnaturally, while their bodies are covered in thick fur but
feel slimy like a fish. They have sharp claws and a dish-like depression sits on top of their heads.
They attack suddenly, overpowering their victims with unnatural strength and speed.
In many legends, they are known for targeting humans in disturbing ways, taking something vital
from the body, especially the liver. They do not hunt for survival, they hunt because they want to.
Kiyotaki Tunnel
Long ago, a narrow tunnel was built in the mountains near Kyoto. Many workers died during
its construction, and some were never found. People say their bodies were sealed inside the
walls. Years later, drivers began reporting strange things while passing through it at night.
One man decided to test the legend. As he entered the tunnel, everything felt normal,
just a long, dark road ahead. Then suddenly, his car radio cut out, and the air turned cold.
He glanced in the rearview mirror and saw someone sitting in the back seat,
a pale figure staring at him. He slammed the brakes, but when he turned around,
no one was there. Panicking, he drove faster, but the tunnel didn't end. It stretched on,
longer than it should. Then he heard it, a faint whisper from behind him. When he finally escaped,
his car was covered in handprints from the inside. After that night, he never drove again.
The only thing he ever said was, don't look in the mirror.
Kiyotaki Tunnel looks like a normal, narrow mountain tunnel. But at night,
it feels unnaturally dark, like something is always inside with you. It doesn't attack directly,
it shows itself in reflection, mirror, glass, and shadows. And the moment you see it,
it's already inside your car.
Noperebo
In the late Edo period, a fisherman was walking home along a quiet river path,
when he saw a woman sitting alone, softly crying. Concerned, he approached her,
but she didn't respond. As she slowly lifted her head, her face vanished. No eyes, no mouth,
no nose, just smooth, pale skin. Frozen in terror, the fisherman turned and ran.
He didn't stop until he saw a man on the roadside. Shaking, he told him everything.
The man listened silently, then leaned forward and said,
Like this?
As the fisherman looked, the man's face disappeared too, becoming the same blank,
empty surface. The fisherman tried to scream, but no sound came out. His body locked,
his vision blurred, and his heart raced uncontrollably, until it suddenly stopped.
By morning, his body was found near the road. The Noperebo looks completely human at first,
like an ordinary person you would never suspect. But when it reveals itself,
its face becomes smooth and blank. No eyes, no nose, no mouth, just pale skin where a face
should be. It doesn't chase, it doesn't touch, it simply waits for you to come close,
and then shows its true face. The shock is so unnatural that the human mind cannot process it.
Your heart begins to race uncontrollably until it stops.
Akae Long ago, a ship lost in a storm near Awa
finally spotted what looked like an island. Desperate, the sailors landed,
hoping to repair their damaged ship. But the place felt strange. There were no people,
no signs of life. The ground was uneven, covered in algae with pools of salty water trapped in
Then suddenly, the ground began to shake. The island started to move. Before they could react,
it began sinking into the ocean. The surface tilted, water rushed in and panic spread,
but there was nowhere to escape. One by one, they disappeared beneath the waves. Within moments,
the island was gone, and the ocean became silent again. Akae are enormous, stingray-like creatures
that can grow up to 10 to 12 kilometers long. Their backs collect sand, rocks, and even plant
life, making them look like islands in the ocean. Akae do not hunt directly. They remain hidden
beneath the ocean, unnoticed. But when they rise or sink, their massive size creates powerful waves
and whirlpools. Ships that come too close are pulled down with them.
Bademochi Bakamono In a quiet village,
a farmer's house began to echo with a strange voice from beneath the floorboards. At first,
it only repeated whatever the family said. Same words, same voices. Then one night,
it didn't wait. Before anyone spoke, the voice whispered from below, perfectly copying the
farmer's voice. Don't say anything. Everyone froze. The farmer hadn't spoken. From that night
on, the voice didn't just repeat, it spoke on its own. It called their names, mimicked their voices,
and whispered things no one had said. The house no longer felt safe. Soon after,
the farmer's wife began to feel unwell. She grew weaker each day, until one night,
she suddenly collapsed and lost consciousness. Even after waking up, she refused to speak,
staring at the floor as if something was calling her from below. The family couldn't take it anymore
one morning without telling anyone. They left the house and moved to the fields,
abandoning everything behind. The house still stands empty. But sometimes, if you go inside
and say something out loud, a voice from beneath the floor might answer you first.
The Bademochi Bakamono has no visible form. It exists only as a voice beneath the floor,
perfectly mimicking human speech. It does not attack the body, but the mind.
