The question I get asked all the time is how I stay fit while traveling and eating non-stop. I work out a lot! At least 30 mins a day on the regular plus I try to walk 10,000 steps everyday.
In this video my trainer Julian shows you one of the many 10-minute workout routines I do everyday while traveling. You don't need a matt, a machine or weights. All you need is dedication and you can stay fit while traveling and eating non-stop delicious food.
Tabata Routine 1: Push Ups - 20 Seconds 10 Second Break Mountain Climbers - 20 Seconds 10 Second Break
Tabata Routine 2: Jump Squats - 20 Seconds 10 Second Break Push Up and Turn - 20 Seconds 10 Second Break
Tabata Routine 3: Sumo Squat Hops - 20 Seconds 10 Second Break Burpee with Push-Ups - 20 Seconds 10 Second Break
Repeat each routine 8 times for a total 8 Minute Tabata Workout. I recommend doing a mix or doing one of these per day. Julian says 8 minutes but most people need probably a 20 second break making the total time around 10 minutes.
This is how to stay fit while traveling in 10 minutes per day! I will be doing more fitness videos like this to give you better options to stay fit while traveling.

Yo Julian. Yo, yo, what's up my man? We're gonna kill it now. Ready to go.
This guy here is the best.
He make you eat good, I make you go lean.
While you travel.
What's up, everyone? This is David Hoffman of David's been here in my hometown of Miami, Florida.
And today I'm going to show you how I stay fit while traveling. Every day while I travel,
I do like a certain routine to stay fit. I eat a lot, so I gotta work out.
And this is my trainer. This is Julian Diaz. You can check out his channel below.
Diaz-a, Diaz-a, Diaz-a-a.
Diaz-a, with an S-A. He's gonna show us in 10 minutes how I work out while traveling.
This is one of many routines that we do, but here we go.
This routine is called Tabata and basically it's go for how many seconds?
20 seconds on, 10 seconds off. Two exercises, eight sets. And we're gonna do three of them. It's about 10 minutes.
Killer workout, great results. You don't have to do much, only that. Only that. Yeah, that's it. To be like that.
That's how you stay fit.
So for the warm-up, we're doing jumping jacks, high knees, and butt kicks for about three rounds of 10 second each.
So you get warm up and you get ready to go. So a little warm-up.
Nice and short to make sure that your blood is flowing and you're ready to go. Now we're gonna start with the first Tabata set.
We're gonna do push-ups
Followed by mountain climbers. It's 20 seconds of push-ups, 10 seconds of break.
Then we do 20 seconds of mountain climbers, 10 seconds break, and then we keep going. Let's do it.
Beautiful, baby.
Ten seconds. Exhale through your mouth.
Only the second set and he's like, fatigue.
Imagine that, how are we gonna feel? But you're burning a lot with this, all right? How you feeling, David?
Feel great, but we only got, well, six more to go. Oh my god.
Second exercises of Tabata. We did eight sets of push-ups and mountain climbers.
Now we're gonna do jump squats for your legs and push-ups with a turn.
So you activate your hips also to give some hip movement to your routine. It's very complicated, but not really. It's very cool.
Very easy.
Jump squats. Very good.
So we're about to do the last set. We're gonna do sumo squat hops for the inner thigh.
Burpees with a push-up to really spike your high rate up. I'm finished with class.
Intense.
Ten minutes only, ten minutes. I know, ten minutes.
Use the arms.
Ten minutes.
You burnt all that.
Nice food. That's how you stay fit while traveling. That's what's up. Failure is success in fitness.
So if you fail to do 20 seconds, you do as much as you can, as hard as you can. That's success.
This is what I call a real workout.
I didn't even do anything and I'm sweating just by watching him. I mean, in all fairness, it's like 100 degrees here in Miami.
That is a 10-minute workout you could do anytime while traveling in your hotel room. It's perfect. You don't need no equipment.
You don't need no equipment. You don't really need any mat.
It's
it's intense. If you need any advice as far as
