in Mumbai, India. Tonight we're going on
an epic night Indian
street food tour. I'm here with my friends
the Tripping Travelers. I'm also
meeting up with a bunch of people here in Mumbai
and doing like a meet-up here.
I'm excited, I'm starving.
It's beautiful right now. Guys, what are we going to eat?
Are you ready? Yes.
I mean entire Mumbai is here, like at least a million people?
Yeah.
At least, nah, there has to be like
I don't know, 10-15
thousand? Yeah, there has to be
thousands. Like thousands. So the first thing that we've
ordered is Tawa Pulao basically
which he is going to make right over there
on the pot plate over there
as you can see
it's basically a mixture of rice
in a different kind of gravy
it's a yellow colored rice prepared on
a pan on hot
coal. Yeah, so

make it spicy as well as sweet at the same time
and it will be topped with a lot of
yogurt, right?
So they're making it right here
