Welcome everybody to yet another Take Back Control Tuesday.
And I want to thank you all for joining us.
Now, I can't tell you what the outcome is going to be for each of you,
but what I can tell you is what you're about to learn
absolutely can change your financial future.
If you're here, you're probably ready for change.
And what you're going to learn and the insights you're going to take out of this
will help you get there.
So if the prospect of taking back control of your money
isn't enough to keep you glued to this screen right here
for the next 90 minutes,
then I think we really need to reassess our priorities.
And tonight we have an extra special guest, Mr. Carson Hurling.
And, you know, there's an interesting story.
I met Carson through his dad.
His dad's been a dear friend of mine,
and his father was the first person I ever heard on stage say this.
He said, the ultimate in real estate is being the bank.
And now the legacy passes on, and you're going to hear from Carson.
You're going to hear about how this has changed his life,
but not just his life, his young family's life.
So let me just give you a quick overview of what you're going to learn.
There's essentially three basic things you're going to learn from tonight.
Number one, you're going to learn how to take back control of your money by being the bank.
Number two, you're going to learn how to build wealth through your own debts and expenses,
and it's not going to require you working harder, working longer,
or taking on any additional risks.
And number three, you're going to learn how to get all the money back
for every single car you will ever buy, drive, and own.
If that's not enough to keep you here, well then, you're riding a bicycle home.
All right, so that's enough from me. Let's dive in.
Let's just imagine for a second that you own a restaurant.
Would you guys go out and eat dinner and dessert,
have drinks with your best friends and closest family members?
Would you guys go out to your restaurant that you own with those people?
Or would you take all your closest family and friends to your competitor's restaurant
or the restaurant down the street?
You would most definitely take your friends and close family to your restaurant.
You would never take them to somebody else. That would not make sense.
Same analogy goes for another business model.
If you own a salon or a barbershop,
would you guys take your closest friends and family to your barbershop?
Would you do their hair or would you let them go to someone else?
No one would do that. That doesn't make sense. You're their people.
What about a gym?
Any of you guys go to the gym and see at the gym,
the gym owner not working out at their own gym?
They're always there. They're not somewhere else.
Now here's the last one.
If you guys owned a bank, would you make deposits in your bank
and have your friends and family bank with your bank?
Or would you go to Bank of America or Wall Street?
Makes you think. Your bank.
If you needed to get a loan for a car, a house, rehab a property,
buy a car for a child or a grandchild or help out with family of some sort,
would you go to a bank elsewhere to borrow that money or yours?
Of course you would go to yours.
So why don't every single one of you on here today have your own bank?
Probably because you haven't learned how to yet.
But that's what I'm going to show you guys today is how you can become your own
bank. And that's what we're talking about.
This strategy has been around for 200 years. This is not a new thing.
This is, I did not make this up.
I did not come up with this in the last couple of years.
No, this has been around for 200 years.
Used by the wealthiest families in history to minimize their taxes,
pay off their debts and build generational wealth.
And so whenever I speak to a group like this, I always,
I'm thinking that, you know, what would they be thinking of if, or I guess,
what would I be thinking if I was in their shoes, you know,
your guys' shoes. And for me,
whenever I am listening to different speakers or events,
I want to know at the beginning, what am I going to get out today?
And is this worth my time?
So I want to highlight real quickly what I'm going to show you today.
First thing is we're going to talk about protection because who doesn't want to
protect the money that they're earning,
the hard work they're putting in every single day, day in, day out.
Two, we're going to talk about tax-free growth.
Really just how can we make, how can we make smarter money moves?
And three, leverage,
because you guys have tools to help you that you're not fully accessing or
taking advantage of.
And four, legacy, because we need to teach these strategies,
not just to ourselves, but to our family members, our friends,
and build out this community of bankers.
So I have a system today that I'll show you that will help you accomplish all
of these things. Before I get too deep into this,
I want to share a little bit about myself, not too long,
but just enough so you can kind of get some confidence in,
in your speaker today. A little bit about me is I, I,
I am blessed with some really great mentors in my life.
I grew up around this stuff. My dad,
this is a photo of him and I on the left and some,
some podcasts and events we spoke at together.
He runs a very successful self-directed IRA retirement company,
and they've handled over a billion dollars of real estate and private lending
transactions. And so there's a couple of photos of us speaking on stage.
But as I was early on in my career,
I was able to follow him and tag along into rooms and networks that most
people never get access to in their entire life.
I was learning how people were actually building wealth in the real world and
not just on social media.
I was watching behind the scenes what these phenomenal business owners were
doing. I was around guys like these.
You probably know most of them from different social media platforms.
They're big financial educators out there.
I started to incorporate all of these guys strategies.
I was doing real estate investing. I was doing lending. I was,
I was raising money.
I was doing only certain things and I became a top sales rep at a massive
brokerage. I built a real estate portfolio.
And I was teaching people about personal finance, cashflow management,
banking. But as I spent years around these people,
something started to bother me. Every strategy had a missing piece.
I didn't want to compete with anything they were doing.
I wanted to enhance it, but I felt like there was something missing.
So what was that?
And that's when I started to learn about the infinite banking concept.
That was the missing piece. And so now over the past few years,
I've met with over 3000 families across the country,
teaching them this wealth building concept.
This is some photos of me on stage and my, my wife and son Wells.
We now, because of this,
have been able to travel the world by real estate and build a really
powerful foundation for a family to build generational wealth.
And so today I'm super excited to teach you guys about this strategy.
And I always start with this question. What is banking?
If the whole concept is how can we be our own banks?
Then let's start with the foundation. What's banking?
What the heck does it even mean?
The definition of banking, if you look it up on Google,
is the business of protecting money. Interesting.
So why are we banking with someone else?
Someone else who doesn't care about our money as much as we do, right?
So we're getting into business with someone else. We don't even know.
That's the first kind of step. What's banking in the verb form?
Meaning the, like the act of banking, doing banking. What's that?
Well, it's protecting money actively.
It's actively depositing money and lending money.
And so the interesting thing about banking is that it affects every single
component of your life.
So wouldn't it be smart to learn a little bit about the banking function and
how that actually applies to our life financially, right?
And so throughout this presentation,
I'll ask you guys to keep an open mindset because once you see the banking
world and how it actually can compliment your life and not be going against
you as it is right now,
you'll never be able to look at money the same way again.
And so to start, let's talk about how banks operate.
If we're going to be your own bank, let's just copy what banks do, right?
So what do banks do?
Let's say you deposited money with your local bank. Okay.
A hundred grand is the number I'm using,
but you can use whatever number you want.
You can say you deposited a hundred bucks, 10 bucks, thousand bucks,
a hundred thousand, whatever.
If 4% was what your bank was paying you on your, your savings,
like a crazy good high yield savings account, paying you 4%, right?
Well, once you deposit money with them and they tell you they're paying you
4%, they immediately go and lend that money out. Why?
Because that money is not an asset to them.
It's a liability because they owe you 4%.
So they need to go turn that money into an asset to be able to pay off their
liability.
So they're going to go lend that money you gave them at 7% on someone buying a
house. And when that person buys the house that, you know,
consumer and they close on the house and they pay the seller,
where does the seller put all their profit right back in the bank?
So now the bank has the money again.
So now it's their job to go make it work for them again.
So they go send it to somebody else. Someone who needs it,
who needs a car note at 8%.
And once this consumer purchases the car and they pay off that car note,
they pay the car dealership. What does the car dealership do?
They put the money right back in. You can start to see the, the,
the theme here,
the bank's going to probably lend it to somebody else on a home remodel loan,
but 9% with today's rates,
who's going to pay a contractor and where does the contractor store his money
and his profit right back in the bank.
Let's say the contractor has some bad debt they want to pay off too.
So then they, they pay off their debt consolidation loan at 12%,
which pays the credit card companies.
And where do the credit card companies store their money, right?
The bank who's in control of all these transactions,
who's at the center of everything, controlling it all, right?
The bank while you're making 4%, they're making a spread.
They're making 7%. So they're making a 3% spread while you're making four,
they're making eight. They're making a 4% spread on that loan.
They're making a 5% spread on this loan and an 8% spread on this loan.
If you total all of that up, they're making 20% while you're making four, right?
How many times though, does four go into 25 times,
which means that they're not just making 20%.
They're making 500% annually on the money that you're leaving there.
They're making 500% more than you are every single year of your life.
And you stop and think, why are banks successful?
Why do they want more of our money? Why are they offering such good things?
It's because of this.
They're able to make 500% on your money more than you are every single year of your life.
When that compounds, man, are they becoming very, very wealthy, right?
And if you're banking with other people, you're giving up this opportunity.
You are missing out on all of those gains because you are no longer the bank someone else is.
And I'm not making this number up. You actually can look this up.
If you go to BowerFinancial.com, you will read that banks make between 400 and 1300%
on the money that you leave there each and every year.
So when the government comes out with stats like these,
five out of a hundred people will be financially secure at retirement age.
What does this make you feel? What does this make you think about?
Guys, in the United States, the land of opportunity and entrepreneurship and freedom,
in this great country, how many of you agree that there's something wrong with this stat?
That means 95% of people are going to be working until they're 65, 75, maybe 85 years old.
Not because they want to, but because they literally have to.
Guys, five out of a hundred people will be financially secure.
Secure is the word that the Social Security Administration used.
Not confident, not rich, not wealthy, not comfortable.
Just barely enough. Just secure.
This is a problem.
Who is at the center of all these financial transactions in this country?
The banks. Wall Street.
This is what they're thinking. This is how they're feeling.
Because they're the ones profiting on everything that's happening.
So guys, when I first learned this strategy, I read this book called Becoming Your Own Banker.
This book is the foundation to understanding how banks work,
and I guess really how you can take advantage of being your own bank.
This book highlights everything you need to learn about the strategy and how we can avoid this.
How can we be the ones celebrating, profiting, making all the money?
How can we be the bank? That's what this book will teach you.
So I want to go into some of the principles that this book teaches you today.
At the end of this presentation, hopefully you get the solution to this problem.
How you can be the bank and solve all these problems.
Nelson Nash, who's the writer of this book, he says that you finance everything in life.
And he teaches that that's kind of the problem, is that you finance everything in life.
So he expands on this and says, okay, well, what I mean by that is,
you're either going to borrow money and pay interest to somebody else.
Think a car loan, a mortgage. You're borrowing money and paying interest to somebody else.
Or you think you're all smart and you follow Dave Ramsey and so you don't take loans,
and so you use your own money to purchase something.
But that now means that you give up the interest that you could have earned on that money.
Meaning, I spent cash to buy the car, but now I lost all that money.
I no longer can grow or earn on those dollars because I spent it.
And so what no one actually teaches you is that when you use your own money,
you give up the interest opportunity that you could have had.
That's also an interest cost.
And that interest cost doesn't just last one year or five years like a car loan does.
That interest cost lasts forever, the rest of your life.
Because you just lost the ability to earn interest on that money for your entire life.
That number becomes so substantial when you now know how to apply that
to every financial decision you're making that it's a serious problem.
And so the problem clearly stated is that you finance everything in your life.
It's just with other banking organizations.
We've been taught to get into business or invest,
but the bankers are controlling all of our flow of money,
whether we pay cash or we finance.
They're at the core collecting, controlling,
and making insane profits off of all the hard work that we're doing.
This is why you need to become your own bank
so you can be in control of all these transactions,
so you can be the one earning interest always.
And so I promised you guys today that you'd learn how you can become your own bank.
Well, let's get into this.
Now you know that you need to become your own bank if you want to survive financially.
But if we're going to take over all the banking activities in our life
and be our own bank,
then we need to really put ourselves in a better environment
to store our own money.
If we want to get out of the banks,
then we need a new place to store money.
Let's just start there.
We need a new bank.
And if we're going to set up a new bank to start storing money
and depositing and lending and doing those things,
then we got to start asking ourselves the question,
what is that bank?
Where should we store this money?
What's a safe place?
And as I was learning this strategy,
this is the question I asked myself.
I was thinking, well, could it be possible even
that there are more efficient environments to store wealth
outside of commercial banks that we're not aware of?
Is it even possible that there's places to store money that we're not told?
We don't know about.
Of course it is.
And so when I pose this question,
I want you guys to stop and think about it.
And so what is your bank?
Again, meaning anytime you ever needed to buy something or invest in something,
that money is going to come from and go to your bank.
So if you're going to set up a new bank,
how do you want your bank to operate?
What would be some really helpful attributes that your bank would have?
So let's compare what the bank you're going to set up is versus a traditional bank.
If we're going to be storing money in a new bank,
then what are the attributes that we want this bank to be?
First off, we need the bank to be liquid.
If there is no liquidity and you don't have access to your money in this bank,
then this is not helpful.
This does not help us do anything we need to do.
The whole point of having a better bank is we need liquidity so we can bank with it.
But two, how nice would it be if your bank grew?
What if your bank was going to grow at 2% to 5%, 6%, 7% every single year,
while traditional banks,
the average savings account in today's market is actually earning 0.07%.
Horrible.
And what if that interest you were going to earn was going to compound interest
and be uninterrupted growing forever?
That's powerful.
What if it was also tax-free?
There's no banks that are tax-free.
That would be a pretty cool attribute to have, right?
What about protection?
Do you know how many banks went bankrupt?
Well, I'm skipping ahead.
Stability is the last one.
I'll say this and I'll come back.
In times of economic uncertainty,
imagine if your bank was safe, always there, always protected.
In 2008, 364 banks went bankrupt.
So what if your bank did not?
And then protection, I'll come back to that.
Well, against lawsuits, judgments, liens, divorce, probate,
what if your bank was safe?
That would be powerful.
There are no banks that have that protection as well.
So looking at this list here,
can we all agree that this would be a much more efficient place to store money?
If only there was a place we could store money as a bank
that had all of these attributes,
that would be just amazing, right, guys?
This would be a place you could control,
you could count on,
you could use as like your foundation to finance everything.
And the opportunity that this actually gives you
to put money somewhere that's still liquid,
also growing, guaranteed, tax-free, risk-free,
and always compounding,
that's something that everybody should be diving deeper into.
That's somebody that everyone in this country should learn about.
This would give you peace of mind.
This would give you financial freedom.
Wouldn't you guys agree that if you could store your money
in a place that did all of this, you would?
Of course.
And so we use our bank as a vehicle,
as a place we're running our money through.
The bank is not a one-stop shop,
one investment that's going to build so much you're going to retire.
That's not the point.
The point is banking,
building a vehicle we can run money through.
And so as we bank,
I guess more and more of your funds are flowing through it.
And so our goal is to finance everything throughout our life
through our vehicle, our bank.
And so before I even tell you guys what this bank is,
I want to read you guys a quote by Will Rogers.
He says that the problem in America
isn't so much what people don't know.
It's actually what people think they know that just ain't so.
I share this with you so you can suspend your disbelief for a second.
Don't judge this at first glance.
This will change your life.
The perfect bank, the perfect banking system,
perfect foundational asset to be building your assets with
is none other than a dividend paying
whole life insurance policy from a mutual company.
Guys, this is not regular old simple whole life insurance.
This is specially designed and engineered whole life.
And a lot of people have questions about this at first
because they think, oh, Dave Ramsey says,
you know, this is a terrible place to store money,
terrible investment, he calls it.
Honestly, I'll agree with him.
If you're going to put money in a regular whole life insurance
with the expectations of it doing what I'm about to show you,
I'd be upset. I wouldn't think it makes sense.
I would agree.
But this is very specially designed and specific for banking.
And it has all the attributes I just showed you.
It can be that place for you to be in control.
And so when I talk about how this is specially designed and engineered,
I look at it like a car.
I mentioned a vehicle earlier.
If we're going to look at other vehicles,
let's look at this analogy I like to use.
Have you guys ever been to a car dealership,
a Ford dealership, and seen this Ford Focus,
a car looking like this in the driveway?
And maybe you're thinking, you know what?
That's a fine car, it's a normal car, nothing special,
like whatever, right? It's a car.
Well, if you actually go on YouTube and look up Ken Block,
you will see someone driving a Ford Focus,
the same exact car, going 150 miles an hour,
drifting around a turn in full control.
It's pretty sweet if you guys find it.
But what's the difference between these two cars?
It's just the design and engineering.
The specially designed whole life that we designed
looks nothing like life insurance.
It actually looks more like a supercharged bank account than anything else.
And so, remember two minutes ago,
I asked you guys, would you agree that if there was a place
to put your money that had all of these attributes,
all these benefits, you would?
Well, that's exactly what whole life can do
if it's structured correctly.
You just either haven't been taught how to set it up
or you've been sold the wrong thing.
And so, when I first learned about this,
I thought to myself, you know, hey,
I thought whole life had a low rate of return.
I thought it was expensive.
I even heard someone say it was the worst investment of all time.
And maybe you're thinking now,
whole life insurance doesn't work like that, really?
Is this legit? Can whole life be structured this way?
Why would there be so much controversy
around such a simple thing?
Something has to be wrong.
Well, guys, if you're taking notes today,
I would encourage you to write this next part down twice
so you remember it.
Whole life insurance is not an investment.
It has nothing to do with investing.
It's actually considered an alternative asset class.
And if you read the contract,
everything's guaranteed.
Guaranteed death benefit, guaranteed cash value growth,
guaranteed, guaranteed, guaranteed.
There is no risk.
Investments require risk.
So this is not an investment whatsoever.
So when you go home,
or you're at your office today,
and you talk to a neighbor, a business partner,
a friend, a colleague, your spouse,
and they start telling you,
hey, I've heard of the whole life thing.
It's actually a terrible investment.
I thought it had a super low rate of return.
As soon as you hear someone call it an investment,
or they talk about rates of return,
you now know that person has no idea
what they're talking about,
because they can't even correctly identify
what type of asset that this is.
Guys, you cannot get a policy built for banking
from a regular financial advisor or insurance agent.
You only can get policies like this
from banking professionals,
which is what I am and our team does.
And so listen to people who know what they're doing.
If we're going to be our own bank,
then let's just mimic what banks do.
And remember, these are the attributes
that you would get in a policy.
Your policy is liquid.
Your policy is growing.
Your policy is tax-free.
It's protected. It's stable. It's safe.
And it has a death benefit.
I didn't even add that on here.
It has a death benefit.
It has chronic illness.
It has long-term care riders built into it.
It has all these different health benefits
that no one talks about either.
This is the foundation to building wealth,
essentially, and financing everything you do
in a more efficient manner.
And if you're not believing me at this point,
let's bring up some people who have been doing this.
Top left, John Rockefeller,
wealthiest family in American history.
He basically built this country.
How did he do that through this strategy?
Top right, Walt Disney.
How did he start Disneyland? Through this strategy.
Bottom right, these billionaires.
You all know their names.
These two guys alone have over $1.2 billion
in these policies.
These politicians on the left, you know both of them.
Both polarizing figures.
Both of them have, well actually,
Biden, when he became president a few years ago,
his financial statements came out
and it showed that he actually had four of these policies
and Trump has dozens.
You know what's crazy?
These people have been doing this for this long.
They know the strategy.
Why isn't everyone else that's the average consumer
able to do this? Talking about this.
Getting the option to do this.
And again, the craziest part about all this
is the number one purchasers,
the number one people who ever buy these type of policies,
the number one people in the world who have whole life
that's built like this is none other
banks. Boom, right?
Mind-blowing. Look this up.
Bully bank-owned life insurance. You can Google it.
What you'll find is that
banks own more whole life
insurance, not IULs,
not term insurance,
not universal life.
Whole life insurance than they own
in land and buildings
combined.
And you know banks, they own everything.
And they own more whole life than that.
Banks are the number one purchasers of these policies
in the world. And not only do they own
a lot, they buy more every single year.
So you need to ask yourself, are banks
stupid or do they just
know something you don't know? Guys,
they're not stupid. These four banks alone
have over $60 billion in these policies.
They're smarter than I am, smarter
than you are. We just need to
mimic them.
Now that you understand this foundation,
I'm going to go through one more idea before we get
into some real numbers and examples.
I want to talk about the strength of uninterrupted
compounding interest.
A lot of this you guys
probably have heard before, but I'll give you an analogy.
Would you guys rather have a million
dollars right now or a penny
right now? However, that penny
doubles every single day for 30
days. Yes, doubling a penny is
the right answer. If you look at the math,
here it is. Day 1,
you'd have a penny.
Day 2, a whopping 2 pennies.
Day 3, 4,
8, 16, 32,
all the way down to the 30th day where
it would be $5.3
million.
That is a whole lot more
than a million bucks you would have got up front.
Let's stop and
appreciate this for a second.
Einstein did say that the 8th
wonder of the world is uninterrupted
compounding interest. He was right.
Here's the math. It's pretty dang cool.
Let's change it up, though. Let's change it up.
Let's say there's a fee attached
to your penny compounding. Will we still do it?
Well, if there was a 2% fee attached,
and I use 2% because a lot of your
money managers, your financial advisors,
your brokers, they're probably charging
a percentage like this to
manage your funds. How would that affect the
penny doubling with just 2%? Doesn't seem like a
lot, just 2%, right? Well, if your penny
was charged 2% every single
year as it was doubling,
it would only get to $3 million.
You would miss out on $2 million
of compounding because of a
2% fee. Is 2% of
$5 million
a $2 million
loss? No.
Right?
That's powerful to understand.
Another example, what about
a withdrawal? What if
on the 15th day, you withdrew
$100 and the
25th day, you withdrew $100?
Because maybe you had to pay for your gas
or go to the grocery store. You wanted
to pull $100 out. You thought,
I have $65,000. I'm 25 days
in. What's $100 going to do?
Well, if you withdraw,
the penny only gets to
$2.08 million. That
$200 withdrawal would have
cost you $3 million of compounding
losses. So,
a $200 withdrawal, that
costs you a lot of money.
Last scenario is taxes. What if
there's a 15% tax? I'm sure all of you
guys are in a higher tax bracket than 15,
but let's just use this most conservative
example. If there was a 15%
tax rate, you'd only compound
$500,000. You'd lose
$4.8 million
because of a stupid tax.
How many of you guys now would
look at this and think, okay, well, the places
that I'm putting money, if you really
think about it, have all three of those things
going on with them. There's a small fee
for some, I guess think 401k.
There's a small fee for somebody managing it.
The tax is always going to be there
and sometimes you need to tap into the
money. We wonder why we can't get
ahead. We wonder why Americans suck at saving
money and growing their money. Guys,
uninterrupted compounding, it just
can be so efficient. It can turn your penny
to $5 million if you just
let it sit there and do its thing.
How can we do that?
Where can I put money that lets me do that,
that doesn't have a percentage management
fee, that doesn't have taxes involved,
that I'm never going to touch the money and let
it always compound? You guys are smart.
You probably know where I'm going with this.
A specially designed whole life insurance
policy does just that.
Your dollars sit and compound
always. You never touch it.
I said it's liquid. If you ever want to access
the funds, you just take a loan against it.
Imagine how powerful that would have been in this
scenario. If instead of withdrawing $200,
you took a $200 loan
and maybe you would have owed interest on it.
Sure, if you took a loan against the penny,
but that penny would have still doubled to $5 million.
The $100 loan
would have been nonsense at the end of the day.
Who would have cared?
We can't think a loan's bad. It's
actually super efficient in this scenario
instead of a withdrawal.
If your policy can be a place that's
always growing uninterrupted
and compounding, that builds
your penny to $5 million
without any risk. Now that we've laid the
framework today of the power of these
policies, the credibility behind
it, what banks do and how they
operate, why you'd want to be copying
them too, and now
uninterrupted compounding interest that your
policy gives you. Let's go
put this into action. Let's use
Whole Life as our bank
and I want to use
financing a car to start
because that's just a super easy example.
Here's a track.
Let's say you want to buy it. Let's dive into
the example. When I talk about the
policy, I talk about it being a vehicle,
a place you run your money through.
If you're going to run your money through it, how do you
pay into it or how do you capitalize
the account? Well, you pay a premium.
A lot of people
when they hear premium, their face
gets premium.
I get the heebie-jeebies. I hate expenses.
I hate more premium. I don't want a higher premium.
You think of premium like your
car insurance premium, your health
insurance, your homeowner's
insurance. These are insurance premiums.
Yes. Those are bills.
Yes. However,
we look at the policy and your
contributions as a deposit
because if you're putting money into
the policy and it's structured correctly
and it's all liquid, then it's
just a deposit. You don't go deposit
money in your savings account and think that's
a premium. No. You're building
up the asset. That's available. That's a deposit.
The policy is the exact same way.
I've never met somebody that doesn't want to deposit
more money in their bank.
If your insurance policy is
structured the correct
and same way, then
it's now a deposit.
That being said, the rest
of this presentation, I'm going to be referring to your
contributions or your premiums as a
deposit and you should too.
Two, let's talk about age.
Age doesn't matter.
Some people look at this and say,
I am in my 50s. I am in my
60s. I am in my 70s. I can't do
this. I'm too old.
Well, if you're
going to get regular insurance, yeah, the older you
are, the more expensive it is. But again,
we are not getting regular insurance. This has nothing to do
with insurance. We're building this to do banking.
If I put a dollar into a policy
and my parents put a dollar into a policy,
there's a different age gap, but it's still
a dollar going in. We're still going to earn the same amount
on that dollar. We're still going to have access to the
same amount of that dollar. We're still going to bank the same
way with that dollar. It's just a
dollar. It doesn't matter our age.
However, the death benefits might be a little bit different
because the older you are, the less coverage
you probably could get. But if we're not designing the
policy for a death benefit,
then who cares? We're designing the policy
to do banking. The death benefit is
just a little cherry on top of having the whole account.
That all being said, let's get into
an example now that you understand how we look at these policies.
This is an example of a client we worked
with. They were saving $10,000 a year,
about $800 a month. That's a pretty standard
type of policy that we set up. They said,
hey, I saved $10,000 a year. I want to
deposit that into my policy.
That's my plan. Hope that works.
We said, great, let's put in $10,000 a year.
The cash value over
here on the right, that is
what's
available for you to
access or the liquidity
inside of the policy. The
cash value over here on the right shows that the cash
value is $6,000 in year number one,
$12,000 in year number two.
Then it dropped and then keeps going up.
In this example, I want to show you that in year
three, let's go buy a car. Let's take
a $25,000 loan
against my cash value
to go buy the car in year number
three.
Now, let's look at this.
Three years in, we've put in
$10,000, $10,000, $10,000, $10,000.
We've put in $30,000. Then we've taken
a $25,000 loan against
our cash value to go buy the dang car.
How does
this math now work over time? If you're going to take
a loan against yourself because now you're the bank,
you want to pay your bank back with interest
and principal. You want to pay it back.
A $25,000 loan,
today's interest rates, I bet you want
to pay your policy back $500 a month.
That's about $6,000 a year. If you
paid your policy back $500 a month for
60 months, like a typical car note,
let's recap what just happened.
Years seven,
into year seven,
you would have paid $70,000
in premiums because that's what, again,
your deposits were, $10,000 for seven years.
Then, you paid
your policy back. You took a loan and
paid it back $30,000 over that five
year period because $6,000,
five years, that's $30,000.
Really,
you've injected into this policy
$100,000. However, you've taken
$25,000 out to go buy a car.
Really, your net injected into
this is $75,000. You've put in
$75,000 into this over that seven
year period. At year
seven, your cash value
is $67,000.
Meaning, you put
in $75,000, you have access
to $67,000, you have
access to 91% of your money
or you got $0.91
back on the dollar you spent
for the car. Does that make sense?
You're earning on all
these deposits while you're banking
so you're the one profiting. You're the
one making up the cost. You're the one earning
interest every year. You're the one paying
yourself back. After seven
years, you have access to almost everything you put in
and you have a car. Apply that math
to every transaction you do,
all the big purchases you do. This
becomes substantial. This is just
looking a few years in. You look
long term. Let's go one more scenario
out. Let's say you want to
look at five more years of this.
Five more years of this
and maybe they're retired so they don't want
to fund it anymore so no more deposits
which you definitely can do. There's tons of flexibility
with these policies.
No more deposits after seven years.
You buy another car. Let's just say
year eight, you go buy a second car. Another
$25,000 and pay back again $6,000
a year. That new five year period
you would have put nothing in premiums,
$30K to repay
your loans and you've taken out
$25K to buy the car.
Your net injection into this is
$5K.
In that five year period, you put
in $5K.
Let's do the math.
Your cash value or your equity
in the policy increased from
$67,000 to
$91,000 in that
same time frame.
Your cash value grew by
$23,000
and you put in
just $5K.
You just made tons of money off
of buying this car.
You were the bank. You were earning interest
on all those deposits the whole time.
You were compounding growth and you paid
yourself back because you were the bank.
If you just bank with yourself for 12 years
to buy two cars, you're making
money off of two car purchases.
You don't get a system like that anywhere.
Again, do the math on
anything. There's three rules
when we use this strategy.
One, you need to pay yourself first.
If you're not saving money and paying yourself first,
you're doing this wrong.
If you're paying other people first and paying yourself
whatever's left over, you're never going to get
ahead. Two, you need to pay yourself with interest.
If you take a loan from yourself, you've got to pay yourself
back and pay it back with interest. Why would you
steal from your bank? You would not do that.
You need to recycle
and recapture that money because if you're paying yourself
back, wouldn't you agree it's better to pay yourself the interest
instead of somebody else? That'd be a lot of interest
going out the door that you're recapturing
and paying yourself. Guys, if this works
for a car, then what else does this
work for? Again, everything.
How many of you guys wish you did this
the last time you purchased a car?
How many of you guys are going to do this
the next time you purchase a car?
How about the next house?
Next time you pay Uncle Sam?
Next time you buy a rental? Next time you invest
in the stock market?
Everything you do can go through
your bank so that
you're the one profiting the whole time.
Alright, let's give you one more example.
This is going to be a different diagram. Let's change it up.
Let's say you have this policy,
you've put in some cash into it,
and you want to take out money
to pay off your line of credit.
Again, let's just say you now have a debt.
Instead of an asset purchase
or an investment, let's say you have a debt.
If you have a 9%
$23,000 line of credit
and you want to pay it off super bad,
why don't you just refinance it
with your own bank, your own policy?
That would be cool.
If you took a $23,000 loan from your policy,
went and paid off that line
of credit, now the job is done.
Now you have a $23,000 loan against
your policy and no more line of credit.
However, if we're always going to pay
ourselves back, wouldn't we want
to do the same here?
Let's do that. If that loan
payment was $289
a month or 300 bucks a month
for that line of credit interest payment,
now that you no longer have that bill
because you paid it off,
you can pay yourself back.
Now you can pay your policy loan back
$300 a month. Again, just like
refinancing the debt with yourself.
It's just a circle.
Your money starts here on the left in your policy,
goes over to the right to work for you,
and then you pay yourself back
with whatever that money goes and does.
How many times are we making
money on this transaction?
Once inside the policy because
the policy is growing. Two,
because you're paying your policy back $300
a month at 9% just like
you're paying somebody else.
You're not making money twice on this transaction
instead of just zero and giving money to somebody else.
Now, what if
you don't have bad debt?
What if you don't need a new car?
Can you still benefit from privatized banking?
Should you still want to be your own banker?
Of course.
That's where the fun begins.
That's where you can start building wealth
and creating a legacy. You can go buy real estate.
You can go build a business. You can go
invest in certain assets.
That's going to build the wealth.
This is just your simple foundational banking system
you're building off of.
I don't know if you're tired of hearing from me.
I know it's been a little bit. I'll wrap up here.
There's three things we talked about and covered today.
We talked about leveraging
your money. Let's just flip that
and become your own bank.
We talked about how you don't need to be rich to do this.
Anyone can do this with the right tools.
We talked about how
inflation and market uncertainty are all there.
This banking system gives you
the total control.
If you want to have
certainty and control
over your money
throughout your life, from here on out,
then you need to ditch what you're doing now
and you need
to set up a banking policy.
You have no option.
You are going to lose every single year
until you do this.
To recap some of these ideas,
policy grows tax-free.
You never have to give any reports or growth statements
to the IRS.
Death benefits are also tax-free.
That's what creates the legacy for your family.
It's all safe and exempt.
It can also produce income for you
in those retirement years.
You can always set up policies
for not just yourself, but for kids,
for policies for them, for paying for college,
for starting businesses.
All these different transactions can go through your policy.
How do you fund this?
Whatever way you want to,
really is the answer.
If you want to fund your policy every single month,
slowly building it up like you maybe do other things,
go for it.
If you like a once-a-year big lump sum,
go for it.
However you want to fund this,
you're welcome to do so.
There are minimum deposit amounts
we recommend doing.
If you're not able to save money,
first of all, you can't get into this.
You've got to save money to do banking.
If you're not saving, then how are you going to bank?
You need to be saving money to do this.
I'm not talking about you save $50 a month.
I'm talking about you save a good chunk of money
every single year.
Whatever that means for you, I guess, is the answer.
Two, the maximum depends on you as well.
Everyone can do a pretty big policy
if they want, but it depends on their income and assets.
Two, when you get the policy started,
you don't have to just start funding it
a small monthly amount or whatever you want.
You can do a lump sum to get it started.
That way, you get some cash in there right off the bat.
You get that money banking,
and then you can leverage it moving forward immediately.
You'll have access to 60% to 90%
of whatever you put into it immediately.
You're not going to wait 10 years
to access your funds.
You have access to all of your money immediately.
This allows you to become a bank very fast
and do things very quickly.
Next, let's talk about policy loans real quick.
If you take a loan from your policy,
there are some thoughts around that.
These loans are guaranteed,
meaning that money is yours.
You never have to request it.
You're not filling out all this paperwork.
That money just gets sent to you
to use however you want.
There is no credit check. There is no approval.
You ask and receive.
These loans are private.
They don't go on your credit report.
If you have a bunch of bad credit that's killing you,
just refinance it with the policy loan,
and now you're good to go.
There are no minimums or maximums
to repay your policy loan.
You are in complete control,
so you can pay it back however you want,
which means if you pay yourself back
or miss something, nothing happens.
Why the money multiplier?
That's our company name in case you're wondering.
First off, we are the largest
infinite banking group in the world.
It's pretty cool to say.
We work with the most amount of families.
We teach this to the vast majority of America.
We have built a system
to train you,
coach you,
educate you, and get this set up ASAP.
Our team has a lot of specialists
that can help with a lot of different things.
We've even built a software
that focuses on this
strategy specifically to help you manage this
that no other groups in the country
have access to.
Only one of two things are going to happen to you guys
in your life. One, we're all going to live.
We are all alive today.
Are we better off with this than without?
If I was in person with you guys, I'd have everyone shout,
yes, of course we are,
but what if we pass away,
which we're all going to do.
If we pass away, are we better off with this
or without it?
What if your family was going to get a huge lump sum when you passed?
That financial
gift changes everything to them.
In a time of sadness, uncertainty, confusion,
they get to build
financially. You don't get that
from a savings account or
banking with Wall Street.
I do want to mention as well
that we charge nothing to set this up.
There is no cost whatsoever.
You're setting this up with an insurance company
and we're here to make sure you set it up right
and show you how to use it.
We are paid from insurance companies
directly for bringing them business.
There's no cost or fees for you to do this.
You're not paying for a dime of anything.
You're just setting up your policy and going.
Don't you wish
you knew this when you were my age?
Don't you wish that your parents started this
bank for you?
This quote is how I end
all my presentations.
If poor people would just do what rich people do,
they wouldn't be poor anymore.
I look forward to helping you guys with this.
Think about this for a second.
The list goes on and on and on of the wealthy,
rich people, families, banks,
businesses that are doing this strategy.
We need to just copy them.
I'm going to give you the opportunity here
to pull out your phone or your computer
and schedule time to meet with me directly.
Not even my team, me directly
to show you guys how you can incorporate
this strategy for yourself as well.
I appreciate you guys for being here today.
Hope this was impactful. Thank you.
If you want to book a call to learn this strategy,
the only way to get access to this strategy
would be to meet with our team
and schedule time to learn this strategy.
You can do that by booking on my
link at Carson.BeYourOwnBanker.com
By anybody,
I know you had a lot.
Appreciate you. I hope this was helpful.
Again, if you're wanting to learn this strategy,
incorporate yourself.
The only way to do so is by setting it up,
taking action, and being in control.
Alright guys, thank you.
Have a good rest of your week and I'll talk to you soon.
