One Thousand Museum by Zaha Hadid is going to be the shining star in Miami's skyline. If you don't know about this architectural masterpiece, it was designed by the late Zaha Hadid and is the first and only residential skyscraper she designed in the western hemisphere.
My friend Fadia gave my father and I a hard hat tour of the 50th floor $19,000,000+ full floor penthouse and a model unit on the 17th floor. Starting prices are around $5,800,000+ for half units and the remaining two penthouses are between $19,000,000 and $20,000,000.

This is the $19 million penthouse, 10,000 square feet
on the 50th floor of 1,000 Museum by Zaha Hadid.
Hello everyone, David Hoffman here from David's Bin here.
Today I'm taking you out to an architectural masterpiece.
It's called 1,000 Museum.
It was designed by the late architect Zaha Hadid.
It's currently under construction.
There's 80 units.
Starting prices are around five and a half million.
We're going up to two different penthouses today,
one around 19 million,
the other around 20 million.
They're also building the duplex penthouse,
which is around $40 million.
We're going up right now.
We're gonna do a hard hat tour with my friend, Fadia.
Let's go.
So 50th floor and 17th floor.
Fadia, what's up, what's up?
And we are going to the 50th floor
to see a full floor penthouse.
It's 10,000 square feet of just interior space
all on one level.
And we're going to see our model on the 17th floor.
Let's go ride, let's go ride.
So, are we going out?
Yeah, that's why I came for it.
My father surprised me and he showed up here.
Hey, how you doing, guys?
It's one of the few cloudy days of the year in Miami, but.
Miami's beautiful even on a cloudy day.
That's true.
Welcome to 1,000 Museum.
Obviously, this building, as you all know,
is designed by Zaha Hadid.
We're in the 55th floor.
61 plus the helipad.
We have a fully-permitted helipad.
It's going to be the only skyscraper
in Miami with a helipad.
This is one of a kind in the world.
And, you know, the late Zaha Hadid,
I mean, which is a world-renowned architect,
she was like, she masterminded this whole building.
And it's just, it's an amazing structure.
Most of the columns are on the outside.
So what you see, the exoskeleton that you see,
is what's holding the building together.
And this gives us the opportunity
to have very, very open spaces
on the interior of the unit.
You'll see.
We are starting at $5.5 million
for a half a floor.
And then for full floors, we only have two left.
We have 19.5 and 20.5.
There's actually eight penthouses, only two remain.
Plus the duplex penthouse,
which is 16,500 square feet of interior space
with an indoor pool, direct access to the helipad,
all the bells and whistles for only 49 minutes.
It always scares me to walk here, but it's cool.
50th floor, let's go.
Wow.
Dude, this view is insane.
All right, so welcome to the 50th floor.
It is one of our lower penthouses.
We are in 10,000 square feet of interior space.
As you can see from all this openness,
it's because most of the columns on this building
are on the outside.
The exoskeleton is what's holding
most of the building together.
So that gives us the opportunity
to create these expansive floor plans, which you'll see.
Like she said, this is a full floor penthouse.
There's eight of these, only two left for sale.
And right here, we have 12 foot ceilings.
And as you can see, the exoskeleton is right over there.
This is the view looking back to downtown.
It's called Park West area.
And right over there, we have the high-speed train system,
which is called Miami Central.
That's gonna go from here, Fort Lauderdale,
West Palm, and then Orlando,
and eventually to Jacksonville.
And as you can see, the whole area's under construction.
Incredible.
Little scary right here, but it's cool.
So this is what, $20 million?
Yeah, it's just under, it's like 19 point something million.
Regrettably, we can't see the duplex
because it's not built yet.
We're going to the model right now
to see a half floor finished unit, 17th floor.
It's finished, it doesn't have the furniture in yet,
but we will have it soon.
Woo!
This is the $19 million penthouse.
Full floor, 10,000 square feet.
Look at this view.
I mean, this is just incredible.
We are on the 50th floor of 1000 Museum,
designed by Zaha Hadid.
Now we're at the 17th floor, we're entering the model.
It will be amazing.
So this is a half floor unit on the 17th floor.
This is roughly 4,600 square feet of interior space.
You come in through your private elevators
into your private foyer,
where you land on a beautiful gallery wall
where you can display all your art.
You come in through double doors
until this very expansive space.
Wow.
These are 10 foot ceilings
that we have on the half floor units.
We have different floor plans.
We have some floor plans where we have
the kitchen facing east.
And if buyers decide that they would prefer
to have their master facing east,
we also have that.
So we can accommodate different styles
for different buyers.
Every terrace is completely unique.
Every terrace is a different size
because the size is the way that it's structured.
Polyform Italian kitchens with Gaggenau appliances
and Sub-Zero refrigerator.
We have double sinks as well.
But for art collectors, this is amazing.
And it feels expansive.
Yes, exactly.
You have space.
Yes.
So this is our master bedroom.
It looks a lot bigger when it's furnished
because you can really see the space
and how much fits in here.
All the masters have their own private balcony as well.
Oh, it's amazing.
And this is one of the few projects
that you will see natural lighting in the closet.
Most developers would just include it
as an additional bedroom
because that's what you need.
A window and a closet in order to call it a bedroom.
Wow.
Yes.
Please come into our master bath.
Okay.
Impressive, no?
Impressive.
Very impressive.
And this is the 17th floor.
All of our units start on the 10th floor.
So this is a relatively low floor for our building.
And it's still very, very nice.
You saw the views.
They're absolutely beautiful.
I want this.
And if I didn't mention earlier,
right behind us we have a huge retail complex
called Miami World Center.
It's being developed right there.
It's an open air concept.
So basic open air shops,
restaurants, bars right behind us.
And this whole area is completely changing really fast.
Within the next 20 years,
you're not going to recognize this area.
It's going to be the new downtown of Miami.
You need $6 million to buy this one.
I was going to tell you,
you're going to lend me $6 million for a unit?
Absolutely.
Actually, we should ask the developer here.
At least, it's a bigger pocket.
Faya is lending us the money.
Faya, are you lending us the $6 million?
Yes, of course.
Just come and see us.
Just sign the contract and we'll figure it out
within the 15 day receiving period.
And the price, of course, includes finishes.
So it's not that much.
Only $6 million.
Now you know.
If you want to buy here at 1000 Museum.
Look for me.
Look for her.
Call us first.
Yeah, her first.
Are we selling this or what, David?
Just write me.
