Are these popular wellness supplements actually worth it… or just hype?
In this video, I’m sharing my honest review of MindBodyGreen’s Creatine + Taurine and deboat+ GLP Fiber — what they do, how they work, and who they may actually benefit.
Creatine isn’t just for the gym — it plays a key role in cellular energy production, muscle recovery, and even brain function. Taurine supports nervous system regulation, mitochondrial health, and cognitive clarity (which I personally noticed).
And when it comes to GLP-1, your body already produces it naturally — and one of the most powerful ways to support it is through fiber and gut health.
In this video, we’ll break down: • The real benefits of creatine + taurine • Why taurine supports focus and calm energy • How fiber impacts GLP-1 and appetite regulation • Whether these supplements are actually worth adding to your routine
Because real metabolic health isn’t about trends — it’s about supporting your body at the cellular level.

🌿 Want to optimize your metabolism and health based on YOUR biology?
Inside my personalized nutrition program, we assess gut health, metabolic flexibility, and cellular function to create a strategy that actually works for you.
If you're looking for simple ways to support your metabolism, brain function, and gut health,
there are a few foundational supplements that can make a real difference. I recently tried two
products from MindBodyGreen. They're creatine with taurine supplement and they're GLP fiber
powder. And I want to walk you through what they do, why they matter, and who they might actually
benefit. Because taking these things aren't just trends, they're rooted in physiology.
Okay, so my first impressions. First, from a practical standpoint, both products are super
easy to use. I tried both the flavored, so nice raspberry and watermelon flavor,
as well as unflavored. And they mix really well into water. Zero clumping, no chalky texture,
which honestly matters if you're trying to stay consistent with something. So from a usability
standpoint, big win. Okay, creatine and taurine. What's it for? What does it do? Let's talk about
that formula. Because this is where it gets really, really interesting. Most people think of
creatine as just a gym supplement, like for gym bros. But it's actually one of the most well
researched compounds for cellular energy production. Creatine, it helps regenerate ATP,
which is essentially the energy currency of your cells. And that means that it supports
your muscle strength and recovery, exercise performance, and even brain energy metabolism.
There's also growing research showing creatine supports cognitive function,
especially under stress or fatigue. Now, taurine is equally fascinating.
Taurine is an amino acid that plays a role in your nervous system regulation, your electrolyte
balance, your mitochondrial function, and even calming the brain. And this is something that I
personally noticed. So when I was taking this, I just felt more mentally focused and clear,
especially during cognitively more demanding tasks. So it's almost like taurine supports
that calm, steady focus, not jittery, not overstimulated, like too much caffeine.
So when you combine creatine and taurine, you are supporting both physical performance and
recovery as well as cognitive resilience and focus. And this is a really powerful combination.
Okay, so what does it matter? Well, what I love about this combination is that it supports your
cellular health. Your metabolism isn't just about calories. Okay, yes, calories are super important,
but it's about how efficiently your cells produce energy. And you see, when your mitochondria are
functioning well, then you recover faster, you think more clearly, you maintain your muscle mass,
your biggest longevity organ, right? And you regulate your metabolism more effectively. So
this isn't just a fitness supplement. It's really a cellular energy support tool.
My flavored ones taste so good, by the way. Okay, the GLP fiber powder. Let's talk about it.
Let's talk about this because it's incredibly relevant right now. We're hearing so much about
GLP-1 medications. They're not going anywhere. But your body already produces GLP-1 naturally.
GLP-1 is a hormone that helps regulate your blood sugar, your appetite, your satiety,
and your metabolic signaling. So one of the most effective ways to naturally support GLP-1
production is through fiber, specifically fermentable fibers that feed your gut microbiome.
So when your gut bacteria ferment fiber, they produce short fatty acid chains like puterate.
And these compounds actually stimulate GLP-1 release. So fiber isn't just about digestion.
It's directly tied to appetite regulation, blood sugar balance, gut health,
and ding ding, super important, metabolic flexibility. So from a practical standpoint,
the GLP fiber powder was also easy to mix. And again, consistency
is everything. So if you like it and it's easy to mix, huge win. Most people aren't getting enough
fiber in their food. And so adding this in as a supplement can help bridge that gap, right?
So who is this for? I think these products can be especially helpful for people who are
working on improving metabolic health. They're trying to build or preserve muscle. That's
my number one. Looking to support cognitive performance. That was my biggest outcome.
Or wanting to naturally regulate their appetite and blood sugar. Now, unlike anything or just
like anything, they work best when they're part of a bigger strategy. So not just like a standalone
solution, right? So you want to be eating nutritious food. You want to be prioritizing
your protein. You want to be eating actual good veggies. Overall, I have to say though,
I was genuinely impressed with both of these. They're simple, well-formulated. They actually
support systems in the body that matter. Cellular energy and gut-mediated hormone signaling.
And when you support those two things, then your metabolism, your energy, and your overall health
will follow. So if you're focusing on long-term health, these are the kinds of foundational tools
that can absolutely make a meaningful difference. So I definitely recommend
these products. It's my honest review. I was not paid for this outcome. If you're trying to
