This is Troy Black. I've got a word from God to share with you about a revolution of sorts
taking place in the South. The Lord specifically mentioned the state of Texas where I live,
but I believe this is going to apply to a greater area than just that here in the United States.
And I believe it does have implications to other places around the world as well,
because there's a lot of people dealing with this issue that the Lord spoke about in this prophetic
word. I normally would share a video on Mondays. This is a Tuesday I'm sharing this. The reason
for that is because instead of sharing a prophecy video yesterday on this channel,
I shared a video yesterday, you can see on the screen here on my filibusted channel,
where I responded to Trump posting that image of himself that was very controversial over the
weekend. And I do want to say this, if you see those videos pop up and the title of the channel
is filibusted, that is not prophecy, at least not typically. And I'm not going to be presenting it
as prophecy, even if it was. So that's my opinion on cultural, politics, and other news. And I try
to do it from a biblical perspective and a Christian perspective, but please take it that
way. It's not prophecy. It's just my opinion. So if you do want to follow that, that channel name
is filibusted. If not, no worries. So let's jump into this word here. This is what I heard on March
23rd. And this has to do with radical Islam. The Lord said, Troy, radical Islam has come to your
state. And now some of this is obviously going to be common sense, things we already knew, right?
And sometimes the Lord speaks to me that way to give me context for what he's saying. He said,
radical Islam has come to your state. I'm showing you what must take place, yes, but also what may
happen before that. And so then he said, a radical leftist is in process of giving them what they
want. And once they have it, they will be able to quote, unquote, wreak havoc upon the cities
in their area. And then I heard an extremist gone rogue. And when I heard that phrase
in their area, I believe the Lord's talking about in that the radical leftists in their area. And I
got this impression that it would be a place like Austin, Texas, where there is more of a liberal
population than a lot of the rest of Texas, right? And then I heard that phrase, an extremist gone
rogue, and then pray for protection because there are many people who desire to, and the word I
heard was K-I-L-L, so I'll just spell that out, not just to conquer peacefully. Then I heard, and I
will see to it that a revolution does expel the radical Islamists, not a revolution by force,
except through legal means. And then I heard, and so the Lord is being very clear there, he's not
promoting violence, that's not what he's promoting, right? He said not a revolution by force, except
through legal means, but he's talking about how this revolution is going to get started and through
legal processes is going to take place. Then I heard a revolution by leading the charge within
legislation. Then I heard Texas will become a sanctuary of sorts for a time, but it will also
be an example to others who will follow suit, who will have to. And then I heard this, he said, yes,
even up to the national level, some of this will go and take root. A revolution happening right now
on the right, and it's spreading to the left because they will start to realize the very
people they are defending want them, and then I heard the word spelled D-E-A-D, or gone. So the
Lord's saying this revolution's happening right now on the right, it's spreading to the left. He's
talking about political left, the liberals, and he said because they will start to realize the
very people they are defending want them, D-E-A-D, or gone. And you know, the Lord specifically
mentioned Florida, not Florida, Texas here, and I'm saying that because I'm about to mention
Florida, but he mentioned Texas specifically and also this spreading to many other places
in the states. I am aware that some things have already been passed in Florida and they are
technically working on that right now, you know, so I believe that this probably
applies there as well to an extent, but the Lord specifically was speaking to me about Texas. Then
I heard this today, and this is kind of a balance to this word, because I know some people are going
to get upset about me sharing this. You know, you can pray about this. I would encourage you to
test every prophetic word you hear and pray and ask the Holy Spirit, but when you ask the Holy
Spirit, is this from you or not, if you're not willing to set your own agenda and your own
politics and your own opinion and all of that aside, you're probably going to have a really
hard time hearing what he's actually saying, because the voice of God does not compete with
our will. Like, we have to surrender our will and say, Lord, not my will be done, but your will be
done, and we can hear him a whole lot clearer at that point, and many Christians would be surprised
at what they could hear if they were willing to surrender their own opinions before the Lord,
you know, and that's including me as well. Like, the things that I have the most, that I'm the
most opinionated about, those are the areas I have the hardest time hearing from the Lord,
and there's a reason for that, because God is waiting for us to set our own wills aside, right,
and to actually listen to what he's saying, but here's what I heard today, and there's a balancing
act here, and this is what he said. He said, there are some rough times ahead with some of the laws
they will attempt to pass, and some will even get through. He said, but I want you to stand strong.
It's going to feel as if you're right in the middle of the line on this one, loving your neighbor
while standing for truth and justice and liberty at the same time. Then I heard, it's not going to
be easy. Some will want to lean one way, some will try to lean the other, but I want you to stay right
in the middle, not willing to justify evil hatred in the heart or actions. He's saying, don't justify
doing evil or having hatred in your heart or hatred through your actions, but he said, but also
not willing to stand by and watch a society being taken over by forces that seek to ultimately do
harm. So this is a very balanced word, I feel like, is what I'm hearing here from the Lord,
not justifying hatred in the heart or hatred through our actions against other people,
right, loving our neighbor, but then also not watching a society being taken over by forces
that seek to ultimately do harm. I want to share some scriptures that I believe the Holy Spirit's
pointing me to. I believe this will give some biblical context for this and hopefully some
clarity on this issue for some people watching, no matter where, you know, maybe what part of
the spectrum you fall into when it comes to this issue. This is John 13, 34. I'm going to pull this up
onto the screen. It says, I'm giving you a new commandment, that you love one another,
just as I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this, all people will know that you
are my disciples, if you have love for one another. So this specific commandment here,
I believe Jesus was talking about love between brethren, between one Christian and another,
but over and over again, you know, we see that Christians are called to love their neighbor,
right, to love their neighbor as themselves, you know, and who's your neighbor? Jesus asked that
question, and he's saying anybody who needs help, right? Anybody you come in contact with,
essentially. Romans 11, 28. So we're going to be known by a different way of responding to even
evil that's happening, right? Romans 11, 28. In relation to the gospel, they are enemies on your
account, but in relation to God's choice, they are beloved on account of the fathers. Now,
this is talking about the Jewish people after the resurrection of Jesus Christ and his ascension,
and so it is people that thought that the old covenant still applied when it didn't apply
anymore, now it's the new covenant that God had issued, right? And so he's saying,
in relation to the gospel, these people now are enemies on your account, but in relation to God's
choice, they are beloved on account of the fathers. Well, you can apply this more generally
and say, okay, there can spiritually be enemies, right, in your life, but according to God's
plan for them and God's hope for them and God's love that he has for all people,
they are also someone that we are meant to love, right? So he's saying, in relation to the gospel,
they're enemies on your account. So when it comes to something like, you know, Islam or,
you know, Buddhism and Islam are very different, but when it comes to other religions or even
agnosticism or atheism, different viewpoints on where we came from, right, in a higher power,
every single one of those is an enemy to the gospel, right? But I'm still called to love each
and every person, each and every one, right? Every person, no matter what ideology they ascribe to.
And so you see both things happening at the same time. You see it here in scripture with the Jewish
nation that did not follow Christ, but you also see it no matter where you look. This is Matthew
544. Jesus says, but I say to you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you.
So there's a couple things going on here is, yes, we ought to love those who are our enemies,
right? But also Jesus is saying, you are not going to be void of enemies in your life. He's
not saying you won't have any enemies as a believer. He's saying you will have enemies,
people that literally are your actual enemies. But how you respond to them should be based on
the spirit and based on the word, not based on fear or emotion or the cultural movement,
whatever it may be. So we respond differently to our enemies. We respond with love in the heart
instead of hate in the heart, right? And whatever starts in the heart is going to be what's shown
outwardly. So am I going to fight against a legislation or a law or a movement that is
going to ultimately hurt many people? Absolutely. But am I going to love the person in front of me
at the same time? Absolutely, right? And that's a very hard thing to do because politically,
we want to jump into a camp and everything politically is going so extreme that all the
camps and all the trains, they're all becoming so one-sided, right? And we're losing subtlety.
But the word brings us back to a place of subtlety. And Jesus even walked in a very subtle
way when he was upon the earth. He did things that his disciples, the people on his side,
didn't expect him to do and they thought this was a foolish thing to do. But he was actually
representing a heavenly kingdom, a higher kingdom than the kingdom that he was a part of on earth.
And this is Proverbs 25, 28. The Bible does not say, let everybody trample you and treat you like
a doormat. Let everybody consume your culture and all that. It doesn't say that. It says,
like a city that is broken into and without walls, so was a person who has no self-control
over his spirit. Now, this verse is talking about self-control and it's using illustrative language,
but the point is still made that it's not good to be a city that has broken into walls or is
without walls. It's not good to be in that state. And there are many verses like this in the Old
Testament that you can look at and see over and over that it's using that practical application
to make a spiritual point, but it's saying it's not good to be a city with broken down walls.
You need walls, right? Even Nehemiah was sent back to Jerusalem to help build up the walls around
the city, right? And God sent him to do that work and it was necessary. And so there is that aspect
of this that we need to consider. First Timothy 5, 8, but if anyone does not provide for his own
and especially for those of his household, he has denied the faith in his worse than an
unbeliever. Now, the context of this verse is provision, having food on the table, clothes on
your back, shelter, that kind of situation. But if you look at it more generally, again, anyone that
does not provide for his own, anyone in the sense of if you're not taking care of your own family,
right, then it says you're worse than an unbeliever. And so should we at the expense
and at the stake of putting our own children in danger or something like that, just say, okay,
anything that anybody else out there wants, I'm just going to give to them. No, we shouldn't do
that because that's not using wisdom, that's not being led by the spirit, and it's not following
scripture either, right? It says anyone that does not provide for his own, especially those of his
own household, he's denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever. So that's not wisdom, right?
That's actually foolishness when it comes to scripture. And then look at Romans 12. So this
is the other side again. So this line is, I believe, it's very balanced, but it's also,
it's a fine line and it's hard to walk because it's so easy to fall one way or another,
politically speaking, you know, and like just based on all the different arguments online.
And I believe the Holy Spirit can help us to stay in a place where we're being led by the
Spirit, loving our neighbor, right? Loving those around us who are like us, who are not like us,
wanting the best for all people, and praying for those that don't know Jesus to come to salvation
and doing whatever we can to help make that happen, and to be a vessel of the Lord, but also
at the same time, practically using the wisdom that the Holy Spirit has given us and the scripture
gives us to make the right decision in the right moment. You know, the word says, those who know
what is right and do not do it, to him it is sin. And so if we know deep down, know the right decision
to make in order to protect innocent people would be to make this decision, and we don't do it,
ultimately the Lord is saying that's sin. Now, and obviously the Holy Spirit gets to weigh in on that
and tell us what's right in that situation because the scripture does not talk about every single
little decision we're going to make. So we need to be led by the Spirit. But this is Romans 12, 17,
it says, never repay evil for evil to anyone. So if there's some part in my heart that wants
to get revenge on, you know, people that practice Islam, people that have attacked the United States,
or people in the U.S., or something like that, then I need to repent of that because it says
never repay evil for evil to anyone. So revenge is not an option, but revenge looks very
different than choosing to make wise decisions and protect those that I love. That's a very
different situation. Respect what is right in the sight of all people, if possible, so far as it
depends on you, be at peace with all people. So there is a prerogative, there's a calling
that we have to walk, if possible, at peace with all people. But it's also saying, if possible.
So it's saying there are going to be some times where you cannot be at peace with someone and
conflict is necessary. And so if that's the case, you know, where we're trying to make this
decision, we've got to say, Lord, what is necessary here? Is it possible to be at peace with this
person or with these people or whatever it is? And if not, then show me how do I love them even when
there's not peace between us, right? Never take your own revenge. So again, he's saying you're not
allowed as a Christian to take revenge. And do we do that sometimes? Yes. And should we? No.
But when we do, thank God we can repent, confess our sins, he's faithful to forgive us. And he
already has based on what Jesus did for us on the cross. So we can just say, Lord, I've had hatred
in my heart. I ask that you forgive me. I thank you that you have. I think, Jesus, you paid the price
even for the sins in my heart that nobody else sees, that only I'm aware of. You've paid the
price for those already at the cross. Your blood was shed and I get to be free based on what you've
done. Acts 13 says that those who believe in him are freed from all things that we could not be
free from through the law. But it's his grace that set us free. And that is, man, that's true freedom.
That's what true freedom looks like today. It's lifting the weight of I have to do something,
I have to become something. No, you already are in Christ. It says you're complete in him. That's
Colossians. You're complete in Christ. And so, do you need to still change? Yes, absolutely.
Right? Because that's talking positionally, you're complete. Spiritually, you're complete. But in our
soul, we still have a lot of work to do, right? But that work is done through the help of the Holy
Spirit and actually through the leading of the Holy Spirit. That's why Galatians says, walk by
the Spirit and you'll not satisfy the desires of the flesh. So instead of fighting the flesh all
day, the real key is to seek the Spirit and ask him for help, surrender to the Holy Spirit, and
then allow him to renew our minds with the word of God. And that's why I love the word so much.
It just cuts right to the middle. It says the word is alive and active. It's sharper than a
two-edged sword. It divides between soul and spirit. So when we go, Lord, I don't know if this thing in
my heart is of you or if it's not. Is this revenge or is this love? I don't know.
And the Holy Spirit can divide between the two using the word and show us like, well, no, that was
your soul taking over, but here's what the Spirit of God is saying, you know, and that's what I want
you to follow. And it says, never take your own revenge, beloved, but leave room for the wrath
of God. For it is written, vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord. But if your enemy is hungry, feed
him. If he is thirsty, give him a drink. For in so doing, you will heap burning coals on his head. Do not
be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. So does God want us to, you know, roll over and
play dead and never do anything about the threats in this world? No. I don't believe that's the
scriptural consensus, and I don't believe that's what the Holy Spirit is saying either. But does
he want us to feed our enemies if they're hungry, give them a drink if they're thirsty? Yes. Does he
want us to get revenge? No. And it's a very different place than you find in most camps
in the world today. And that's okay. It's okay to be different when you're walking by the Spirit.
It's okay. You know, and I'm not saying I'm perfect at this. I'm not the shining example of this.
These are things that, when I read this verse, the Holy Spirit starts showing me things in my heart
that need to change. And, you know, when we see what's in our heart, it would crush us
if not for the grace of God. That's what his grace does. That's why Titus 2 says the grace
of God was revealed, and it teaches us to deny ungodliness. It's because we go, okay, Lord,
there's still a lot you've got to change in me, but I know that your grace is sufficient today.
And you've got this unmerited divine favor that you're pouring upon me and in my life. I don't
deserve it, but it's mine based on what Jesus did for me on the cross. And so I just want to say
thank you for that acceptance and that love, that grace, that favor. Now help me to change.
I want to be more like Jesus. You know, and that's such a, it's so different than seeing that,
what needs to change, and then putting a weight upon our shoulders. You know, the Lord wants to
lift the weight off today. And if you've never made that decision before, to trust in what Jesus
did for you, and I'm just appealing to you right now, whoever you may be. Maybe you've been in
for 50 years or more, but if you don't have a relationship with him, you don't have the Holy
Spirit inside of you, revealing the grace of God to you, pouring the love of the Father into your
heart. It's so good and it's available right now, but it's not through anything you could ever do.
You get to receive that as a free gift based on what Jesus did at the cross.
His sacrifice is not just something that needed to happen. It was God taking the punishment for
your sin from my sin upon himself so that we could be forgiven, so we could be set free.
That's the good news today. If you've not received that, I encourage you to just call
upon the name of the Lord. Just tell God you want that. Receive it today by faith.
So I want to point y'all to a podcast. I'm going to probably jump on this and listen for a while,
but my friend Rob Sanchez is actually streaming right now with his brother, and this is called
Two Men and a Bible. So it's going on right now. We started at the same time,
so kind of bad planning, I guess, but I saw that they were going live. I love this podcast,
and he shares prophetic words and all sorts of other stuff on his channel as well,
but this podcast, I think it's called Two Men and a Bible. I'm pretty sure is what it's called.
Well, they call it Bible Talk today, so whatever it is, it's great because it's so spirit-filled.
It's so New Covenant-focused, and they just basically talk through the finished work of
Jesus Christ, and it's so worth listening to. So if y'all have not got a chance to check this out,
it's so good. One of my favorite things that he does on his channel. So I'm going to head over
there now. I encourage y'all to do the same if you've got time, if you're interested.
I love y'all so much. I'll see you next time.
