Jannik Sinner s Greatest Points Against Carlos Alcaraz US Open

He's picked that one off the line. I mean, I think he's going to be getting a... Now look where this ball bounces. It's not very deep. That gives Sinan time on the ball. He can hit open stance, closed stance, indoors, outdoors. One of the reasons this guy ascended up the ranking so quickly was because of the technical ability of somebody like Riccardo Piatti as a coach, but also very importantly, and Alcarez is similar in this department, the ability to practice with so many good... How good is this from both players? Good feel. It's a lot for Alcarez to do here. But on the spin, this is sensational. Check this out. All kinds of whip and dip. It's not easy to do. More than a hint of fortune about the finish though. Sinan. He had to put on the brakes there, didn't he? He's in trouble here. He's compromised. He was early on the swing. He's lucky to find a piece of the court there. No wonder a few people are taking their time to get back in their seats. That's a double-handed slammer. Yes. I love the urgency here, Nick, to get to the drop shot as quick as possible, to take it at the pinnacle of the bounce. This way, Sinan can be in his prior matches either. That is sweet. Try and wrestle the momentum. Right by the Spaniard. That is getting a taste of the own medicine, isn't it? Stop it! That was a Linda Ronstadt. Talk about us. Practicing with top, top quality players. Right now is Sinan. Change up of the serving pace. The angles, the feel. Again, Sinan. Mentally, they're both excellent. Incredible fighters. Some strike. This is quality. This is tennis of the highest quality. Seven games. Wasn't clean either. Read what Darren said there. It wasn't. Oh, no. Impressively. How good was that squash shot that forced this half-volley and then the venom on that volley because you just can't trust that Carlos will be there. This is the first challenge to the Alcaraz serve of the day. Thank you. Considering this a dip or just an amazing play from Sinan. What an athlete. Showing us the full range of his skills. What a time to produce a point of that quality from the Italian. Thank you.
