So today we're gonna be doing some arm workouts. A lot of you guys always say you really like my
arms which is really reassuring because sometimes I feel like my arms are a little bit too manly
and masculine but that's just something girls and women get really paranoid about when they're doing
arm workouts. Really people think that if you do any arm workouts as like a woman that you'll bulk
up and you'll look like a man which is not the case at all. Really it just tones you up because
you can tell I'm about to show you. So this is what my arms look like when I'm flexing. They
look pretty pretty muscular but then when I go normal they're not like that and then if I do
that you can tell that like I do arm workouts but it's okay because when I relax I just have normal
arms and it's fine. So don't get worried. So the areas you're actually going to be working
is definitely your chest area. This the workouts I'm going to be doing really do
help add definition here. They make your breasts a little bit perkier just saying and also your
shoulders get um a little more toned like I don't know if you can see when I did that
that toning is definitely from doing these exercises. Also your back which I never look
at my back so when I'm editing this is going to be the first time I'm going to see what my back
muscles look like. But definitely I don't know if you guys can see that but these workouts do
work your back muscles too. So these workouts will really just help tone your arms make them
look a little bit more slender and just more defined so you don't have you know a lot of
people get worried about that like bingo wing problem having a dangling sort of arm like
at the bottom here. You definitely won't have that anymore if you do these exercises consistently.
Okay so the first exercise we're going to be doing are 10 push-ups. Don't worry if you can't
do the proper push-ups you can just try out these ones which is much easier for beginners
where you put your legs like this so not all of the weight is just going straight to your
arms and you can just do them with your hands slightly outside of your shoulders
and just press down and press up, press down, press up. You'll find that a lot easier so if
you just do 10 of those that would be awesome. For the amount of more advanced people who are
more used to these you can try and bust out some normal push-ups just on your feet like normal.
Have your hands slightly outside of your shoulders and just do 10 push-ups.
Okay next we're going to be doing a 30 second plank. You can either do the easier version
which is just on your arms like this and you hold it with your hands like that and you know just the
regular plank like this. Make sure you keep your body up, don't drop it and it's much tougher
on your arms so doing it down there. This works your whole body though guys. Seriously you will
start to shake and you'll start to feel it. You can do that for 30 seconds. I would do it but this
video would be too long so let's get on with it. Okay so next we're going to be doing chair lifts.
I'm pretty sure there's another name for it but I can't remember what that name is. So basically
you put your arms in the chair like this. If you are a beginner and you don't have very much upper
body strength you can just do it with your legs straight like this in a 90 degree angle and just
drop like that and do 10 of these. That will really work your arms or you can put your legs
straight out like this. You will have a lot more body weight on your arms when you do this and
drop and drop like that. Make sure you have a very steady chair so that you don't like
break it and then you fall and it's really painful because that happened to me once. And make sure
it's like steady and it doesn't like slide back or anything because that can be pretty dangerous.
Make sure you have a nice sturdy chair to do that on and basically you just do 10 of those.
I'm out of breath because I'm trying to talk and do things at the same time. Okay next up we have
butterflies. Basically you're gonna be flapping your wings like you are a butterfly because you
are okay. You're that caterpillar that's gone into its cocoon and you're gonna come out like a
butterfly because you're gonna be so strong and stuff. I don't know it's called shut up. Okay
basically a butterfly you stand like this and with your feet together slightly leaning forward
like this. Like not so your back is arched but just so your back is straight and you're leaning
a little bit forward. You are going to need to move back scholar so people can see what you're
doing and basically you have your hands together like this. Just get some weights anything heavy
that sort of adds a little bit extra to this exercise. You can fill up some bottles of water
and just hold those. Anything that's slightly heavy. I can't remember how much these weigh
but they're just some hand weights I got a while ago. You don't need to get any weight so you can
just use anything around the house that's slightly heavy and equal. Okay so you're gonna have to do
10 of these and literally you just go out like this like a butterfly. One, two, if you're not
feeling this and it's not doing anything for you I really suggest that you get some heavier weights
because you should be feeling this and just doing this really does work your arms and
into your back. If you're doing it high enough so you can squeeze your back that's really really
good. So yeah just doing those 10 of those will really really work you out. Okay so that's just
the exercises I do to tone up my arms. I have a lot more that I could show you guys. If you want to
see more exercises just comment below or if you want to see a different body part you want to get
toned up just comment below and I will do it as soon as I possibly can. So I will put the whole
workout down below so you guys can go check it out whenever you want and yeah if you don't feel
the pain the first time repeat it until you feel the pain because you know that's what it's all
about feeling the pain ripping your muscles making sure you get them defined. Awesome thank you guys
for watching if you liked this don't forget to like the video and yeah thank you for watching guys bye
