On Saturday 16 May 2020, Enzo Kok, together with Floor Bosman, Myrthe Robijns, Sophie Kok, Emma Kok, Martin Hurkens, Jack Vinders and Rob Mennen, is organising a virtual charity concert from the empty and closed Theater Kerkrade. During the concert, Miriam Vleugels will be doing a live painting.
When all the lessons have been taught,
I am alone in my thoughts.
And I know, with the applause, once again my time.
When the future has gone, the hall is dark.
Oh, I know how you got there.
When it comes, you will be there.
When the curtain closes forever, the final act will play out for you.
How come you, the shadow in the light, with that smile on your face.
And your hand catches me, takes me along.
When all the stories have been told, when the final song has sounded.
And the ice beneath my feet melts slowly, then I dissolve myself completely.
When the curtain closes forever, the final act will play out before you.
The shadow in the light, with that smile on your face.
And your hand catches me, takes me along.
Goodbye, thank you, my friend, greatest love.
Thank you lastly, without you I wouldn't have stood here.
