One of my big goals in 2025 was to finish my products up fully before continuously adding
new products to my routine and that was mainly true of like skincare and hair care. Makeup's a
little bit more difficult because I do review a lot of makeup on my channel but I also review
skincare and hair care as well. So I found myself using a product for a couple of weeks and then
opening something new and trying that out and before I knew it I had a bunch of beauty products
that were open and maybe like a quarter or halfway used. So I told myself like I have to
use up these products before continuously opening new ones and I used up a ton of beauty products
in 2025. I saved all of them because I was going to do like an end of the year empties video and
show you everything that I finished up and do reviews. It's already April and I realized I
never filmed that video. So today I'm sharing my reviews my thoughts on 50 different products that
I actually have more than this sitting in like another basket in my room because I've also
finished up some products since the beginning of 2026 but I figured if I included any more we would
be here for like hours. So I might come back in a month or two and do like a part two but let's get
into it. I'll share my thoughts on these products. I'll let you know which products I will repurchase
for sure. I mean I've already repurchased a lot of these because they are my go-to staples. They're
in my daily weekly beauty routine. Which products I liked but I'm not repurchasing right now. I'm
might consider at a later time and which products I will not repurchase. I've replaced or they're
just not worth the money to me. There's a lot to talk about so feel free to skip ahead. I'll put
chapters in the description box and let's get into it. I'll just pull products out randomly.
I actually think I used up a few of the day cactus fruit styling creams in 2025. I just don't have
them all with me. This really is my favorite product when I'm doing like a slicked back bun
which I did do a lot in 2025. I have to cut back a little bit this year because I am noticing
like some breakage up near my roots and that is definitely due to like slicking my hair back.
Some days most days I just want like all of my hair out of my face and this product is great
because it allows you to you know gather all of your hair slick it back it locks it into place
but it's also very conditioning. So I always found that after I use this like the next day when I
would wash my hair my hair felt so soft so smooth. So I actually think my hair is in better condition
now than it was a year ago partly because of this partly because of a few other products but also
the fact that I wasn't using as much heat on it because I was just wearing it in a bun a lot of
the year. So this is my favorite product for that but if you have any alternatives please let me
know. I also love the way this smells. It has the perfect like citrus sweet scent and the scent
actually lingers in your hair which is amazing. So it's one of the best smelling hair products I
personally have ever tried and I just find that it's effective. It holds my hair but it doesn't
leave it like crunchy or it doesn't leave it looking greasy or oily. It really does work. I
did use up a couple of the Cactus Fruit 3-in-1 Styling Creams as well. I mean I you can actually
refill these if you get like a little syringe you can refill it from this and this is a much better
value but they came out with a limited edition one that I love. That one's like more of a peach scent
whereas this one is the original and then I actually just bought the vanilla scent. So
they get me with their limited edition scents but I just think these products smell so good
and I like to have these in a couple of places because I will reach for them randomly throughout
the day. I keep one in my purse, one in my upstairs bathroom, one in my downstairs bathroom
because if my hair is looking like a little messy or I have some flyaways or frizziness I can just
quickly slick my hair back into place with this product. Even though you know this product is a
little bit more expensive because it's something I use so frequently. I love the way it smells,
the way it feels, the way it actually styles my hair. I think it is something I will continue to
splurge on so this has been like an automatic repurchase for me every single time I run out
of it. Thankfully it does last a while though. A high-end hair product that I do not plan on
repurchasing is this one from Olaplex. It is their number four clean volume detox dry shampoo.
Now it's been a while since I've used this up fully. I might have used it up in like the beginning
of 2025 because to be honest there's not really anything memorable that stands out about it.
Which automatically tells me like it is something that I do not need to repurchase.
I'm not typically like a big high-end dry shampoo fan these days. There are just so many good drug
store alternatives other than like the Briogeo powder because I do love that one. I just I'm
not typically looking to buy a lot of dry shampoos. I'm not using a lot of dry shampoo these days
because like I said I've been doing like a lot of buns, a lot of slicked back hairstyles on like
third day hair. So because of that I find that I'm just not using dry shampoo as often which
I actually prefer because I don't ever really love the way dry shampoo feels in my hair.
Again not a bad product but just definitely not an amazing product. Like it didn't stand out to
me as being better than you know any other drug store or even high-end dry shampoo that I've
tried. And for $30 like it has to be a memorable product. It has to stand out be exceptional in
one way or another. I did buy this product. This is a higher end product. It's the Verve Volume
Dry Texture Spray. This was a really good texture spray. Honestly I do think it was worth the money.
If you're someone who likes a little bit of like grittiness when it comes to your texture spray
you might like this product. I would say it's a little more heavy duty than my go-to texture
spray which is less intense. I like a texture spray when I curl my hair because sometimes it
has a tendency to fall flat but I also like it when I'm doing a bun because I'll put my hair in
a ponytail. Spray texture spray like all throughout the ponytail before wrapping it and it just makes
my bun look really thick and full and voluminous. So I do use texture spray a good amount of the
time and I would say this one from Verve has like a little bit of hold to it so it's almost like a
hairspray slash texture spray so it does a really good job. But my favorite texturizing spray is
this one from the brand Heritage by Mindy McKnight. This one is like eight dollars. It's
significantly less expensive. It smells so good. I probably would have already repurchased this but I
do have two other texture sprays I'm currently working on using up fully before I buy another
one because again in 2026 I'm just not looking to buy a ton of products if I already have open
options that I'm working on using. But you know how some texture sprays leave your hair feeling
sticky, almost tangly, kind of gritty? This one doesn't really do that so you might not like this
if you're looking for a lot of grit, if you're looking for a lot of hold. I like this because
it is a little bit more gentle so it doesn't feel like I'm spraying hairspray in my hair when I want
a little bit of texture. I have a couple of sunscreens in here so I do have a couple of
these from Heimish. This is the Artless Glow Base. This has been one of my favorites for years. It is
such a beautiful lightweight formula. I'm trying to think like the first time I tried this,
I don't know. I think it was like the very first time I ever placed an order on YesStyle which
was years and years ago and I had no clue what to try. I was just picking out like random products
that looked good, that sounded good and ever since then this has been one of my go-tos. It is so
lightweight, so beautiful. It gives your skin the most gorgeous glow. I'm not someone who like
typically gets complimented on my skin but I swear when I have no makeup on and I'm using this
sunscreen and I'm like out in public, people will say like your skin looks really beautiful. What
are you using or like what's your skincare routine and again that is not something I ever get asked.
So it is absolutely due to this product. I just think it looks so gorgeous. It's so lightweight,
really comfortable, doesn't sting my eyes, doesn't irritate my skin and it also wears really nicely
under makeup. It is a Korean sunscreen and honestly like Korean sunscreens are my absolute
favorite. So I would love to know if you have a recommendation for me. Not that I'm not completely
satisfied with what I own but I feel like there have to be other amazing formulas out there that
I'm missing out on. So this is a forever repurchase. Another one of my favorite Korean formulas is the
d'Alba, the d'Alba UV Essence Waterful Plus. This is an equally gorgeous formula. This one
more so gives your skin like a super hydrated glow rather than like a shiny glow. The Heimish
one is very very glowy to the point where I feel like some people might not like it because
it almost borders on metallic but I don't know there's something about it like they did it in
such a beautiful way that it's actually flattering. This one doesn't have that kind of shine. It more
so looks like you just have really good skincare on like your skin is very very well hydrated.
On top of that again it's very thin very comfortable so you can easily layer this
product up to make sure that you get adequate sun protection and I have no issues with irritation.
Again layers so beautifully under makeup so I can't say enough good things about this one
either. They're both great it just kind of depends on like the type of finish that you want.
Another one of my k-beauty favorites is the Beauty of Joseon Dynasty Cream. This is such
a gorgeous formula. If you're someone who likes a very thin moisturizer like something that does
not feel too thick or too heavy too greasy too oily but you still want that dewy glowy look
this is perfect. It typically comes in different packaging but Costco actually had a deal where
you could get two of them for a really great price. I used both of them up fully like my
bottle looks kind of you know bent because I was squeezing out every little last drop but this is
a beautiful formula especially if you have sensitive skin because it is so gentle very
very soothing and my skin looks amazing when I use this product so definitely one of my absolute
favorites. I don't currently have this on hand because I have a ton of moisturizer to work
through so I'm kind of using up what I have before going back to repurchasing some of my favorites
but I could absolutely see myself repurchasing this in the future. That being said there is
one moisturizer that I always have on hand like even if I'm working my way through products I
already have open or I'm trying out something new I always like to make sure I have the Bioma
Moisturizing Rich Cream. This is like my staple moisturizer it's the one that I know I can rely
on if my skin freaks out if it's sensitive dry irritated I will pretty much quit using like
whatever I'm using in my skincare routine and always go back to like just a good cleanser and
this moisturizer and it typically calms it back down. It is the perfect texture it's very very
smooth it almost has like a natural finish to it so your skin doesn't look glowy or dewy or
super hydrated but it feels that way like I can tell that my skin is very moisturized it also
looks very smooth very even very very calm and there's just something about the texture of this
that my skin always likes. I actually have another one of these in my bathroom right now because I
just recently repurchased this. I will always have this on hand I just don't have anything
quite like it so many moisturizers you know leave your skin feeling super dewy looking super glowy
and I like that but sometimes when my skin is more oily or it's just irritated or I'm just not
in the mood for that it's kind of nice to have something that gives you more of like a natural
not matte but almost like satin leading matte finish and if that's what you're looking for I
think you'll love this. Here's the thing about makeup empties I do make an effort to use up
makeup but typically the makeup products I use up are things that I love that would be like an
automatic repurchase for me because there's like no way that I couldn't use them up they're
incorporated into my daily routine in a way that I'm going to finish them up if it's not you know
like a powder blush those are a little bit more difficult. If I'm testing something or using
something and I'm not loving it typically I declutter it and pass it along to my mom my
sisters my cousins a friend someone who will actually be able to enjoy it. Sometimes if I
don't love a product I'll still you know put it in my rotation and use it but at the same time
like there are so many products I love so so much that if it's not something I'm like thrilled about
usually I'll pass it along. So most of the beauty most of the makeup products in today's video are
going to be things that you'll see me say like I would absolutely repurchase those. Anyway I did
use up two of the Natasha Denona high glam concealer I love this formula so much I typically
use this as like an all-over product rather than just a concealer but I will use it as a concealer
as well. These are both in the shade N4 I'm currently using N2 that's been a little bit of
better shade match for me but N4 is like my perfect shade match the majority of the year
and this is the most beautiful formula like even though Natasha Denona came out with her
foundation version of this I still like the concealer as foundation it's just the perfect
coverage it stays in place well it looks so good on the skin a little bit goes a long way like it
blends out in two seconds so I still end up you know buying this and using it in place of foundation
even though an actual foundation in the line exists and I like that too but I don't think
I'll ever stop buying this this is a concealer that I used up fully that I actually don't plan
on repurchasing but I did really like it I had this for a long time so I was like I need to use
that up and get rid of it it is the KVD beauty what's the official name I think it's called the
good apple concealer this was the perfect formula for concealing any dark spots breakouts before I
would go in with foundation it is super lightweight so if you're someone who actually
likes to do a little bit of concealing before you go in with your base product on top I think
you'll like this because it has a very light serum texture but amazing coverage and then it dries
down and it stays in place super well and then when you go over it with foundation it doesn't
look heavy or cakey so it's really great for that purpose I just don't typically do that like
these days I don't really do a lot of spot concealing either before or after foundation
because I'm not dealing with as many dark spots and honestly I'm just a little bit too lazy to
do that that's like an entire extra step in my routine but for a long time I was dealing with
a lot of you know scarring and I felt like this product made a really big difference in my routine
so a great option especially if you have more oily acne prone skin just not something that I
need right now I also used up the tower 28 concealer this takes me forever to finish
even though it's a really thin concealer a little bit goes a long way like it spreads
far a tiny bit of this can cover like your entire under eye it is super comfortable ultra
hydrating it gives your skin a very dewy glowy look it's not something that I'll reach for during
the summer as much it's more so like a winter time concealer for me so I do have this on hand
because I've been using it semi-frequently there are like three concealers I use the majority of
the time Natasha Denona tower 28 and then also Catrice which I'll get to in a second so I feel
like I always have them either like on rotation or I'm like very soon to repurchasing them just
because I like all three of them equally and for slightly different reasons I will say the Catrice
true skin concealer is very very similar to tower 28 I think Catrice has slightly more coverage but
they feel very similar on the skin they blend out in a really similar way too so if you're looking
for a less expensive alternative I would recommend Catrice they're both great which is why I do
typically have both of them on hand but Catrice is so close that I feel like you could get away
with buying this one over tower 28 thankfully they did not discontinue that concealer yet because
they did discontinue my favorite foundation ever from the same line and I did use up my last two
bottles of neutral sam this is the Catrice true skin foundation I actually did find two bottles
of the shade I forget what it is off the top of my head I have it on today I used this foundation
for the first time in forever because I didn't even know that I had like those two extra bottles
and I don't know I mean it still looks good on the skin but because I've been using so many other
products in place of it I maybe haven't missed it as much as I thought I did also I'm testing
out a new primer and I don't think they like interacted that well which could be part of it but
anyway I did use up the last two bottles of the shade neutral stand I have two more in a shade
that doesn't really match me I just kind of mix in a bronzing drop and it's fine but after that
it is gone I contacted them on like Instagram through email I was like please tell me I can
buy this somewhere and they were like no it's gone so that's okay I I was really sad about it
for a second and then I was like I have a drawer full of foundation so it's been kind of fun like
working my way through them seeing which foundations I just haven't used in a while
because I was always using this one so sadly I cannot repurchase it my favorite setting spray
is the one size until dawn I can't imagine that I will ever find anything I like as much as this
when I want to lock my makeup into place all day long if I want more of like a dewy setting spray
if I want something that kind of melts my makeup there are other formulas that I'll reach for
but nothing locks my makeup into place like this one it is truly the best and I just I don't think
I'll ever find anything that tops it so loving this I will always repurchase it I did finish
the Glossier boy brow there was a time where I was repurchasing this pretty consistently
but the last time I finished it up I was like it took me a little while to finish it up like it
wasn't my favorite product I wanted to just reach for my NYX thick and stick it brow gel instead
like on the days where I would use the Glossier one I was like I wish I just used the NYX one so
at that point I was like let's finish it be done with it I don't plan on repurchasing it it's not
a bad product it just doesn't hold my brows into place as well as I would like it has like a um
I was going to say waxy but that's not right it has like a soft almost like fluffy effect so it
gives your brows like more of a natural finish and it has some pigment to it so it does fill them in
in that way but I feel like I need something that actually holds my brows into place as well
and that's the NYX thick and stick it again I've gone through a million of these I don't think I'll
find anything that compares love this I actually need to repurchase it because Ulta is currently
having at the time that I'm filming this their um it's their spring haul event but they're calling
it something different and NYX is buy one get one 50% off so I need to repurchase my go-to brow gel
whenever they have a sale I repurchase that the lift and snatch brow tint pen and then also the
micro brow pencil the lift and snatch brow tint pen again my favorite brow pen from any brand it
just it works so well and honestly it lasts forever there have been a few other brow pens that I like
because they maybe have like a thinner tapered tip they go on in a little bit more of a natural
way but they run out so fast and I can't even justify spending like drugstore prices on something
that will run out after like four uses that's just not necessary when there are brands that make
something that lasts so much longer so I will always repurchase this product too I did use up
some different shampoos and conditioners over the last year year and a half it actually took me
forever to get through this bottle of the dove intense repair damage therapy shampoo and conditioner
I think I bought this during the holiday season at the end of 2024 so I used this for a good portion
of 2025 along with something else that I was trying to use up and then when I finished it up
I actually repurchased like the regular sized bottles and honestly this is my favorite shampoo
and conditioner I haven't used it for probably like the last two or three months because I was
using something else and I'm going back to this my hair just feels the best when I use this I feel
like my hair is in the best shape that it's been in for a couple of years you know part of it is
because I'm not using as much heat on it I am wearing it in a bun a lot more just because I
can't stand the feel of hair in my face these days I recently cut it and I just want to cut it even
shorter to be honest with you I just don't want to cut it so short that I can't wear it up because
most of the time I just want it up out of my face but anyway I also think it's due to this shampoo
and conditioner it really has made such a difference for me it leaves my hair feeling very very smooth
and this has a couple ingredients that well let me just read it I don't want to get it wrong it
says that it has a glutamic amino serum which works at a molecular level to strengthen the
hair structure and it stops 98 percent of visible damage compared to other like shampoos and
conditioners now I know some of that is marketing but I'm also not a cosmetic chemist I'm not a
hair care expert so you know I do think there's something in this formula whether it is that or
something else that has made a difference for me and I always used to show you like my breakage at
the back of my hair and I don't even know if it's there at this point I mean it's grown out so much
and obviously like part of that is due to time but I swear this has helped because before this
I was using I was using the wait why are these both conditioners okay I think I must have two
shampoos somewhere I was using Olaplex if you watch any of my empties videos from like 2024
I used up so many Olaplex shampoos and conditioners and I was constantly repurchasing them
even though they're expensive like what's the difference I looked it up if you buy the Olaplex
shampoo and conditioner duo on Sephora's website it's $64 versus the Dove intense repair shampoo
and conditioner which is $884 so you could buy almost eight yeah eight of the Dove shampoos and
conditioners for the same price as the Olaplex shampoo and conditioner now don't get me wrong
I like the Olaplex formula I do and I do think this made a difference for me and I was using a
lot more heat on my hair back then but I just feel like the Dove shampoo and conditioner has made a
bigger difference for me than Olaplex it really has so I don't plan on repurchasing Olaplex I'm
going to stick with Dove I feel like it's done such a good job for the last few months I have
been using the Amika norm core signature shampoo and conditioner I love the Amika soul food
nourishing hair mask and I thought these were part of the same line because the packaging looks
kind of similar but I don't know if they have like the same name and they don't have like the
same exact type of claim so I'm not sure these were good but they weren't again anything special
like they didn't necessarily leave my hair feeling super soft super hydrated I didn't notice a big
difference in the way it looked after I used them and I wouldn't say they're bad by any means but
again if I'm going to spend the money on like high-end shampoo and conditioner it needs to make
enough of a difference for me to justify the price and again I feel like the Dove formula just works
so well for me that I will be going back to that after these which I did just use these up so I
actually need to go to the store and repurchase that because I don't think I have any shampoo
and conditioner in my bathroom at all another thing that has made a big difference for me with
the health of my hair is using a heat protectant every single day without fail every single time
I use heat on my hair I don't think I was doing that for a long long time even though I thought I
was I think I was using maybe like leave-in products that weren't necessarily protecting
my hair from heat and then when I started using a heat protectant every single day I noticed a lot
less heat damage so my favorite is the TRESemmé heat protectant I remember using this like 10-15
years ago and then when I went cruelty free I don't think TRESemmé was considered cruelty free
and then they ended up being considered cruelty free again a few years ago so
I tried this out again love it it was my go-to and then when I did like an online pickup order
they were out of it so the person replaced it with the TRESemmé keratin smooth heat protectant
spray and these don't feel a lot different in the hair but there are some differences so
the original one is like their classic heat protectant that works on you know protecting
your hair from heat if you're blow drying heat styling this one does that but it also has
keratin and marula oil so it's supposed to cut down on frizziness and give you more of like a
shiny smooth look so if you have very frizzy hair like me this one might be a little bit more ideal
I do think it makes a difference in that area so this has been the one that I typically go back
and repurchase when I run out I will say if you have very very fine thin hair easily weighed down
hair this can maybe make your hair look a little bit greasy not really like I do typically kind of
spray my roots too because I'm using heat in that area as well and for me it's not noticeable enough
that I would either rewash my hair or go back to using the original one but I would say if you are
prone to that from like any styling products you might want to stick with the original one but
again super affordable I think it's like right around eight dollars and you don't have to worry
about you know being liberal with it because again it's affordable there are expensive heat
protectants out there and I think that was part of my other issue like when I had a high-end heat
protectant I wouldn't want to like use a ton of it and use it up super quickly because it was
expensive whereas with an eight dollar one and I mean this comes with a lot you get eight ounces
in here you can spray it all over your entire head and still have so much left so I love this
it's my go-to another one of my go-to products that I will forever repurchase is the Garnier
micellar water the waterproof one I have gone through so many bottles of this this is not even
all of them I just don't save all of them at this point I really just haven't found another micellar
water or like another makeup remover that does as good of a job as this one I've tried so many
other formulas and I always go back to this one because not only does it remove all of my face
makeup it removes lip stains waterproof eye makeup and it doesn't even leave like a trace
of makeup behind I will say I tried this one my husband actually grabbed this for me when I asked
him to pick one up because they didn't have this one on hand and it doesn't work as well as the
waterproof one but on top of that it has salicylic acid in it so while that might be good for you
depending on what your skin is like I was really nervous to use this around my eyes I think it
says you can yeah it says suitable for face lips and eyes but I was just so nervous that it was
going to irritate my eyes so I really only used it like in that eye area maybe once but on top of
that it just doesn't remove makeup in the same way as the waterproof one so for me the waterproof
formula will always be my go-to and the Garnier micellar water as a whole is my favorite I tried
this product from a Beekman 1802 and it's kind of supposed to be like a micellar water and a
cleanser all wrapped into one so they actually say that it removes like dirt oil and makeup in
one step and I will say that it just it doesn't do that this is called the micellar milk froth
I don't mind this as an actual cleanser but I would definitely recommend going in and removing
your makeup you know step one and then using this as step two it's a nice gel cleanser it
didn't irritate my skin I felt like it did cleanse my skin if I removed all of my makeup first but
it definitely was not a great option if I had makeup on and I just tried to use this because
after washing it off there would still be makeup on my face and I'd have to go in and wash it a
second time with this product so I liked it enough to use it up fully I don't feel like I'm going to
repurchase this right now because there are other cleansers that I like a little bit better so you
know again not a bad product just not a standout favorite for me I actually just used up the prequel
cleanser I don't have that in my basket of empties that is in my bathroom upstairs because I was
filming an Instagram story about it that took me like six months to use up no even longer than that
like seven or eight months to use up you get so much product in that cleanser and I absolutely
love it so that's what I've really been using for like all of 2026 so far and then the end of 2025
but before that I was using the Fenty total cleanser this is my favorite high-end cleanser
normally if I'm going to buy like a high-end skincare product it's not going to be cleanser
because cleanser only stays on your face for like a minute or two and then you rinse it off so I'd
rather spend my money on like a high-end serum or moisturizer overnight product like something like
that if I'm going to buy high-end but I love this product I've repurchased it so many times there's
just something about the texture that is so good it's creamy it's smooth it's comfortable it leaves
my skin feeling very moisturized very soft and it's also like kind of soothing it also smells
good it has like a cherry scent I think they say cherry coconut so it does smell good which if you
are sensitive to fragrance or you don't prefer for that to be in your skincare I feel like I
would avoid the Fenty line as a whole because they do include some fragrance in their skincare this
is something that I will go back to at some point but I need to go through I think I have like one
more open cleanser before I end up repurchasing any of my go-to staples another one of my go-to
staples that I will typically use in the summer time is the inkey list salicylic acid cleanser
this is great if you have oily skin if you deal with a lot of blackheads a lot of breakouts my
skin has not been too breakout prone recently so I don't feel like I really need this but there are
time periods where I go through my skin just you know kind of breaking out a little bit more
frequently and I always go back to this product I do feel like it helps it's a nice gel cleanser
it's pretty thick and it works into a really good lather so this is a great option too even though
it's sold at Sephora it's definitely more affordable a few more cleansers this one is from
verse it is the soft launch gentle hydrating cleanser to be honest there's actually still
like a little bit left in here I this is one product that I actually force myself to use
and typically I don't do that if it's not something I love then I usually will end up giving
it to someone but if it's something that I can use that doesn't like irritate my skin that's not a
terrible product sometimes I will make myself use it up but I I don't think this was a bad cleanser
it just I don't like the texture of it and there are so many other cleansers I've tried that I
loved and other ones that were open I was finally like okay just I used up the majority of it we're
gonna call it quits on this one it almost feels like a lotion like when you rub it between your
hands it doesn't really lather it feels soft and moisturizing but like I don't feel like it
cleanses my skin really well so I would just have this in the shower and use it in the morning when
I was like quickly washing my face and it was fine but I never loved it and again I just didn't
even use it up fully because I was like why am I wasting my time on this when I have like five
other cleansers that are open that I could also be using so I used up the majority of it there's
like a tiny bit left but finally I was like I just I don't like it I don't like it so I definitely
don't plan on repurchasing this I did finish up the rodeo vitamin c brightening cleanser I think
I used this last summer I like a good vitamin c cleanser because I'm not I don't typically use
vitamin c in my skincare routine regularly my skin just doesn't love it so you know I I almost
like trick myself into thinking by using a vitamin c cleanser I'm getting similar benefits it's not
the same because cleanser is on the skin again for like two minutes but I also just like the citrus
scent that's typically associated with vitamin c cleansers in the morning it just kind of wakes
me up the texture of this product is actually really nice it's a good gel texture and I felt
like it did a good job of cleansing my skin without stripping it or drying it out but ever since
discovering the prequel cleanser back in the fall I don't know that I can justify such an expensive
cleanser with the prequel cleanser you get I want to say it's like I don't know 16 ounces for maybe
like 20 and most cleansers do not come with that much I think the prequel one is technically like
a face and body cleanser I just used it on my face so a bottle of that lasted me again I want
to say like eight months and it is more of like a drugstore price cleanser and I love it it's so
good so every time I see like a more expensive one I'm like I really can't justify that when
the prequel one is so good I did finish up the about face curtain call powder this one is the
set and smooth loose powder in the shade bow and I love this I actually ended up like pulling the
net off so I could get like every little last bit out it's a beautiful powder I currently have
one open and I'm probably getting close to using that one up because it is a powder that I tend to
use a lot during like the fall in the winter and then the spring and then when summer rolls around
I'll go for something a little bit more mattifying but this is a beautiful powder one of my all-time
favorites if you like a lighter weight powder that doesn't you know look extremely matte on the skin
that maybe doesn't lock your makeup into place super intensely but does set your makeup lightly
the about face one is great I did finish up two of the huda beauty powders and this was like my
ultimate staple for such a long time and I do I would say I still like the formula I have cupcake
and then also pound cake I tried both shades I think I like pound cake a little bit better
but at this point there are a lot of drugstore alternatives that I feel like are very close
and maybe even a little bit better the huda beauty powder is very smoothing very mattifying
but it can sometimes look and feel a little heavy on the skin and I tried the Catrice I forget the
exact name I'll link it in the description box if you're interested Catrice came out with one that
does smooth the skin and also mattifies the skin but it is so lightweight and I feel like that one's
a really good alternative and then NYX did the wonder snatch powder which I feel like is such a
alternative to huda beauty so I don't plan on repurchasing that one right now two more of the
Catrice true skin concealers I used up a lot of those this year that was kind of one of my go-tos
and then I have a couple of the tower 28 make waves mascara which is like my number one favorite
mascara of all time I actually hadn't used this for a long time I remember I pulled it back out
for like a video I was doing with some of my all-time favorites and I just like fell back in
love with it I'm actually wearing it today that really is one of my favorite formulas of all time
so I think I will always end up repurchasing this even if there is a time period where I don't have
it on hand I also really love the essence lash without limits mascara I have the black one and
the brown one this I think either this one or like their tubing version of this is my favorite essence
mascara I used to say the essence lash princess mascaras but ever since they came out with this
one I think I like this one a little bit better it's just like an all-around good mascara you get
length volume drama but it doesn't necessarily look super clumpy I feel like it lasts on the
eyes really well or lasts on the lashes really well and it also like I wouldn't say the lash
princess mascara transfers or flakes on me I know that is the case for a lot of people but I think
this one probably stays in place a little better and it's not as heavy so I feel like my lashes
are not as prone to or my curl the curl of what am I trying to say if I curl my lashes they're
not as prone to falling when I use this one so again I definitely plan on repurchasing that at
some point I just always have like a million open mascaras on hand so I don't need it right now I
think I used this one up a long time ago the covergirl lash blast super cloud mascara I
I don't know what it is about covergirl mascaras there are a million of them and most of the time
when I try them I'm like they're good but I never end up repurchasing them like they're good they
do a good job I don't hate them enough to like give them a terrible review or declutter them
immediately but they're never good enough that I want to buy them again I will say the newest
covergirl mascara the tubing one is actually like my favorite launch from them in a really long time
so this might not be true of that one but I remember this one looking a little bit more
natural on the eyes like it gave a tiny bit of volume a little bit of length but it was definitely
more of a natural looking mascara which isn't a bad thing but if I'm going to go for if I'm going
to go for more of like a natural look I'd rather go for a tubing mascara because those sometimes
provide a very similar look they remove easily at the end of the night and not that this one was
hard to get off it's just it doesn't come off as easily as like a tubing mascara and covergirl
mascaras can sometimes be a little bit more expensive than other drugs for alternatives
like essence so definitely not a terrible product again just not memorable and like these days I
just feel like that is enough for me to be like not worth the money if it doesn't stand out among
all of the other products out there this is something that I repurchase but not super often
it's the Milani highly rated oh I rubbed the label completely rubbed off what is this called it's
their tubing mascara I'm pretty good about making sure that I don't keep my mascara open for too
long but this is one that I do typically have on hand for longer than I should because when you
initially open it up it is so wet like it is the wettest mascara ever it takes forever to dry out
and like most mascaras I feel like it gets better over time so that initial like period where it's
too wet actually lasts a lot longer than other mascara formulas so by the time it's dried out
enough I feel like I've already had it for probably too long but I don't typically use this on its own
I'll usually use it as like a last step so if I do my mascara and I'm like oh I want more drama
like with the covergirl one I'll just take this and apply it to like the very ends of my lashes
and I feel like it adds the perfect length and then it locks that mascara in extremely well
because it's a tubing mascara I feel like it just kind of like seals the ends in the perfect way
and I don't have to deal with any like flaking smudging transferring if that is something I deal
with which isn't typically an issue for me because my lashes are kind of shorter anyway but I love
this I don't usually use it on its own because again it's just such a wet formula but I do love
it as like a second coat just for like the ends of my lashes to add some length I did finish up
the nyx plump right back primer it took me forever to use this up I remember making a conscious
effort to use it because I liked it and I knew I was getting close to the end and then I repurchased
it I almost wish I didn't repurchase it and it's not that I don't like it like I have it in my
collection I just have so many primers so I think when it comes to makeup I almost have to tell my
self like just because I use something up fully and I like it doesn't mean I need to repurchase
it because there are other products in my collection I also like they just aren't getting
the opportunity to be used as much obviously I have holy girl favorites like everyone else but
I'm also testing more products than maybe I would if I I mean I'm definitely testing more products
than I would if I didn't film youtube videos so because of that I feel like just because again I
like something doesn't mean I have to run out and repurchase it if it's not like my ultimate
favorite so that's something I'm keeping in mind for 2026 I did use up well this is like okay so
these are the rare beauty highlighters if you've tried these you know that they are extremely
fragile and I don't think I've ever had one that hasn't broken no that's not true I currently have
two that are not broken they're so fragile like in my mind I know I shouldn't be repurchasing a
product that consistently breaks over and over especially a high-end product like that should
enough for me to be like I'm never buying this again but the rare beauty formula is so beautiful
there's nothing quite like it in my mind so even when I break it I like save all of the pieces I
can use them up and then repurchase it so I did finish enlighten and also exhilarate and usually
when they break I feel like I lose some of it because if it falls on the floor I usually use
a lot of it if it falls on a table like I swear you can set it down this gently and it will break
but for me it doesn't like just break in the pan somehow like half of it falls out but I swear like
I save as much as possible and I still use that thing until there's literally nothing left and
I'm just like scraping the pan because it is the best highlighter ever and then eventually I
repurchase it so I actually bought both of those shades again I know there are alternatives I've
tried the beauty creations one I've tried the elf one and they're both good but they're just not
as good as rare beauty I don't they put something in that formula they did something to it
to me it's just like a standout favorite okay I think this is the last makeup product I have
two of these this is the revolution beauty ultra cream bronzer so I've never like actually used up
every little last bit of this because it's a cream product so typically when I get to like
a certain point it starts to dry out it starts to get kind of gross because I'm using it every
single day so usually when it gets to this point I will replace it and then I almost like forget
how creamy it is because it has dried out by that point but this is something that I essentially use
up and then repurchase consistently over and over because in my mind it's just like the best cream
bronzer although I will say I recently tried this one from morphe it's the cheek thrills bronze and
tone duo and I love the cream bronzer in here this comes with a cream and a powder so it's kind of
nice because it is like a two-in-one and the cream in here looks so good on the skin it's not as dewy
as the makeup revolution one so if you want a little bit more of a natural finish you might
actually prefer morphe now morphe is more expensive than revolution beauty I think the revolution
beauty one is like eight dollars and morphe I think is maybe like 19 but again it's a duo so
you get two different products in there and the finish is a little bit different I will still
repurchase my revolution beauty one because I love that one so much but it's nice to have another
formula another product that I love I do also like what is it the milani cheek kiss cream bronzer
too that one just pulls like a little bit orange on me but that formula is really great I'm running
out of time I have to go pick my kids up in a minute so let's just speed oh you know what I
only have three products left perfect the ulla hendrickson strength trainer peptide boost moisturizer
I tried this for the first time I think it was like last fall fell in love with this and I have
recommended this to so many people like both on youtube like in the comments of my videos when it
comes up but also in real life because I just think it is such a good moisturizer so many
moisturizers claim to give your skin like that bouncy smooth look and so many claim to like
you know fill in wrinkles blur fine lines like and they have all these claims that I don't feel
like they can really do but this one makes a big difference if my skin is like tired dull dry
it looks like a little extra wrinkly I guess and I use this product it's almost like it plumps my
skin up and obviously it's not going to erase wrinkles permanently but I love using it on days
where I feel like my skin needs that boost because it really does transform the skin in such a
beautiful way so it's great on its own but also great under makeup as like a prep step because
it does create more of a smooth base it's also like very very heavy duty so I feel like a little
bit goes a long way it took me a long time to get through this jar I do feel like it's a lot more
intense than a lot of like the daily moisturizers I typically love to use during the spring and the
summer so I don't think I need that during this time of the year but during the winter it was
amazing and I I was actually going to repurchase it I think it was on sale recently or I don't know
I remember talking about it I just didn't end up doing that because again I have open formulas and
even though it was my goal in 2025 to use up products before you know purchasing something
new it's kind of a goal that I've carried over in 2026 as well so I'm sure I will repurchase that
at some point this year just not yet and then I also used up the e.l.f holy hydration face cream
I've been using this for years and years kind of off and on it's not something that I feel like I
have to have on hand but if I do go back to it and use it I kind of fall back in love with it over
again so I have this and sometimes if I'm like out of something and then I'm at the store or
we're traveling I can grab this because I know it does work well for me and I think maybe that's
what happened with this one but again I have other formulas I need to finish up before buying
any of my other go-to staples the last product is from dermalogica it's the daily microfoliant
this is so expensive I didn't realize until I was looking at some of these products this morning
it's $69 I think I got this on like a major discount maybe it was half off but I feel like
it was even more than half off occasionally I can catch this during like an ultra 21 days of beauty
or like a random Sephora sale and I love it because I've been buying it on and off for years
and I like a good chemical exfoliant like the Polish Choice BHA is one of my favorite products
ever but every once in a while I feel like my skin needs a good physical exfoliator and this one is
my favorite because it's very gentle it's essentially like this powder and then you add
water you rub between your hands and then you use it to exfoliate your face or your body or whatever
you want it has a lot of good ingredients again when I was reading about it this morning I was
like I forgot it has salicylic acid colloidal oatmeal tea tree oil papaya enzymes rice bran so
overall I feel like it is very gentle but very effective but I cannot justify that $69 price
point so please let me know if you have a drugstore alternative for this otherwise I'll
just have to wait until I can catch it on sale again it's just it's hard to justify $69 when I
know that I've gotten this for probably like 30 or even less than that I don't know I just I know
I've never spent 69 on this so that's everything I have for you in today's video 50 different beauty
products that I have used up over like the last year and a half thank you so much for watching
today's video I really appreciate it again if you like these videos I can come back and film
part two in a couple of months once I have a few more products to share with you and then I'll
share all the rest of the products I used up in 2025 as well but I appreciate you watching if
you're still here thank you so much for clicking on one of my videos and spending time on my
channel I really appreciate you and I'll see you soon with a new video bye
