Prince Louis Turns 8! His NEW Birthday Photo & the Moments Everyone’s Talking About!
Prince Louis turns 8, and his new birthday photo is already getting attention.
From his first appearance outside the Lindo Wing in 2018 to the cheeky balcony moments that made headlines around the world, Prince Louis has grown into one of the most talked-about young royals in the British Royal Family. This video looks back at the sweetest, funniest, and most unforgettable Prince Louis moments over the years — including Trooping the Colour, the Platinum Jubilee, the Coronation, Christmas at Sandringham, and his latest birthday portrait.

On April 23rd, 2018, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge stepped out of the Lindo wing
at St. Mary's Hospital in London to introduce their third child to the world.
George and Charlotte met their baby brother for the first time.
Days later, Kensington Palace confirmed his name, Lewis Arthur Charles,
and the photos traveled around the world all over again.
July 9th, 2018, Prince Lewis arrives for his christening at the Chapel Royal, St. James's Palace.
One year old, and the palace marked the milestone with a set of portraits
taken by his mother at home in Norfolk. Weeks later, Lewis made his public debut
at the Chelsea Flower Show, exploring his mother's back-to-nature garden.
And he gave the crowd below what would soon become a Lewis trademark,
a confident little wave and a point at the planes overhead.
Two years old, and the birthday portraits that year
came with rainbow handprints, painted palms, and plenty of mess.
Like many children that spring, Lewis joined his family on the doorstep
to applaud NHS workers during the pandemic.
Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, bringing us a much-needed moment of joy.
And together with his siblings, he had a conversation with Sir David Attenborough.
Try and watch and see how they do it. It's marvellous.
I think I like monkeys.
Age 3. Three years old, and Lewis was ready for his first day at nursery,
riding his red bicycle in the portrait released that morning.
Age 4. Ahead of his fourth birthday,
the palace shared a new set of photos from a beach shoot in Norfolk.
Fun fact, the coverage Lewis received at the Platinum Jubilee
almost eclipsed the celebrations themselves. Every face, every wriggle,
every hand over the ears became its own.
Headline.
Five years old, and Princess Catherine released a portrait of Lewis,
pushing her along in a wheelbarrow at Windsor.
Days later, Lewis took part in the coronation of his grandfather,
King Charles III, and still brought his cheeky energy.
Six years old, and the birthday portrait released by the palace
showed a more grown-up-looking Lewis, taken once again by his mother.
And of course, nobody on the balcony stole the show quite like him.
Of F Company Scots Guards.
Enjoying boogying along to that.
Seven years old, and Lewis looked more composed in his birthday release,
though his playful side still shone through.
At Sandringham that year, a giant chocolate egg, gifted by a well-wisher,
became the moment everyone talked about.
And just weeks before his eighth birthday, Lewis shared a quiet,
affectionate moment with his grandfather, King Charles.
After the Easter service at Windsor.
And for his eighth birthday, a new portrait captured Prince Lewis looking more grown-up,
but still full of that cheeky charm.
And that's another chapter in Prince Lewis' royal journey.
