Welcome everyone to South Florida,
The Luxury Home Show.
I'm back to show you another remarkable home.
Now architecturally, this was inspired by a French chateau,
but it is brand new, 2026 construction,
has the most beautiful resort-like living in the gardens.
It is an amazing place.
I'm going to show you around today.
So it sits on just over 37,000 square feet as a lot size.
We're in Pinecrest, which is just South of Miami.
So a very affluent enclave, residential, private,
located near some very brilliant and well-renowned schools.
So if you're a family
and you're looking for a home in Florida,
this could be the one for you.
And I'll walk you through exactly why that is.
So we have seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms.
So it's a significant property.
We're going to start the tour off in the exterior here.
So in front of me is the primary entrance.
So you have electric gates here.
You also have a secondary entrance over there
for additional parking.
But as you can see,
you're certainly not short of lots of parking around here.
We have the G63 and the McLaren 570S
available with us here today
to showcase the lifestyle on offer with this property.
But let's take a closer look.
You start to get an idea of the scale.
So when we're thinking that traditional European design,
we're wanting something that's brand new,
but that can come and sit in the lot
and feel timeless straight away.
You know, this home is established already.
It feels like it could have been here
for longer than it is.
And that's also thanks to the lush greenery
and mature trees that we have all around us,
which of course is often the most valuable part
of a property, very difficult to replicate.
So the entrance is symmetrical directly through here.
As we walk through,
you'll see the most amazing view to the pool.
In terms of the parking specifically,
you have two spaces either side.
They're your two key parking spaces
for like your day-to-day use.
Obviously, if you are having an event
or if you have lots of cars,
there's so many different options
for how you can lay things out around here,
all secure by your private gates.
Now architecturally,
when I talk about that French-inspired chateau style,
you'll notice things like the turrets on the ceiling.
Now that's very rare.
Of course, we're in South Florida right now.
It's not something you see all too often.
We're also gonna see symmetry.
We're gonna see beautiful paneling,
almost reminiscent of a Parisian apartment.
And we're also gonna see lots of beautiful stonework
and tile work.
So it's great to see that level of craftsmanship
on a new home like this.
Now, as I mentioned, this is a brand new home.
So if you're watching this
and you'd like some more information,
it is exclusively listed with Michael Martinez
of Sotheby's International Realty.
You'll see the details here on screen
as well as the description.
Now I'm sure you guys like me,
you wanna go check it out.
So let's go and explore.
Welcome home.
The statement appeal of this home continues.
This is your entrance.
I'm talking double height,
but a magnificent sense of scale.
It really feels like the European influence
for a stately home,
but with a modern take,
sits here so naturally.
The architectural detailing all around the space,
but my eyes are drawn to the pool out there.
The way I visualize this space
is you're hosting friends and family,
everyone's coming through,
and it is honestly just wow.
Naturally, you just wanna walk straight out
to the beautiful blue water.
You can see the trees surrounding the property.
Of course, as we talked about outside,
it's a very private estate.
That is the value that you're getting here,
a true family home and your own oasis.
Let's talk details.
It's all about the symmetry of the space.
So we have the circular table here,
which aligns perfectly with the architectural detail.
The ceiling at the top,
that symmetrical circular design
with the halo light behind it.
And look at the paneling detail here,
reminiscent of a beautiful Parisian or London apartment.
Again, it ties with that European feel,
but the scale and size of these panels
are what make this home so special.
Now, materials, it's all natural marble stone throughout.
There's actually no porcelain in the entire home.
So as a new construction,
they have really thought about high-end materials.
The staircase almost has
that British stately home feel about it.
It kind of looks like that wrought iron design.
It's been restrained though.
It's not too in your face.
So we have the brass detailing
that repeats up the staircase,
but it is more of a quiet, subtle luxury,
which I think ties in really well with the overall theme.
The black and white monochromatic design that we see.
Look at this chandelier.
I mean, again, this is a space
you've got lots of friends and family hanging out.
Some people are on the staircase.
People are down here enjoying.
And that nicely connects us over to the living room,
which is off to my right.
So this is your less formal space.
Again, it's somewhere where you can greet guests.
Somewhere where you can just take a seat
and enjoy the views around the surrounding property.
What's really impressive is the architrave detailing here.
So for one, look at the scale of this entrance.
And they have used this architrave
to allow you to be connected.
But what's really special about the carpentry
is look at the detail on this curvature.
They haven't just gone for straight lines.
They've thought about how to match this
and actually pair it with the design of the entrance hall.
But let me take you into this living room.
What I'm really liking about this home so far
is its homely feel.
You know, we're in Miami, we're in Florida,
yet inside here, I could be mistaken for being in London.
Being in Surrey, it has that very symmetrical feel
and very high standard of finish
that you don't always see in Florida.
It's only when I look outside
and see beautiful blue sky and palm trees
that I'm reminded of where I am.
And I think combining those two
is what makes this home so special.
So with that symmetry, we have this feature wall.
As you can see, it's a beautiful piece of design.
And now this has to do a lot of work
because this is the space that as you walk into the home,
your guests are going to see.
You want it to be beautiful,
you want it to make a statement.
I think it does a really great job at that.
The mirror allows you to, again, see the staircase.
You know, when you walk in and look right,
you can see how incredible the staircase is.
You can also see that from this perspective.
It has a really nice kind of restrained
brushed brass detail here.
Now this aligns also with the incredible chandelier.
If we look at that, it's a very natural form,
almost could be like a modern take on art deco.
And actually the main center of the chandelier
is branch detailing, again, in that brushed brass.
We have the paneling, slightly different styles and shapes.
And check out these doors.
The use of archways really makes this place
feel very special, very European.
And you can step out of both of these,
which I think is great.
Again, it is about the in and outdoor living.
It's Florida.
We want to enjoy the beautiful weather
this place has to offer,
so we can step directly outside there.
But you'll be glad to know that all of these
are also hurricane grade proof for all season living.
Now let me take you this way.
Now we have nine bedrooms and seven bathrooms to see,
plus two powder rooms.
And the most glorious master bedroom
is at the end of this corridor.
I love how the symmetrical proportions continue,
the architraves around the doorways.
Look at that.
We will head there very soon.
But for now, I'm going to take you
to the right wing of the property.
We're going to check out the office, dining room, cinema.
And we commence that with the home office here.
Access by these beautiful black crittled doors
with really good quality woodwork either side.
Now, as you'd expect in a grand home like this,
the office matches that aesthetic.
So a generous space that you can really enjoy using.
So mostly it's open,
which means you can easily float in and out
of the different rooms in your home.
You can close it off if you'd like with the handles.
A lovely polished detail,
very good quality woodwork there.
But come on into the office.
The symmetrical theme continues.
You have the beautiful archway door here in the center,
allowing you to float easily outside.
Imagine taking a couple of calls
and then just stepping out, walking around your garden,
or maybe even jumping into the pool.
We have another incredible chandelier.
It carries that subtle polished brass feel
that we've seen in a couple of other spaces.
But I mean, this is a spot
where not only can you work on your own,
you can host business meetings.
You've got a couple of nice chairs here,
lots of customization opportunities available.
And of course, at this level,
you're gonna want an amazing feature wall
to display various different items and awards.
Personally, for me, I can see Riva model boats
dotted all along here.
That would look absolutely stunning.
We have dual aspects.
So not only do we have the view to the garden this way,
I absolutely love what the designers have done
with this particular archway window,
because beyond that, you have part of the pool design,
and then you have this very nice stonework and tile design
with, again, symmetry with two small trees either side.
And that moment is just a picture frame.
I think you're gonna enjoy the little details
like that a lot in this property.
So that's the office space.
Come on through, I'll show you the dining room.
Now, one of the best parts of this space
is all the natural light.
So you've got floods of natural light
from the back of the property, as well as through the front.
This is your more formal dining space.
So you've got 10 seats at the moment.
Again, it's leaning to that more modern aesthetic
with the textiles and the furnishings used.
I think one of the great parts of this property
is it does lend itself
to a more timeless, old-school, traditional design,
if you also wanted that in here.
I see it working really well.
Now, there's a storage cupboard here for fine china,
pottery, anything you might want to display in there
that aligns with the dining room.
And we have the table space here,
a beautiful chandelier above.
Again, you need a statement piece.
I love the size of the wall there
and the opportunity to have different artwork pieces.
Really, one grand piece is your option there.
The ceiling detail in this room adds to the elegance.
You have the linear AC vents,
but they've also created a nice shadow gap
with the corner sink.
And again, they have paneling detail on that wall.
It's all these little details that make it feel so special.
But I think the main focal here
is the bookmatched marble wall.
So it seems like it's from the Arboscato marble family
with the framing around it.
Again, you've got two options for a great statement piece,
the marble here, as well as the artwork the other side.
Now, aligning with how you'd actually use a home like this,
most likely part-time, you're going to have staff
and you want to be catering for events, family, friends.
So you can keep the open feel
and flow through round this way
to different parts of the property.
Alternatively, you can access through this door as well.
So we'll head through there now
and I'll take you to the kitchen family cinema room.
There's still a lot to see.
Your kitchen family entertainer sits through there.
We'll get to that in just a moment.
Firstly, on my left is one of the two powder rooms,
two different marble stones throughout there.
Before we head into the kitchen,
I'll point out we do have a Lutron lighting system
throughout the entire property,
but it's more than a lighting system.
It's a whole control system.
It's exactly what you'd expect at this level,
as well as touch pads to control music, lighting, security,
and the ability to do all of that from your phone as well.
Now, let me draw your attention
to this section of the property.
So really in a home of high value,
you want to look at details.
You want to look at quality of finish
in areas that you might not always expect.
And I see that throughout really high quality material.
This is a Sub-Zero fridge,
which is fairly standard in a luxury home,
but this one is finished in a completely custom design.
So as you'd expect,
plenty of drink storage that you can pull out.
Now we'll start to show you
around some of the drawers a little more.
So as you can see the detail in here,
it's going to make it very effortless
to store everything you could possibly want.
You do need a lot of storage in a large home like this.
You have storage up the top as well.
And then a couple of different storage solutions throughout,
as well as an additional Sub-Zero fridge over here.
Now remember, this isn't even a kitchen.
This is really your overflow, additional storage,
some big cupboards over here.
Beyond the storage here,
you then have a boot room and guest bedroom
and access to the garage through that way.
We'll get to all of that.
There's two entrances
to the main family entertainment room,
one directly through here.
We're going to go through
so I can show you the kitchen first.
Now when creating a grand home,
it is sometimes difficult
to make that space also feel homely.
So what we've seen so far is striking, it's bold.
It really makes an impression as you come in.
Think of that entrance hall.
Think of the exterior.
Now this is a family home.
So the design has to really work for you
and also the material selection.
So this is the first place
where we really see this natural material selection
and warm tones.
So the natural stone on the kitchen island
as well as the worktops
and then this beautiful woodwork.
So although it's a big house,
when you're inside,
this is a very livable family environment.
So we've got the fluted hood top over here.
Top of the range, wolf cooktop,
exactly as you'd expect.
Tons of storage throughout this entire space.
Within the island sits a Miele dishwasher on my right
as well as the bin storage built in on my left.
So variety of different covered space that you can see
as well as some clever design
such as this piece here,
perfect for spices, longer life items.
And then you also have a built-in pantry
somewhere you can actually step in
and keep a load of good stuff right in there.
So the island again,
like we often talk about materials,
look at the thickness and quality of this natural stone.
We've got a nicely integrated charging point here
that just pops out in that brushed brass.
And then let me take you to this part of the kitchen.
So the island sits really nicely
within the center of the kitchen,
has lots of drawers over on this side.
And then over here we have a peninsula
which we'll get to in just a moment.
Behind me are your wolf ovens.
So you've got the microwave oven
and two large almost industrial style ovens here.
You can cook up a real incredible feast in this home.
As you'd expect, we've got significant cooling space.
So these are sub-zero fridge and freezers.
I will show you both sides
because you can again just real get a picture
of the scale that you could have.
And then down here, as you can see,
we've got even more cooling space and storage.
Now in Florida, you want to know
that you can run your home no matter what.
And it's no stranger to some bad weather
through part of the year.
So this home actually has
its very own backup generator system
that has enough power to turn on a mini supermarket.
So you can literally run this home
no matter what kind of storm comes through,
you know you're going to be looked after.
So not only have you got things
that aesthetically look great,
you know the bones have been really thought about.
Now the divide of the room exists by the peninsula,
but also the interior architecture
that's been built all around.
So you get a bit of a glimpse to the family room.
Sink here with a Donbruch tap.
I'm going to show you actually one of my favorite features
of this entire space, and that is your bay window.
So a bit of a nod again to European design.
I think most noteworthy is British design.
We have bay windows in many homes in the UK.
But this is a really nice touch.
One, lighting, but also just take a moment.
Like imagine having breakfast here with all of the family.
Yes, you've got the dining room.
Yes, you can sit outside,
but if you also just want somewhere that's easy access,
kids can sit here seamlessly
and you can enjoy this incredible view.
I think it works really well for that,
especially with this black crystal window.
From the kitchen then,
the family entertainment space continues.
And I'll point out, we have bath stalls over here.
So as well as the bay window stall,
it's a very sociable environment from the kitchen
for people to just hang out here.
Then we have the more living focus section.
And what you'll notice behind me
is a temperature controlled wine room,
a focal point of any grand home.
And I think nicely positioned
where you're going to really be able to enjoy it.
So you open it up just like this
and immediately you can feel the difference.
So you go from nicely AC cooled
to actually quite a bit cooler
at 56 degrees Fahrenheit right now.
So storage space for a significant amount of bottles
as you can see throughout here.
Put your best guess in the comments
for how many bottles you can store in here
and I'll let you know who gets the closest.
As we can see, really all of this space is multifunctional.
Depending on what type of person you are,
I still think you're going to get a lot of use
out of this space.
Imagine you've got the football on,
whether that's the circular shape
or the American football shape,
whatever it is you're into,
and you can grab some drinks,
you're straight out to the outdoor summer kitchen,
the barbecue, you've got the doors open.
Or in the evening, I think this makes
just a really nice spot for kids to hang out,
watch some TV, do some reading in this space.
But ultimately it takes a lot of boxes.
You've got the surround sound speaker system as well,
AC keeping us nice and cool.
But I think really this lends me
to just want to step straight outside.
So let's go.
Now stepping outside,
this is where French Chateau meets Miami Living
and it is all about that outdoor space.
We've got a dining area under here.
This is all covered,
so rain or storm, you can use this space comfortably.
We've got fans keeping us nice and cool.
The speaker system carries on throughout here
so the party certainly doesn't stop when you come outside.
Right in front of me is the Wolf cooktop.
I mean, you can have a serious barbecue event here
with this setup.
I mean, it's got everything you could want
and obviously the Wolf extractor right above it.
And then beyond the cooking appliances,
we have tons of storage,
the outdoor sink for your wet bar,
Miele dishwasher, you've got fridges,
everything that you could possibly want.
Now this overall lot sits on just under 38,000 square feet
and that's another reason why Pinecrest is so popular
because you are getting these large,
expansive and private lots.
But let's go check out the pool.
Welcome to the backyard.
Now, the great thing about being in Florida, of course,
is you can use this outdoor space pretty much year round.
So you want to make an impact
and you want it to be effortless to go inside and outside.
So we can admire the beautiful French Chateau
inspired design,
pairing it with that Miami resort style garden,
which you'd expect at this level.
There's so many beautiful aspects of the property to enjoy.
Visually, it is very striking.
I love the different details
and the stonework that they've done throughout.
We have the balconies on level two,
which we're going to explore some more in a moment.
But first let's talk about the pool.
So we have a lovely Baja shelf here somewhere.
If you did just want a lounge,
maybe you could put a couple of chairs in here.
It does have jets around it, some lights for the evening,
as well as just beautiful tile work.
That then takes you down a couple of steps
into the main swimming area of the pool.
It's a large pool,
and I also like that it's a properly swimmable pool
if you are someone that did want to enjoy lengths up and down,
although mostly it is about just jumping in,
hanging out and enjoying.
Got the water fountain over there, which is automatic.
And then a couple of fire pits here,
which just make for an incredibly striking moment
in the evening.
Now, this design moment is actually my personal
favorite part of all of the property.
I think how it's been executed is just incredible.
So the moment you come through the front entrance
of the property,
your eyes are drawn through to the backyard,
across the swimming pool, across all of the greenery.
We have the tile work and the stonework around.
We have the symmetry with the trees,
this effortless steps over the water.
It really makes you feel connected to the water
and your resort style garden.
And then beyond this, as well as the pool,
we also have a built-in hot tub.
So plenty of space for eight to 10 people, maybe more.
The whole spa is tiled in, really beautifully designed,
and it just means that you can enjoy this overall backyard.
But I'll tell you what is another great feature.
In Miami homes, although this is very high quality,
you might see something similar,
but what comes through here with this lot size
is not only do you get the resort style garden,
you also have the lawned area over to my right.
So let's go and explore a bit of that now.
So it's this that adds to the feel of that European estate.
The lush greenery that sits all around us,
being able to walk down the steps
and actually walk around the grass.
Now, if you're familiar with Florida,
you know that this grass is not typical.
And this is a very specialized grass
that requires more of an investment,
but it does give such a nice feel.
It's more like that English grass that I might be used to.
But check out the exterior profile of this home.
It looks absolutely magnificent.
I think executed brilliantly.
But in addition, you're gonna want the greenery
to make this feel private.
And that already exists.
And remember, this is a 2026 construction.
So that's only gonna grow, flourish,
and make the estate even more private.
But right now you do have lush greenery all around you.
So from where I'm stood, it is completely private.
We've even got a considerable amount more lawn over there.
Remember, around 38,000 square feet as a lot size.
All right, there is still a lot to look at.
So let's go see all that upstairs.
Now our ground floor exploration continues.
So we've seen primarily the right wing of the home.
And now we get to go to the left wing of the home.
So look at the symmetry on this corridor.
That is so visually pleasing for me to see
as I walk down here.
First up is your AV cupboard.
This home has a lot of brains, so that's all kept in there.
Next is your elevator.
So it's a residential design,
meaning that you wouldn't really know it's there
unless there was this call button.
You can use that for ground floor and first floor.
As we continue down, we've got AC behind here.
So you can tell why there's slightly different design
in the door.
And then this is your day living room.
So let me show you.
For me, this is where the home demonstrates its flexibility.
So there's seven bedrooms in total.
This could be one of them.
It could be a lounge like we have now.
Personally, for me, I think I'd restructure things
slightly on the ground floor
and potentially have this as the office.
Now the reason for that, you can close it off
so it's a bit more soundproof.
You've still got nice visibility onto the pool,
but let's say the kids are out playing in the pool,
you're in the office, you can easily see them.
You've got a bathroom that's easy access to use
and it just makes it feel a bit more private.
But maybe there's two of you that want a home office
and you could easily have one here,
one across the other side.
Other options are definitely open.
And even if you're all set with that office,
this also works as a kid's playroom,
somewhere to have a dedicated space for toys,
but then you've got lots of storage
in what could be the dressing room for more toys.
Lots of natural light from the dual aspect windows.
Overall, a very versatile space.
Let's continue down the corridor.
Along the corridor, we have another powder room.
So there's two in total for this home.
And that makes a lot of sense
when you see that the theater room is through here.
It's a big house.
So to go all the way to the other side is easy,
it's possible, but if you're at this level,
why not have two?
But let me show you in here.
Welcome to your dedicated theater room.
A lovely space, as you can see
on the paneling detail on the wall.
The design's changed in here.
It's very much a bespoke build for this space
with soundproofing, comfortable seating.
And as you can see on the bar behind me,
there's lots of options to have popcorn machines,
places for candy, everything that you could want.
We have the starlight on the ceiling
as well as the surround sound system.
But I think what's great, it is also versatile.
So they've kept the hardwood floor.
You've got two windows over to my right.
So if you do want it to be somewhere
you use at different times of the day, you can.
But at the same time,
if you want to install a curtain,
fully black out this space
and make it the coolest cinema you possibly can,
then you've got that option too.
Now the master bedroom deserves its own moment.
Come on in.
All right, the master bedroom has four primary sections.
First up here, relax and rejuvenation.
Next up is your bedroom.
Then we go through into the ensuite
and finally the dressing room.
And I'm going to show you through all of them.
So let's start here in the living area.
Got two beautifully positioned chairs
to take advantage of those views to the garden.
And one of the best parts about this bedroom
is it's on the ground floor.
So it's very accessible
and would be great for in-laws or guests
staying for an extended period of time.
Then beyond here,
I mean, look at the beautiful natural stone
that we have here.
We've got the sink, fridge and lots of storage
for everything that you could possibly want
as well as natural light coming through here.
Whether you choose to have this room
or you allow guests to have it
because there's also an incredible bedroom
that could also be the master upstairs,
they're going to have an amazing time.
You can step straight outside super easily.
And there's also an amazing chandelier
that also gives this space its own moment.
Then this architrave takes us through
to the bedroom proportion of the space.
Now just look at the size of this in general.
Like we've got a large full-size bed here,
ceiling heights are tall, they're significant.
We've got a large ball space here.
So if you do want to have a bespoke TV unit here,
you could do, but it works perfectly for art as it is now.
Windows and natural light coming through.
I mean, this here is the size of a small luxury home,
just this wing of the house
or maybe a small condo, for example.
So then you've got double doors
that take you to the en-suite,
so you can close these off
or simply open the doors back up
and you can flow through the entire space.
Now this is an expansive room.
We've got dual sinks, one over this side
and one at the other side of the room.
In the middle of that sits your freestanding bath,
but just look at the width of this en-suite in general.
It even has its own chandelier.
The shower's actually over this side.
It's a very oversized space than what you would expect.
Luxury, so you've got two windows to look outside.
You can see onto your driveway.
Right now I see a McLaren and a D-Wagon.
Lovely place to sit and enjoy
as you've got the bench in the shower as well.
Now, one thing I would customize and change here
is I'd love to see a sauna in this space too.
I think you've definitely got the room for it,
but this works very well for having that luxury shower feel.
There's view out to the gardens through here,
so you can have lots of natural light in your bathroom
and still be completely private,
which is very hard to achieve in a popular area.
The toilet is through here, so you've got frosted glass.
There's also a bidet in there.
And then we get to the last section of the bedroom.
So through doors again,
you really can separate these sections.
This is your walk-in dressing room.
And like the theme of the rest of the house,
it is symmetrical.
So you've got dual sides, you know, his and hers,
whatever your structure is,
you can use this very freely and comfortably.
And I'll show you this side and the other one is the same.
So you've got the island in the middle.
So jewelry, pieces like that, really lovely detailing here.
Like the inside of these drawers are lined with leather,
those little details like that.
And then they're all soft clothes, very satisfying to use.
But I think probably the best thing about it
is you've got a really nice proportion of hanging space,
shelves, drawers, you've got a seat for putting shoes on,
got natural light, you've got three big windows actually.
So yeah, I think executed very well.
Now, as we discussed at the start,
this home has seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms.
So we're back here in the grand entrance
to get our bearings once again.
We're gonna enjoy taking the sweeping staircase up
to check out the rest of this home.
Now viewers, what we wanna look at now
is the next master bedroom option.
And I want you to tell me which one you choose
because honestly, they're very comparable.
And I think that's another positive of this property.
You do have that option.
Do you want a ground floor master bedroom
or do you wanna be up here on the first floor?
Whichever way, you've got two incredible bedrooms.
Well, really you've got seven,
but these are like standout, standout.
So this is your entrance just here to the space.
Come on in, let me show you around.
This one is a square room overall in simple terms,
more than a rectangle.
So perhaps feels a slightly more traditional,
what you'd expect a master suite perhaps to feel like.
And it has a few subtle differences.
So we're gonna see slightly darker woodwork
around the ceiling architecture,
which separates it a little bit.
We've got the bed in the center
with a beautiful paneling design,
super elegant tying in with the rest of the property.
This one for me is all about the lush greenery.
So we do have that too on the ground floor.
This is a really nice vista point here.
You can go straight through the doors
onto your private balcony,
and you've just got mature greenery
and lush hedging all around you.
So very much reminds you
you're in a beautiful tropical destination.
Chandelier in the center,
speakers in the ceiling as to what you'd expect.
And then over here,
the final key detail of this room
is gonna be this feature.
So this beautiful gray marble,
the paneling sits above
and then you have an electric fireplace here.
So as opposed to the other one that ran all in one line,
this one has all of the en suite and wardrobes through here.
So we'll go check that out next.
There's not a door.
So it's separated by this woodwork architecture here,
the architrave that takes you through.
So let me show you the en suite.
Next up, we're in the en suite for this primary bedroom.
And personally, I like the proportions of this space.
There's no denying it is a massive room,
but I think proportionally it works really nicely.
So in the center here is your freestanding bar
just below a window.
So lots of really nice light coming in.
That's gonna be lovely at different times of day.
We then got the oversized shower here.
You'll notice the stone is slightly different throughout here.
So we do have that slightly darker gray marble
that we'll see.
Nice bench seat in here.
You've actually got three shower heads.
So the monsoon rainfall shower head
and then another shower head each side.
Dual sinks, as you'd expect, one on each side.
And look how nice this woodwork is.
It's got a fluted design, really nice dark tone.
And I think that suits the gray.
Like if you look at that pairing,
done a really nice job on the design there.
So then there's a toilet over there with a bidet.
And then through this way, there is another toilet.
So this bathroom actually does have two toilets
and they're at separate sides of the room,
which is probably a good thing.
Now in alignment with the primary bedroom
that we saw on the ground floor,
we need a space for a bar and a fridge
and that's exactly what this has.
So Sub-Zero fridge built-in
if you wanna grab a drink in the bedroom at night
and not having to go downstairs.
Super simple.
You've got a sink here as well.
There's lots of different storage
all throughout different proportions.
Now another difference between this one and downstairs
is this has gigantic walk-in wardrobes
but there's actually two.
So the other one was built into one room, symmetrical.
This is slightly different.
Let's check out this side first.
Come on through.
All right, check this place out.
Now don't forget, this is one of two walk-in wardrobes
in this entire bedroom suite.
This is pretty incredible.
What do you think?
Could you fill out all of this if you lived here?
Lovely detailing as we saw in the last ones
with all the leather.
Let me show you the one next door.
Directly next door, this is what you've got.
So two incredible walk-in wardrobes.
So I don't think there'd be any argument
with who needs to have what.
There's definitely a lot here.
So let me know what you think.
Would you choose if you lived here
to go for the ground floor master suite
or would you go for this one?
To get your bearings,
this is the staircase that we came up.
So in front of me is the other bedroom
but now we're going to the other side of the house.
This is the other elevator.
So as we mentioned, you can use that between the two floors
and now I'm going to show you the upstairs set of bedrooms.
Now, clearly this room is unfurnished.
So let us fix that.
So I can envision a nice bed here,
a beautiful piece of artwork,
a rug underneath and some nice bedside tables.
There we go.
Now, right across the hall is the next bedroom.
We're in the next bedroom
which overlooks the garden and the pool.
I can see this working really well as a kid's bedroom.
So we'll give this one a bit of a different style
to allow you to visualize exactly what it could be like.
Adjacent to the kid's room is the upstairs laundry
which of course I can see working really well
for practicality purposes.
And then at the end of the corridor,
we've got the last bedroom.
Now we're in the last room upstairs
and we're going to give this one a third different style.
So again, you can visualize exactly how it would look.
This one enjoys beautiful views to the garden.
And now we'll remove the visualization a second
just to again, appreciate the level of finish in the room.
Look how high the skirting boards are.
It has that natural marble floor.
And as well, all three rooms I've just shown you
have their own walk-in wardrobe
as well as en suite with beautiful white marble.
We're back on the ground floor now.
You may remember we toured this area earlier.
So the kitchen and family room is just to my left.
There's a couple more spaces in this hallway.
On my right, we have the laundry room,
the ground floor version.
You've also got that one on the first floor that we saw.
Great proportions in the hallway space,
super easy for access.
You can go from the laundry room actually outside
where they keep all of the utilities,
the main utilities of the house and a backup generator.
All that area is very nice and neatly tucked in.
Behind me is a triple garage.
So you also have that as well as all the parking in front
and the potential for a lift system in there
to include up to six cars.
Now, the next room is going to be bedroom seven.
Now this could be a great staff bedroom
or a guest bedroom if you needed it to be.
The nice thing is they've still kept
the high quality materials throughout.
And that concludes the tour of Chateau Marie
designed by Romain Procheco, the architect.
Again, it's listed with Michael Martinez
of Sotheby's International Realty.
