To Graceville, where God's love is everywhere.
It's me, Pastor Anastasia,
and I'm so excited that you join me today
as we learn more about our best friend, Jesus.
For today's special feature, we're heading over to Kenya,
where my friend Alexine has prepared a wonderful reminder
of how great our God truly is.
Let's listen in.
My name is Alexine.
I will sing for you a song called How Great Is Our God.

I just love the scent of flowers,

is my friend Ryan from Canada.
Let's see who he's teaming up with today.
Hi, boys and girls,
and welcome again to Nature Time at Graceville.
Today, my sister Dee is back,
and she's going to talk to us about flowers.
Let's see what she has for us today.
A flower is a bloom or a seed bearing part of a plant.
They are often beautiful, brightly colored,
fragrant, that means they smell really good,
and have tasty nectar to lure bees and other insects.
The most important function of flowers
is to make copies of itself.
This is called reproduction.
This happens when pollen is moved
from the anthers to the stigma.
Yes, thanks to insects and the wind, we have pollination.
Flowers come in many different colors, designs, and sizes.
In fact, there are so many kinds of flowers
that scientists can hardly keep count.
Luke 12, 27 says,
"'Consider how the wild flowers grow.
"'They do not labor or spin.
"'Yet I tell you, not even Solomon in all his splendor
"'was just like one of these.'"
Who guesses they're flowers?
Who makes them grow?
A lovely Jesus.
If we read our Bibles every day and pray every day,
then we can bloom just like Jesus.
Okay, guys, I'm going to go plant some flowers.
Until next time.
There you are.
I heard Nico's in the park today.
Let's go see what he's up to.
Hey, Pastor, I just made a new friend named Sarah.
Although she's blind,
she can still make her way around the school
with her guide dog, Rusty.
I'm so happy that you made a new friend.
That's great.
She was born blind,
but I hope one day she'll be able to see.
Now, that would be awesome.
God has the power to work any miracle he chooses,
even though things may seem to take forever,
God has the power to change anything at any time.
Oh, wait a minute.
That reminds me of our theme for this week,
which simply says, God's touch changes us.
Let me hear my friend Giovanna from Brazil say it.
God's touch changes us.
And our memory verse for this week
is found in John 9, verse 25.
And it simply says, I was blind, but now I see.
Let me hear my friend Marionette say it.
I was blind, but now I see.
John 9, 25.
Great job, everyone.
There's no limit to what God's power can do.
There's no challenge that's too great for him.
Does that mean he can heal somebody like Sarah,
who was born blind?
Most definitely.
That's why today's story is about a young man
whose eyes were opened by the healing touch of Jesus.
Can you guess what today's story is about?
Hmm, I think it's the guy with the muddy eyes.
Yes, that's it, and it's about the one born blind.
That's right.
Today's story is about the blind man.
One day when Jesus was walking with his disciples,
he saw a man who was born blind.
Whose fault is it that he is blind?
Are his parents sinners?
One of his disciples asked.
His blindness is not because of anyone's sin,
but so that the power of God can be revealed in him.
Then Jesus did something really strange.
He spit on the ground and made mud,
and placed it on the man's eyes.
Go wash yourself in the pool of Siloam.
Obediently, he followed Jesus' instructions.
Suddenly, it happened.
It's a miracle.
I can see, I can see.
He exclaimed.
I once was blind, but now I see.
Whoa, that is really super powerful.
He can even make the blind see.
Actually, he's all powerful.
His touch in our life changes us.
So let Jesus in today.
