This 1 bedroom home proves you don't need much

You guys, welcome back to Cozy House Essentials. I am in Little Elm, Texas at a property called Park House. And as you can see, it is like the community that we've been looking at. Same management and everything, just different location. But what I want you guys to check out, check out the environment. Very clean, very nice. Again, as you can see how the houses here are made. And then you can see some over on the other side and so forth. We are going to be looking at a one bedroom. We looked at one similar to this. We're going to look at another one of those one bedroom garage apartments that you guys are looking at right now. But here we are. And like I said, just very nice and clean. The color scheme over here is different. We were looking at a gray and bluish color scheme. Now we're looking at like more of a taupe and maybe a darker brown color scheme. And just to give you an idea, we're going to be looking at one that's detached, which I love. It's a one bedroom, a nice little cute backyard as well. So as you can see, it's a different color scheme. Now here's one down here that's attached, but we're going to flow right into this one. So let's walk up. As you can see, when we back up, you get plenty of parking here. This one does not come with a garage, but you have your parking right out here in the front. And look at how cute this house is, you guys, your own little yard area. And you have your siding and your brick here. Let's go on. And I love the awning too at the door. And I love their doors. These doors are hefty. They're very sturdy and strong doors. And then you get your porch area, which is nice. You have a small little porch area. Okay, let's go ahead and check this one out. You have your doorbell also. And the door is, like I said, very nice and sturdy. So you walk right in, okay, to your one bedroom. So let's right away, let's go ahead and talk about the price. Once again, Park House. We're in Little Elm. This is a one bedroom, 707 square feet. This one is going for $1499, $1,499 on a 13 month lease. Okay. However, I love the island area here. I think it said 707 square feet. I'll check that again. The colors in here are the whites and the grays. You have your dishwasher over here. You have the Frigidaire appliances and they're going with like the white and the gray, which is nice. Once again, let's see here. Yeah, this is the one bedroom, 707 square feet going for, this is the market rate, $1499 on a 13 month lease. And it's your little outside area. All of them will have your washer and dryer connections. Okay. Very nice. Open that up for you. So you get a nice size washer and dryer. You also get, once again, your little outside area, which is nice. Some of it is rocked out over here. And then there's a way for you to get out through here if you want to go off into the central area out here. Very nice. And then over here, you do get your covered patio area as well. So that's really nice to have. But yeah, very nice. Pretty nice high ceilings too. And this part over here, which I love, they've done this, you have this nice little cabinetry area by your refrigerator, more storage on the top. So, but isn't this just cute you guys? I love this little one house by itself, detached. I feel like you can easily put a queen size bed and I mean a full, I mean a king size bed in here, but more or less a queen. And then you have your bathroom here with lots of cabinetry as well. Very nice. Okay. And then of course your tub area here and pretty high ceilings. And then your walk-in closet. Lots of room in the closet area. Such a cute one bedroom little house, right? For the price. Now we're in Little Elm, so the price is going to differ in different areas, right? So that is the market rate. I think that's a really, really good market rate. $14.99 is what the agent wrote on here. Okay. And this is Park House at Paloma Creek in Little Elm, Texas, you guys. Hope you've enjoyed this tour today. We're going to be looking at a few more over here. So stay with me and I hope you enjoyed the tour. I thought, I thought this one was such a nice, cute little house and I hope you guys find it as cute as I do, but thanks for touring you guys. Check me out on that next video. Bye. Look how clean it is. So clean.
