Okay, we did it. You're going to notice that the dogs look really, really, really up close. You guys aren't going to believe this, but on top of the fact that I did the update on my phone and that caused me to be four minutes late, which is fine. That's cool. Whatever. My moment lens is missing, which is the widescreen lens that I use on this camera or on this phone when I live stream. I literally just tore apart the trailer, tore apart all the backpacks that we use. The last place I took a photo with it was on Mackinac Island. So I don't have a moment lens anymore. Or if I do, I literally have no idea where it's at. And by no idea, I mean no clue. Jamie and I just searched for it. So the camera looks a little bit different, but that's okay. What are you doing? I get work done sometimes. Any thoughts on purchasing an RV? Right now, RVs are very hard to come by, so, uh, so I don't really, uh, we really like our little trailer. Like, I really want a new travel trailer. Ours is a 2013, so it's quite a few years old now. It's, we were looking underneath it the other day. Jamie's got some work he's got to do to the underneath of it. It needs to be repainted underneath and there's a couple of spots on the frame he's gonna make sure are okay. We also realized we lost a strap for one of our tanks, so he's gonna replace that. But it's, yeah, we've had it since 2013. The camper's as old as Memphis, so it's eight years old, which isn't like that old for a camper, but I really would like something with heated tanks and that's insulated, but I also don't want something super heavy, so it's kind of in this back and forth, back and forth, back and forth. Dr. Song, has Kira jumped in the pool not using the stairs? Nope, she always uses the stairs and then jumps off the stairs, and she has jumped in the pool a couple times this year. I just saw another question and then it was gone. Are you going to the Novi Pet Expo this year? Yep, we will be there. We will be at the Novi Pet Expo. Key says, have you thought about adding a bit of wood to the front of the treadmill so their paws don't go down the gap, and then they could use it when you're not in? I, we talked about that, but I really don't want them using it when we're not here, because I don't want them to get hurt. Uh, there's a lot of different things with the treadmill, you know, I don't want them to fall, I don't want them to be running. Here, I'll show you. So, this is a dog treadmill, if you guys haven't seen it. I have a jar of dirt. No, it's a bucket of rocks. No, it's a jar of rocks. I have a jar of rocks sitting on it, and here's why. So, if I take this jar of rocks off the treadmill, and I'm gonna put my foot on it, and I'm only gonna put a little bit of weight on it, it will immediately start to move. I'm barely putting any weight on it. So, there's no, like, mechanisms on this to make it move, except for weight and the way it's tipped. So, the problem is, is if they get on it and they start running on it, and we're not here, for them to try to get off the front, this is gonna constantly keep moving. Constantly. And if they try to stop and get off the back, this could still slip and move. So, we've decided it is gonna go in the basement with the other one, but we've decided that they shouldn't be on it when we're not here, because we don't want them to, uh, to get injured. That's our puppy dog treadmill. TJ with the super chat. I would love a road trek, but the price is like, whoa. Yeah, a lot of those RVs, man. Full disclosure, you guys. Jamie and I bought our, our, I'll just tell you. We bought our travel trailer in 2013. We bought it brand new. No joke. We paid $15,000 for it. Brand new. For that little travel trailer you guys see. For the travel trailer that I'm looking at, which is why we haven't bought it, brand new, uh, and the only reason I want it brand new is I want all the warranties on it. Like, we could probably find, and the one I want, they're hard to find used, but the one that I'm looking at, decked out the way we want it, which actually ends up being only 300 pounds more than the one we have, it's like $42,000. And I'm like, that's ridiculous. For a trailer? For a travel trailer? So I don't know. We keep going back and forth. We could probably sell our travel trailer for about $5,000, but that's ridiculous compared to what we'd have to pay for a new one. So campers, the prices on campers have skyrocketed. The, the being able to get them is insane. Our local RV place has no RVs on the lot. We thought about trading in our Jayco for another Jayco, but they don't make the same model that we have. So yeah, $42,000, you can get a big RV and tow the Jeep. Yeah. And that's the other thing. So like, if we were going to spend that much money, which is, that's a lot of money for camping, we could buy a motor home and tow the Jeep. But then it becomes, now you're buying a used motor home. You don't know what it's been through. Motor homes can definitely, it's a whole nother motor you got to manage. Trust me, you guys, I could do a whole live stream on what's the best route for you to take, whether or not you should buy a trailer or motor home, you know, which way you should go. Should it be a class A class? I have done so much research on all of it. It's insane. And it always comes back down to, we really like our little baby travel trailer and it still works. And you know, we eventually will replace the door in it. There's a hole in the door, on the bathroom door on the inside where the, the, what the heck is it called? Generator, where the generator fell off its blocks and slid into the door one time while we were driving. And there was a little dent in the floor that happened. Something, we left something on the counter. I think we vlogged it. I don't remember. Jamie fixed that. But really, there's, there's really not much wrong with it. Is that so good? I could totally write a book on camping. I could have a whole nother YouTube channel dedicated to camping with dogs and I literally put up one video a week and it would just be information on camping with dogs. Pet safe trails, pet safe campgrounds. Like, if we could travel all over the place, I would totally do that. I would have a channel where we go from state to state to state and we talk about camping with dogs and fun places to take, like Mackinac Island. Somebody asked where Kira was. She's over on her bed. Like Mackinac Island. You guys saw the Mackinac Island vlog that we did last week or whatever it was. There's so many pet friendly places there on the island and like to be able to talk about where you can take them and how fun it is. I think, I think it would help people. It's on my list of channels I'll start one day. Classy looks to me, the front cab is wasted room while camping. Um, no, Classy's, the front cab is definitely not wasted room. Like if you actually look into a Classy, 95% of them, those seats turn around and you can pull up a table in, in between them. So it's not really wasted space while you're camping. Plus it has the bunk above those seats, which is space for if you have somebody else with you that needs an extra bed, or you can convert it, which is what we had talked about doing. And you can have all of that be storage. I have a friend of mine that travels in a 26 foot Classy with her dogs and she's retrofitted it. It looks amazing. Like I said, we've considered it, but the biggest issue, is that good stuff Memphis? The biggest issue is, you know, it's just, it's another motor. It's another, it's, it's another thing to take care of where the trailer, we just hook up and go. With the, with the motor home, you know, it's the motor and the engine and there's so much more upkeep on them. Are you growling at your sister? She's just looking at you. We might do some day trips, but I don't know that we'll go camping again until sometime in July. Kira does refuse to come inside. Yep, rain or snow or heat. Memphis follows me inside no matter what. What do you think, huh? Holy cow, we've been on here for 35 minutes. So yeah, I planned on jumping on and doing like, whoa, watch me drop my camera, doing like a little half an hour live stream, which now we've just gone over that. So we'll stay on for a few more minutes and then I'm going to jump off because I do actually have to get work done sometime today. Don't want to, but I do. Is it just me or does Memphis seem like she's smiling? She's smiling. She's a happy girl. Lots of people like to say she's sad, but she's not. Hello. How are you? Kira's like, Pokemon, I'm not getting any camera time. Pokemon, all the focus is on Memphis and you're not focusing on me. Because we always focus on you because you're the more active. Guys, this is silly. You should pay attention to me more because I'm just better. You're not better. You tell him I am better. What? Your dogs don't talk in your brain and then you say the words out loud? Because mine do. Mine definitely do. Oops, what am I doing? Kira turned in Memphis. Are you able to list all of Huskies in order of size? I think Shelby was the biggest and of course Shy Girl was the smallest. Yep, in order of size, Shiloh was the smallest. Her average weight ranged between 36 pounds and 38 pounds, so she was the smallest Husky that we ever had. Coming up next is this one over here. She's still only about 42 pounds. I weighed her the other day and I thought she looked like she had gained a little bit of weight, but apparently not. She is still 42 pounds, so she would be next up in size. Miss Memphis would then be next up in size. Usually her weight ranges right between 48 to 55 pounds depending. Now that she's gotten a little bit older, she definitely has gotten a little bit bigger. The last time I weighed her, I believe she was 53 pounds. Shelby was always right about 56 to 58 pounds and Oakley was usually right around 62 pounds. We did get her weight down a little bit to where she was down around like the 58 area, but she usually ranged between 58 to 62 pounds pretty much her entire life. So yeah, so it would go Shiloh, then Kira, then Memphis, then Shelby, then Oakley. Oakley was the biggest Husky that we owned. Is that right? Yeah, yep. So that's the order. It's crazy that I still remember all their weights, but Shiloh was by far the smallest. Her little 36 pounds. She was nothing. Jamie's sister came over today and she was petting Memphis and Kira came up and she goes, oh my gosh, she's so tiny. I go, hi Nick. Thank you Nicholas for the super chat. My friend, you're amazing. Yeah, Kira is a, she's a tiny little thing. She really is. I think, I mean she's only two. She'll fill out a little bit. Memphis was kind of skinny skinny when she was younger too. Yeah, lots of people. Shiloh, up until the day she passed away, she was 11 years old and people still thought she was a puppy. They always thought she was a puppy. So she was just so tiny. Everybody says that about Izzy. Yeah, it's like they just, they're tiny. Tiny tiny. PJ, I'm not sad. I'm just Memphis. I'm only sad I haven't gotten pets from Depadian since so long. Oh my gosh PJ, you're so, you're so right. Memphis is such a social dog. Like she loves people so much. Yesterday we took them for a WALK and the neighbors were out and we started talking and Memphis was freaking out and finally I was like, you can pet her. Like she's really friendly and she just wants to be petted and they did. They pet her and it was like, it just made her whole day. That was all she wanted. That was all she wanted. Uh, Kira at times looks like Shiloh. Yes, she, she does. I mean she's black and white so of course she's kind of gonna look a little bit like her but you know, for those of you that might not remember what she looks like, that was Shiloh. This is pretty good. I mean this is a painting. That's a pretty good art rendition of her. You can see she kind of, that was in her older age in life. This is a younger picture of Kira based off of her from last year but yeah, they're definitely similar. Kira doesn't have as much of the dark, look up here babe, the dark black under her eyes now. The biggest difference between them is Kira has this cute little black strip that comes down her nose but then she's got that little white strip up here and Shiloh had the little white strip, little diamond white strip up there. So yeah, it's fuzzy. Why are you fuzzy? There you go. I mean Oakley was black and white too but she doesn't really look like Shiloh or Kira. Oakley was much bigger in shape. And then Shelby. Hey Memphis. Hey Memphis. Hi. What do you think? Is it warm? Do I need to turn the AC on? I was trying not to. Did you say girls are lower energy and for huskies? No, not at all. I don't think girls are lower energy than male dogs at all. I really don't. I honestly, I'm one of those people that's read the research and kind of like, if you actually read some of the research, especially over in Europe, it doesn't matter if they're a boy or girl. It really doesn't. The energy level doesn't seem to make a difference, boy or girl. They're just crazy. Well, until they hit a certain age. And then they mature into little ladies like this queen over here. Guys, I'm a queen. Oh, I have to pet you. Okay. Are you a queen? I am a queen and I'm an angel and I would never do anything wrong, ever. Right now. But when you were younger, you ate CDs and you ate things and you, mom, I never did any of those things. Don't tell people that that happened. It never happened. But honey, it did happen. And you, what did you eat yesterday? Guys, I got the toothpaste and I tried to eat it, but mom got it. You'd had really clean teeth. I will say that. Boys are bigger than girls. Yes. So boys are typically bigger than the female dogs. What is it? By about 10 pounds on average. Taller as well. Boys are taller and they usually weigh a little bit more. But behavior-wise, really, they're basically the same. Two to three inches taller. Yep. Yeah. So Steve knows he's got, he's got a male and a female that are related. So yeah, about two to three inches taller. My dog likes to eat dirt. Shiloh used to do that because she was lacking iron in her diet. It doesn't necessarily mean your dog's lacking iron, but if they're eating a lot of dirt and you want to find out why, that could be why. Shiloh was pretty even in size to Thor. But yeah, males are generally bigger. Yeah. She, Shiloh was tiny. Thor's big. Like even Thor compared to Shelby. They were pretty good size, but Thor is definitely bigger than Shelby. Memphis, are you a cat? Somebody wants to know if you're a cat. Are you secretly a cat? Will you just tell us? I don't think she's going to tell us. It's probably pica? No, that's actually a lot rarer than most people think. I know most people do a Google, Google search and they're like, oh, my dog eats things because they have pica. That's normally not it. Actually, if your dog is eating dirt and it becomes really common for them to eat dirt or dirt and rocks and roots, you should have them tested for low iron. I'm not a veterinarian. Not giving you medical advice, call your vet. But that's, that's what I would do. That's what I would do. Does Memphis care about cats? Uh, yeah, she cares about them. We had a cat that came up to us while we were walking the other day and I thought it was going to be day's end for the cat, but thankfully I scared it so it would get away from us. It had no fear of these dogs, but these dogs wanted to play with it. That's, yeah, play with it. What do you think, Munchkin? All right, we've been live for like 43 minutes now.
