My name is Adam Sandoval and I travel the country with 2 goals, 1. Give back to our community and veterans. 2. Inspire people to live/enjoy the motorcycle culture. Thank you for watching.
There is just something about getting on that bike, loading up all your gear, figuring out what you can
and can't fit or what you should and shouldn't take, strapping it all down to your motorcycle,
throwing your leg over it and hitting the open road.
It's a dream that I think most motorcyclists have. It's a bucket list. I'm gonna take that
coast-to-coast road trip or I'm going to ride to this state or to Alaska or to this great event,
whether it be Sturgis or Daytona Bike Week or Arizona Bike Week. Almost every motorcyclist
I've met says the day they walked into that dealership and bought that motorcycle, they
had a dream to get on it and do that cross-country journey. What I love most about traveling
is you see things that you never see the same way in a vehicle, in a truck or a car.
Just the smells and the wind and the freedom and the adventure and you never know who you're
gonna meet. Just having the freedom to go anywhere. It's like you're one with nature,
you're one with the road and it's just unlike anything else. Maybe it's the old movie Easy Rider
that nailed this deep down in our soul, the desire to get on and travel the country, or maybe
it's just the fact that you see the world in a completely different way when you're on two wheels
than you do any other form of transportation. You feel the temperature, you feel the humidity change,
you feel the shade and the sun, you smell the cornfield, you smell the cow pasture, you smell
the city, the smog, all the different aspects, all the different senses working at once riding
down the open road. But I have to agree with most of my friends and that is the ride is amazing and
it's fun but coming together with the other riders, the community, the camaraderie, that
is what really sets motorcycling apart for me. Today we are at my campground, the Kay River
campground right here in Moyers, Oklahoma and people have ridden in from all over the country.
600 miles today. What traveling means to me is just the freedom of getting out on the road
and just being yourself and enjoying other people and enjoying what God's given us. Celebrating not
only the fact that we've broke the world record for the largest parade of Harley-Davidson,
but also celebrating our country and the fact that we are stubborn Americans and we are all
blessed to live in a country where we're free to chase our dream. These are all like-minded people,
they come from different backgrounds, maybe different careers, maybe different social
standards back home, but when they get to this campground, we are all one, we are all equal.
The guy from the biggest RV pulled with the biggest truck down to the guy staying in the absolute
smallest tent. We are all here together, we are all Americans and we are all proud and this is
what an American road trip, an American campout, an American rally is all about. These are the things
that mean road trip to me, these are the things I love about road trip. It's seeing the country,
it's seeing the roadside, but seeing and meeting the people too. You know it doesn't have to be a
big huge bash, make it to just a little get down camp out with some good old boys down on a river
like we got here at Kay River campground or one of the other amazing biker destinations across
the country. Find the time, force it if you have to, you stay stubborn, you chase that dream of that
road trip and I guarantee you, you'll be glad you do. There will be times it gets hard, rain and cold
and roughing it, you know. I mean there's a lot of guys sleeping in tents tonight without any air
mattress underneath their butt, but it doesn't matter man, they're living their best life and
that my friends is what life is all about. Until our next video, I want you all to remember one
thing and that is dream until your dreams come true.
