From the middle and opposite positions, not a huge amount of wing spikers although
Dong Juan the captain with the serve is a genuine out and out left-sider.
That is a phenomenal hit. 26-year-old, 1m85 tall, Kazakhstan middle in her second season with Zheti Su.
Nice, nicely done. Well they're always happy to break convention where attacking is concerned.
Mark Wisja with the serve. If you're not going to put the ball in tough,
if you're not going to try and break down. 14. Zheti Su in the early phases.
Wide ball. Wow, Begic. Just as strongly as Begic. So Ferova comes to the front line.
Begic reaches in for the pass but it's not on the setter's head. Doesn't allow all the options. That
certainly gives a chance for Zheti Su and it's taken. Go into those positions that she's picked.
They are the areas where they've scored. The aces keep coming from the service line.
Second season with this burgeoning team.
Pass is solid though. Heavy ball cross-court. Zheti Su look comfortable at the moment.
Puts it into play again. Searching for those middles.
System with that ball. Sharodzka does really well with that set.
Begic need bases. That's one of the only players that hits a strong top speed jump serve. It's been
hit really well. Fumseva very steady through the middle but it's been the work of Myart and
Nikitina that really has caused the problem. Plus some very keen serving. Sharodzka the setter
has been superb in that respect and a net touch. It might be Marko Grisic that needs to go to the
timeouts early for Zheti Su in this set. That is good work. Marko Musso has knocked out Fumseva
but instead just fires it out wide to Myart who this time doesn't make a mistake. Pressure ball
for Begic. Might have been going out. Setter defending. Zuetz played it. That's a good piece
of work from Beke Ghaliboro. Kronover rolls it into play. Begic goes again and gets blocked this time.
Nice lineup from the Zheti Su blockers. In the middle not on the money. Forced tip from Myart.
A bit of patience from both teams here. Tips are plenty and a tip wins it.
Block on the play so it will be Zheti Su's point. Superb from Beke. Her Libro work has been just
astonishing in this match so far. All for nothing on that occasion. Zheti Su of Kazakhstan don't
want to get involved in these extended rallies. Tsar off the net. Picks up the trick lace. 19 years
of age. Youngsters in this Belgian team. Well a middle out-and-out middle from Zheti Su and it's
defended beautifully and put away. Belgian once again have the lead. 8-6. Two points clear.
A big serve from Tsar. Mkhitina shoots in but out of play. She tries the short one. Beke rushes in.
Flurry of arms but makes the pass look easy.
But it's still not good enough. The rotations or three of them with Frolova on the front line.
Side outs haven't come as easily for Zheti Su. One good service run at the back end of set number one.
Terminated straight away. The two left side players who can potentially come into the match.
Wow Beke is doing everything right at the moment. Under pressure she's still passing well.
And that is good enough to earn a touch off the blocker. The lead now for Beijing reduced
to a single point. Another solid serve from the substitute. Ah nearly. Nearly Frolova diving into
position six to make a touch but. So Miata the line. Frolova not being prolific with her scoring.
Got to score points now. Solid to serve. Left of the Begic side out.
Good save. Nice pace on that. Frolova looks a lot happier with that.
Begic takes her team out to a four-point lead. That should be good enough in this second set.
Nikitina puts it down.
Can you Bayeva ask to hit some serves? Play some defense?
That is excellent. It was tight to be fair to Don. This is a golden opportunity now for Beijing
Arctic Ocean to build themselves a lead. Frolova forced to pass. Ball to Nikitina. She's got to
put those away. Frolova chops it into the angle. Dong Yuhan, her opposition captain, defends but the
block is brilliant. Nikitina and Yakutina shut down Dong. Jettishu not given too many opportunities.
New player Lin Qian with the service and there's a chance here. Lin Qian takes over as setter. Bumps a
nice high stable ball but Tsar goes straight into the blockers again and that's the problem that
Beijing have had in this match. Serving sub. It's a good block. Had to wait a fair amount
of time for it to drop. Frolova passes but it's an out-of-system ball. A tip. Power tip. Not good enough
from Miao. Big point now. Jettishu and they are giving it for free are they? Setter, Shara Horodzka.
It is Beijing Arctic Ocean that are in charge of the match at the moment against the reigning
champions Kazakhstan. Jettishu. Well the team in white. Jettishu with a good block.
Dong. Another ace. Well would you believe it? Can Xu find a service to test the pass again?
She can. Beckett though. Slides it to the net but under the net. Miao can't get there.
Well this will be massively frustrating for Marko Grzic and for the Jettishu players.
Because the lead is completely gone. For one of his substitutes to be ready. Good serve. Saved.
Nothing more. Oh it's a great touch from Xu. Stayed alive to the situation. Frolova overpasses
so now Beijing have a chance and block is still good from Jettishu. Lin Chuan. Aces.
Another out of system ball and the block. Fabrice to serve. It's in play. Pass is good. They don't
go to the middle. Back to Nikitina and a fabulous block by Begic and one. That's a big ask. That's
not a great pass from Miao. This is not coming back to a bit of a tricky situation. Fabrice
short serve on Belova. High ball out of system for Frolova. She can't put it away and it's another
point for Beijing Arctic Ocean. It's a lot of pressure on Frolova. Or can she find Jokutina
in the middle? No she can't off that pass. It is Nikitina. It is defended. Chance to go level.
Beckett and Jettishu win it. Oh my goodness. What a comeback from Beijing Arctic Ocean.
