Now, shall I show you around the restaurant and stuff first?

Which is the Jemison Room here.
On the wall we have a picture of Van Jemison
who is the whisky family's townhouse.
And I heard he used to smoke tobacco too.
Yeah, this used to be their cigar room here.
These are the whiskies and cigars in here.
And another part of the restaurant that I'll show you now in a bit
is the old wine vaults and whisky vaults
where they used to keep the whisky and wines and stuff as well.
I can't wait to see it.

Here we have our pastry section here.
They're working away, getting ready for tonight's service.

This room here is a private dining room.
It seats up to 20 people.
It's called the vault room.
As you can see, all the ceilings here are vaulted.
This used to be the whisky vaults for the Jemison whisky family.
Is this what we were doing here years ago?
Yeah, they used to store the wines and the whiskies in here.
Wow.
And now we use it as a private dining room.
And then through here we have the restaurant through here.
You can see there's all the arches and stuff
because it's a Georgian building.
Obviously built that long ago.
So it has all the lovely Georgian features.
You have the windows.
Beautiful.
