NEW BIKE ALERT! O my goodness apparently this bike has a claimed HP of 203+HP????? goodness gracious that's a lot. This is going to be some serious work with a cracked frame! I checked SM and couldn't find the previous owner, maybe he's off the grid? Thanks for watching!
My toughest build yet. Take a little sneak peek behind here.
What's going on guys? Welcome back to the channel. We have another bike on the way. It's about 10
minutes away from my house. I'm just waiting in the driveway. I can't wait to show you guys when
it arrives. Here it comes on down the road. Enclosed trailer. Oh yeah. That's sweet. Beautiful.
All right we're gonna go greet the guy and unload the bike.
Oh man. He's beat up. Oh I see what you're saying. The shift lever is broken. Everything broken here.
But if you, this, you can do it. Oh oh shift. I see I see. Take this bike on corporate you know.
Right right yeah. There's the key. Hopefully the ignition's good. Got a good screen. That's awesome.
Look at all this. All these pieces. Steering stabilizer. How long of a drive?
One five. Fifty yeah. Fifteen. Fifteen hours. Wow. Did you sleep? Yeah. At night.
At like a truck stop or something? Yeah. Nice. Nice. It's got exhaust. That's awesome.
You got two other cars in here right? Yeah. Wow. Yeah. All right now we're gonna
push it out of the trailer up the driveway. Have a good day. Thank you sir. And your name? My name
is David. David. Good to meet you David. Thank you sir. Appreciate it. Safe travels. Aftermarket
exhaust though. Headers. Oh everything got pushed back. Sheesh. It's gonna need some work.
Check this out though. This tire cut in half. These are cool. And the rim is destroyed.
Thank you. You're welcome. See ya. There we go guys a 2021 ZX10R. Let's get it in the garage.
All right guys the ZX10 is on the stands. Let me show you why this is going to be my toughest
build yet. So from the normal eye yeah. Scuffed up decently. A little dent on the tank. Blah blah
blah. Handlebar broken. Oh ram air's broken. Okay no no big deal. Taking a look at this side. Yep
yep. Scratches on the frame. No tank damage. Uh case covers yeah scuffed up. Front's pretty badly
mangled. This handlebar is all good. Let me show you something else. So you take a little sneak
peek behind here. Holy smokes guys. That is a cracked frame. That sucker got hit hard. And I
mean hard to be able to crack it like that. Also another one I'm just noticing is check this out.
Cracked all the way down there up to here. And there's also a stretch crack right there. So yes
that's right. This is going to be a complete frame swap on this ZX10R. I am very excited for
this build because I've never taken a bike all the way apart and swapped frames. Let's do a quick
walk around for you guys of the entire bike. So you already saw the frame damage but let's start
with some good stuff. The back here is actually just scuffed up. Fairings. Subframe looks very
decent. I totally forgot. Let's go in the rear compartment here because the dude left is stuck.
So let's try to get in contact with him. We have to check this rear compartment because I haven't
even checked it out yet. Keyhole right here. All right we're turning the key. Let's see what's in
here. Oh dang. I want to show you guys probably sensitive information. Insurance card and
everything. So we got the insurance card so we can definitely take a look see if the guy's still
alive doing well. And we got a tool bag. Nice nice. Nothing else in here but that's awesome.
Rear seats put back together. The taillight looks awesome and check out this license plate bracket.
It's actually LED. I think it lights up with the bike being on. Let's try that out real quick. And
yes the bike does have power. It sounds whack though. Yeah check that out. That is sick bro.
That is awesome. This rear wheel has no damage on it from what I can see. We got a broken lever
right here but all the components are still on. Got a black shock in the rear and an M4 exhaust
with I believe complete system. But I've never heard of this M4 brand before. I wonder if you
guys run this on your bikes and if it's pretty good let me know. We have some pretty scratched up
case covers. Oil check right there. But I think all the oil already dripped out from the oil cooler
so I don't think there's any oil on the bike which is why I'm not gonna start it. I think these are
titanium because they got some color in them. There's the oil filter back there. Everything
is just pushed back. Check out that radiator. Crushed. Oil cooler down there. Crushed as well.
And this tire is sitting up against the header so you can just tell that everything is pushed back
because that frame is cracked. I'm amazed we have a good throttle assembly here with buttons as well
and almost no scratches. I think this is a reservoir for the actual fork so that it can hold
more fluid. We got Brembo brakes. This wheel is absolutely destroyed as you can see. We got
electronic steering stabilizer in the front Ohlins. That's a good sign. The ignition seems to be good.
We got a TFT display which is not damaged. That's a big plus. Smiley face. And just like the Yamaha
all the electronics are packed underneath this fairing right here. Right behind all of this.
The left side handlebar is completely broken. Hopefully these still work. Let's try to turn
off the turn signal with this. See if it still works. So the left turn signal is still on. So
what? Just push this in. Nice. It still works. Test the horn. Nothing. Horn's done. No way.
Is that cruise control? Bruh. No way. This thing has cruise control. That's awesome.
Let's try to access the miles on this thing. If I click this mode button nothing happens on the
screen. I don't know why that is. What this does. Oh you can select riders. I think the KTRC stands
for Kawasaki Traction Control because you can go from one, two, three, four, five, and off. If you
click select then you go up to the power option. Options on this is F, M, and L. I assume that means
full, medium, and low. So you know we're putting that on full. KTRC off. I assume that's traction
control. So I want to access the mileage on this thing and nothing else is coming up besides
battery, mileage per gallon, average mileage per gallon, fuel, and average speed and total time.
Well we'll figure it out soon enough. Moving back onto the airbox and frame. As you guys know,
very cracked frame. Airbox looks good. Tank is a little bit dented right here. I wonder if I can
PDR that. Moving down here. Check out the header on the oil cooler right there. It's smashed right
into the engine block. It's definitely looking like we're going to need some new headers for
this thing. This cover has some deep scratches in it all scraped up. Before we go underneath for
some bad news, check out this quick shifter that Kawasaki uses. It's horizontal not vertical like
the Yamaha or the Honda over there. It shifts forwards and backwards. Okay here's why I haven't
started the bike yet. As you can tell that's oil and check this out. Oil all over the headers. Oil
all over the undercarriage of this because I believe that oil cooler got busted. On the rear
sets there's a broken tab. It's all scraped up. To end the night we're going to put the lot number
on the lot number wall right over there. Add to the tradition. We'll catch you guys tomorrow
morning bright and early to start tearing into this 2021 ZX-10R. Wow you can really see how far
over the frame is. Check this out. If you look straight down the bike you can definitely tell
how that nose is way off to the right. I've already started my parts pile over here and
you know I had to put the expensive pieces on the shelf. I'm loving this so far let's keep going.
Kawasaki what are you doing guys? All this mounts to the fairing? Come on Yamaha even uses a bracket.
Why don't you guys use a bracket? I can already see some aftermarket fairings for this bike coming
out and the brackets aren't the right size or the tabs break and all that wiring is just dangling.
Big issue. Like I guarantee these tabs won't be the exact same strength. Anyway the front is pretty
well dismantled. Next the handlebars. Sadly I'm in need of some special hardware to take off this
box and the throttle assembly in this handlebar area as well as the steering stabilizer on top
these special star keys. We're going to pause on the ZX-10R and we're going to move over to these
motorcycle wheel chocks. Let's open them up and see how they work on the bikes because I can use
them in the back of a truck and in the garage. Sorry I got carried away those colors are just
beautiful. So far I'm really impressed with the stand. I can't wait to use it on my next adventure.
Great news guys we got a massive package for the ZX-10R. I can't wait to show you guys what that is
but that's going to be it for tonight. We'll catch you in the next one. See ya!
