because I get to do videos of some of the cleanest
and sharpest heavy-duty trucks in the state of Wisconsin.
And this one is no exception to that.
This is a 2018 Chevy Silverado Crew Cab short box.
This one has the LTZ package on it.
And it is stock number 16286Z.
I am here at Summit Auto, your new and used

This 2018 Chevy Silverado 2500
has a 6.6 liter Duramax diesel engine.
It is the L5P engine.
Puts out 445 horsepower, 910 foot-pounds of torque.
And it is paired up with the Allison 10-speed
heavy-duty automatic transmission.
This truck has been fully safetied and inspected
by our service shop.
Has a fresh oil and filter change.
All the fluids have been checked and topped off.
And this truck is 100% ready to go.

What I'm gonna do in this video
is go all the way around on this truck.
We're gonna go inside, underneath, start it up.
I'm gonna show you all the options
and give you the most accurate representation I can
of this vehicle.
Starting with the wheels,
you get the 20-inch Fuel chromed alloys,
and they are in very nice condition.
I didn't see any major scuffs or scrapes on them.
And it comes with some really good-looking
Mickey Thompson Baja Boss tires.
These are 37 by 12 1 1 2 R20LTs.
And they have right around half the tread left on them.
Frame and underbody is in exceptionally nice condition.
It has a Rough Country suspension lift on it.
You got the reservoir there that's adjustable.
Frame and underbody's in really nice shape.
Definitely some heavy-duty shocks there as well.
And that all looks really good.
Front fender's in excellent condition.
I didn't see any dents or dings on there.
You do get the projector-style headlamps,
the factory fog lights,
and the front bumper parking sensors.
I take all my videos in 4K,
so if you have HD capabilities
on your computer, tablet, or smartphone,
turn them on now,
because it is your best way to check out the quality
and condition of the truck before seeing it in person.
You get the blacked-out Chevy bowtie.
You also have the Z71 lettering on the grille there.
This one does have the Z71 off-road suspension package,
so you get all the skid plates and everything.
Has a fully functional hood scoop there.
The hood is in excellent shape.
I didn't see any dents or dings on there.
And you do get the cab lights up top.
Passenger side front fender
is in very nice condition as well.
And the passenger side front wheel,
no major scuffs or scrapes on there.
This color is called Black Clear Coat.
Paint coat is GBA.
And as I go down this side of this 2018
Chevy Silverado 2500,
take note of how clean the body is,
how reflective and mirror-like that paint is.
I take these HD videos,
so if you are far away or even if you're close by
and you just cannot make the trip down,
but you're still interested in purchasing the vehicle,
you can see the truck, hear the truck,
and have confidence in the vehicle that you're looking at
before you even get here.
So when you do get here, there's absolutely no surprises.
You can make a smart and informed buying decision
from wherever you're at.

Back wheel's in excellent shape as well.
And the back tires have just as much tread
as the front tires, maybe even a hair bit more.
Once again, that frame and underbody's
in really nice condition.
You get the Rough Country shocks back here.
These are the Vertex Rough Countries.
And it has all the remaining factory exhaust,
so it hasn't been altered in any way,
which is definitely what you wanna see
on a diesel pickup truck.
And the underbody's in really, really nice condition.
I didn't see any corrosion on the lower rockers
or cab corners.
And this one does have power running boards.
They are AMP Research running boards.
They even have some LED lights on them.
I always like showing both sides
so that you know that both sides are working properly,
which they are.
Only thing really to disclose,
one little ding on the box there,
but other than that, looks pretty good.
Coming around to the back of the vehicle,
you get an MBRP exhaust tip on there.
Rear bumper's in pretty nice condition as well.
You do have the backup parking sensors,
the rear bumper steps,
full towing package,
which includes a receiver hitch,
four-pin and seven-pin wiring.
And on the bumper, the only thing I saw
is just a little ding there,
maybe a little one there.
Definitely does not affect the performance of the truck.
The tailgate is in excellent condition.
I didn't see any dents or dings on there.
It does have the shock down assist tailgate.
You also have spray-in bed liner,
LED bed lights up there.
Bed's in really nice shape.
And that spray-in bed liner goes onto the tailgate,
which is really nice as well.
And it has the easy lift assist.
That goes up nice.
Going down the driver's side,
just as clean as that passenger's side.
No major dents or dings on the box.
And for full disclosure,
this back wheel, just as nice as the rest.
Down the rest of this side of the truck,
cabin doors all look really good.
This one does have telescopic tow mirrors.
They have built-in directional signals and LED side lights.
You can telescope out like so and fold in like that.
And let's take a quick look at the back seats.
Driver's side power running board is working nicely.
Inside, the LTZ package gives you
the black leather interior.
You get the latch child safety system
for any child car seat you may have.
Fixed glass rear window with the built-in rear defrost.
Seats are in really nice shape.
You get nice WeatherTech floor mats back here.
And they are nice and clean underneath as well.
And the inside and bottoms of the doors
all look really, really good,
as do the rockers on this side.

No Canadian market trucks here.
Tire and loading information sticker.
As well as the Z71 kick plate there.
Up front, the LTZ package gives you
the same black leather bucket seats.
Both of these front seats are heated.
Both of these front seats are ventilated or cooled.
And both these front seats are power.
Bolsters all look really good.
No rips or tears.
WeatherTech floor mats up here as well.
Auto headlamps, turndown four-wheel drive,
factory brake controller, tilt, telescopic steering wheel,
and power windows, locks, and mirrors.
These mirrors do power fold in,
which I suspected when I put that in before.
But I always like showing both sides
so that you know that both sides are working properly.
You also have the memory driver's seat
and the Bose premium sound system.
Let's hop inside, check out the miles, the radio,
and everything that this one has to offer on the interior.
You can see this truck has 46,830 miles on it.
You get the digital speedometer, compass display,
and that Z71 instrument cluster there.
The instrument cluster itself is very nice and clean.
Comes with the leather-wrapped,
heated, multifunction steering wheel.
On the right, you have information center controls
and Bluetooth controls.
On the left, you have cruise controls,
forward collision warning controls,
and your heated steering wheel controls.
Audio controls on the back of the steering wheel.
There's your shifter for that six-speed
Allison heavy-duty automatic transmission.
And this one has the Chevy infotainment radio.
This one does have the factory navigation system.
There's Highway 41, so that is working nicely.
You also have a CD player on here.
You do get AM, FM, and SiriusXM radio capabilities.
You also have down here, I'm sorry,
you also have all your different apps.
This one does have projection
where you can project your cell phone to the screen
via Android Auto or Apple CarPlay.
You got traffic, my Chevrolet,
and the weather apps and everything there as well.
CD player, climate controls, dual climate controls,
heated and ventilated seat buttons.
You get your power pedals, stability control,
that's for your cargo lamps, parking sensors,
lane keep assist, downhill assist control,
factory exhaust brake.
Down here, you have two USBs,
a 12-volt power point, two 12-volt power points,
and a 120-volt, 110-volt, 150-watt plug-in.
Get a nice little storage area there,
as well as cup holders and a wireless cell phone charge pad.
That's a really nice feature.
Passenger side seat is in excellent condition as well.
I didn't see any rips or tears on that.
Looks really good.
The headliner is in very nice condition too.
Up here, you get your map lights.
This one does have the snowplow prep package,
and that's how you know that it has the snowplow prep,
if it has that particular button right there.
And you get the OnStar and SOS buttons
in that rear-view mirror.
That's also an auto-dimming rear-view mirror.
And the windshield is in excellent shape.
I didn't see any chips or cracks on that.
It is in very nice condition,
and it appears to be the original GM windshield.
All right, let's start it up
and take a look under the hood.
Starts right up, no check engine lights
or anything like that.
I would personally like to thank you
for checking out the video today,

you've been able to verify the quality condition options
and, of course, cleanliness of this truck inside and out.
There are those LED side lights on the mirrors.
They are very bright and work nicely,
as do the headlights, fog lights,
and running lights there.
Cab lights up top working nicely too.

we have the 6.6 liter Duramax diesel engine.
This is the L5P engine,
445 horsepower,
910 foot-pounds of torque.
Engine bay is very clean, runs very smooth.
And once again, this truck has been fully safetied
and inspected by our service shop.

There is the emission sticker,
and this truck is 100% ready to go.
I would highly recommend this truck
from a quality and condition standpoint.
Considering the age and miles on it,
this thing is in fantastic condition.
