Going On A Romantic Date In Nyc *Vlog*

So, it is currently 5.14pm and me and my boyfriend randomly decided to take a last minute trip to New York City and go on a little date. So, I just quickly got myself together, I put on makeup, I did my hair. The last step is just to get dressed, but I want to do this intro first. I'm very excited because I'm starving and we're gonna go and get some really good Italian food. Since this is such a last minute decision, I am like kind of struggling with what to wear. It's very nice out, the weather is like perfect. It's not too hot, not too cold. There's this outfit I've been wanting to wear and I've been like saving it for the city. So, I'm thinking about wearing that. It's this really nice black and white top from Princess Polly. It's kind of sheer and it like ties in the middle. I'm gonna put it on and I'll be right back. Okay, so this is what we have on. Let me show you guys in the mirror. So, the top from Princess Polly looks like this. It kind of just like ties right in the middle. And then these are the leather pants. The only shoes that I would have that goes with them are boots. But like, it's really not boots weather yet. I really don't have that much time. So, I'm gonna do one more look through my closet and then see and then we'll try another outfit on if we can even find one. Long story short, I'm gonna keep this shirt on because it's like the only one that I have that like matches the vibe. But I changed into these Princess Polly jeans that are just like a dark denim wash. And I can wear my Jordans with them. Just put these on and show you guys. This is what they look like. I feel like it just like is more casual and cool. So yeah, outfit is done and now I'm just waiting for Sam to come pick me up. He should be here literally any second and I just need to grab a bag so that I can put you guys in there because you guys are coming with us. So, let's go. We literally are accidentally matching because Sam's wearing a black shirt and gray pants and I'm wearing like black pants and like a semi black kind of gray shirt. And look at our shoes. These are mine. I got the black and the gray. And he has the black and the gray just like the opposite one. We didn't even mean to do that. So, what does that tell you? I'm excited. Let's go. We made it. And we made it to the nicest part ever. So hungry. I like this time right now because it's not too dark. But it's like perfect lighting right now. Like look how cute. And the weather is so like perfect. It's not cold, it's not hot. And we're praying that we can get a seat and we don't need a reservation because we forgot that like every place in the city you need like a reservation from like 30 days ago. So, pray for us. We ordered two pastas and I'm very excited. And we also want to get pizza but we don't know if that's possible. So, now that we're done eating, we're just going to walk around a little bit outside because there's like a bunch of shops and stuff. And it's so warm. I love when it's warm out in the city. Because I feel like there were so many times that we've come here like in winter and it was like kind of brutal to just like walk around. And then in summer where it's just brutally hot but today it's just so... No, it's like a perfect weather today. It's so nice. It's so nice. The area that we're in is so nice. I just love it here. It's so nice. Yay! This is the Oculus Museum. As you can see, the smallest artifact of the whole area is this right here. And I'm like... I made Sam take so many TikToks of me and I'm not done yet. We still have more to do. Oh. The job isn't done. This is the Oculus. And it's kind of like... It's like you can get on like a train here. It's almost like a train stop slash... It's basically a train station that also has stores. Like there's the Apple Store right here. It's really cool. All nice and big. Does anyone else think she's like a weirdo? Alright guys, so we just made it back into the car. We just paid way too much money for parking. Yes, we did. But it's okay. We are now going to end the night off by going to get ice cream at our favorite ice cream spot here in New York City. It's called Milk and Cream Bar, right? Milk and Cream Cereal Bar. It is so good because it has a bunch of different ice cream flavors and then you can put any kind of cereal that you want mixed in the ice cream and then they like really like blend it up together. So it's not just like big chunks of cereal. It's like blended into the cereal and it's so good and they have so many good toppings and everything and we always get it every time we're here. It's the best. It's so good. You guys have to try it. Oh my god. You know what I spy? I spy the first city date I've ever had with Sam. What? Bolton Center. Shake Shack in there. Really? Yeah. This is where we went to have our first date and now we're having our probably 100th date. Yeah. Isn't that crazy? We came to the city right in this area and we got Shake Shack. That was our first date. Yep, right there. And we were like 16 and now we're 21. And I wore a blue... Oh yeah, you wore the blue blazer thing. Not blazer, bomber jacket. And I wore the green jacket and the high combat boots. Ew. And I remember taking a video of us holding hands and like walking with my boots. Isn't it so weird? Like we were literally like children. That's so weird. Watch this person. I would never be able to drive in the city. It's so scary. Sad update. Sad news. We can't go to the ice cream place because it's 20 minutes away and we just tried to drive there and we got lost because Sam doesn't know where he's going. So I got scared and I'm just like, okay, let's just not go. It's not worth it and it's also going to close soon, so. That was a failure, but it's okay. Look at him opening the door for me. Yeah. Can you get my bag? I'm such a gentle man. I like your purse. Oh, God. I took my sneakers off because they were hurting my feet. Let's go, sister. We made it home. So tired. Oh.
