Okay, now we've got the recording on,
we can kick things off.
Now, Gav, Steve, Josh.
Yeah, I can, I'll tell you what I've been doing.
Yeah, yeah, go on.
Yeah, obviously just keeping an eye on all the news,
but I've been finding the Asian session
has been less reactive.
And with the Bollinger Bands on the chart,
I'm using them to go in and out of trades,
as well as your live signals and just clarifying.
I use some of those and I don't use others.
And yeah, I mean, last night I had a trade on Swiss,
on Sterling Oz last night, which was going well
until the missile rumor of the missile
in the US Marine ship, warship.
Yeah.
And then that went south,
but yeah, I've just been trying to,
well, I'm not trying,
I've been concentrating more on the Asian
because I haven't been getting booted out
or anything like that.
And this live signals have been really ticking over
the last couple of days.
And obviously you just pick the odd one or two
out of them that you like and away you go.
Yeah, you know what?
And that's actually the strategy I've been sort of looking
at the last few weeks as well.
And you can sort of recognise,
I think that, hit the nail on the head there, Gab,
like that sort of European slash North America session,
there's so much anticipation of Trump saying stuff
and this and that.
And a lot of weird news,
a lot of new services fighting for airtime,
coming out with all sorts of crap.
There has been more volatile
and the Asian session has been somewhat forgiving.
So that's a good thing.
Joshua, how about yourself, mate?
Anything?
Yeah, I got a couple of things.
Gold has been trading pretty well to the downside.
It's been having a decent downtrend in the hourly.
I've been keeping my eye on that.
And then what I was gonna do today,
but I don't have the account yet,
but I was gonna look at Euro-Aussie and Sterling-Aussie
around the RBA time since our meeting tonight,
tonight for me anyway.
Those two instruments have been pushed down a lot.
And then with the recent Aussie CPI not being as hot,
just wanted to see if the RBA was gonna be
a little bit more on the dovish side
to see if it'll push those instruments up.
I'll tell you what, that would be
out of the RBA meeting, right?
That would be the surprise, like a dovish call.
They've been really pig-headed about this.
And if we have a look at the,
as a different sort of a view,
the RBNZ, it was like up to around 60%
or something like that for another hike.
Then the consumer confidence numbers come out
and they just crashed, right?
So they automatically just shifted and went,
okay, we're gonna help here.
We got this wrong.
Whereas these Muppets are just pushing ahead
as though the economy can handle it.
But stagflation's in play here.
They're hiking rates and everyone's already struggling.
So it's gonna be interesting.
I couldn't see a dovish comment,
but the way that the RBNZ have done it, maybe they do.
And that would be a huge, huge shift on the Aussie, right?
That would be the real trading side of the market.
So downside, any dovish comments,
this thing would fall out of bed very quickly
and be a nice trade for sure.
All right, okay, that makes sense.
Anyone else got any ideas?
Yeah, Steven here.
I'd agree with Gavin.
Looking at the Asian and the yen,
the yen does seem to, in history, trend quite well.
And adding that Hikimochu or the Ichiban strategy,
that's what I'm up to in the course notes.
So it sort of makes sense to me.
So I'll be looking more at the yen crosses at the moment
just to see what lines up.
I'd like to get a bit better idea of the copy trading
and also the signals.
I'm still getting my head around all that.
But yeah, that's where I'm at.
Okay, so good one, Steven.
Out of, like the other guys were good, right?
You're isolating events.
Gavin's recognising the markets
as being much better in Asia.
You're not getting flushed out of positions.
Joshua, looking at specifically the RBA as well,
as well as gold.
For me, the whole strategy this week is the yen crosses.
So good job there, Steven.
I think that's where we've become so,
it's like a roller coaster, right?
Trading the yen crosses.
And if you've traded long enough,
everyone gets beaten up by it.
But there are massive winning days.
It's almost a bit like,
I was gonna say liken it to trading gold
when gold's a bit nuts.
But gold has a lot of good shape about it at the moment.
The yen crosses is where you don't need
to be focusing on it every day.
I need to get some better lines here.
This is the thing too, right?
And I'm not gonna sort of like just jump up and down
because we've seen the big shift down.
And let's see, Kiwi, we don't want Aussie Kiwi, do we?
Sorry, let me just get that up.
So what happens generally in the market,
especially more so in the sort of retail market is
you see that big drop,
and it's rumored intervention by the BOJ.
Now, I can tell you back in the day,
there'd be some aggressive US hedge funds
that would hammer this at a really illiquid time
and then put the word out that it's the BOJ, right?
They used to do it all the time.
And they're looking for that big trade.
Then everyone starts to jump in after it's moved,
like what Sterling Yen went from 216
down to under 211.
I mean, that's an epic move.
You know, if a dollar Yen,
it could keep going another 20 of those.
But what I'm trying to say is a lot of people
get in too early after that.
You need it to sort of settle down and go from there.
The best trade setups are obviously the ones
where we can see where nothing
was really happening beforehand.
And then we do get the initial move down
through the cloud is the big clean out.
But it's not easy, right?
Let me just get Aussie Yen up here.
And you can see, well, why didn't it happen there?
And then, you know, when you've got the cloud going up,
right, that generally means it's trending higher.
And when it starts to thin out, trade sideways trading.
And then when it obviously nose dives,
you start to get the cloud.
I can just move it over a bit.
Starting to sort of, like the same as this section here,
it goes the opposite way.
And that's a leaning towards lower levels.
But you can sort of see, it's done the nose dive,
it's sort of drifting sideways,
and the market's still waiting
to see what happens from here.
I don't think the BOJ go again, right?
They are, whether it was them or not,
is something to be known.
We don't know for sure,
because they don't actually usually come forward
and tell you what's going on.
They're just trying to give you the heads up,
just be aware we are gonna take positions
out of the market, right?
Anyway, so the end crosses for me is a strategy.
Then I would come back and have a look here.
I'll just come into trading economics.
I'll always, at the start of the week,
just have a look around if there's been any shifts
in the central banks.
And the ECB, now in a sort of a hiking sort of mode,
is a bit of a shift.
These puppies here, obviously very relevant,
because that's today.
Everyone else, you know what?
They were all on hold about 90-something percent.
You can see they're starting to loosen the verbals,
as in they're starting to give the market the heads up
that they aren't just rigidly on hold now.
We're starting to get a bit more flexible.
We're getting a bit of a time,
but 100% on hold from the Fed there as well.
So that's where we are.
So then you come back in and start to piece it together.
And this is where, actually,
where you guys all contributed there.
Gab with the Asian session, Joshua Gold,
maybe a bit of Aussie-Aussie crosses in particular today,
and then Stephen with the end crosses.
You can start to piece things together.
And this builds your strategy, right?
We do have the RBA, okay?
These guys are expected to raise by 0.25.
The statement's gotta be critical.
If they're dovish, they've told everyone
they're raising and raising and raising
until everyone chokes.
So if they go dovish, that's a huge shift.
I can't see it, but that's where you take
the subjectivity out and just be objective.
If the market's long interest rates,
well, then any sort of change in that
is a flush out of the market.
Right, then you're sort of going down through the market.
The ISM services PMI numbers
are generally well-respected numbers, right?
You've got the Jolt's job openings.
That would not be a high-impacting number.
Maybe in this environment, you can have a look at that.
But this services PMI will give us a look
at the whole industry side of things.
And then you come through Wednesday,
you've got home sales.
What I'm looking for this week is
the markets have steadied down so far as Iran, US, right?
We're starting to see the yen come into play.
It's to try and start to get a feel
for some of the data here.
And new home sales is probably second or third tier numbers.
See if it is actually impacting price action
at the time of the releases, right?
The Kiwi's got a very small economy.
They only have a small handful of numbers.
Come Wednesday, you've got unemployment change
and the RBN's Financial Stability Report.
That'll be something to look at.
The RBN's press conference as well.
So you just piece it together around what you can see.
And a lot of the time what you're doing is
if you've got positions on,
you're just trying to find out
where to avoid excess volatility.
If you've got a nice position on,
through the Asian session,
then you come into the European or North American session,
and then you get something chunky,
well, it could upset the apple cart, right?
Cat IV PMI number is definitely a number to be looking at.
And then you've just got,
we've got a bunch of second tier numbers, okay?
Unemployment figures out of Switzerland,
are important, rarely change.
ECB, and then it sort of rolls.
But once we get into Thursday,
the market is gonna, or the media,
will start amping up its discussion
about the non-farm payrolls.
Obviously, we've got the Canadian numbers
coming out the same day.
Makes it hard, you know, every second month
where we get those two numbers together.
It's just, it's always been a shame
that they aren't a part all the time.
Like, just even by an hour would be nice.
So, non-farm payrolls,
this will be our first real big check
of seeing what's happening in the States.
The US economy numbers have been pretty steady, right?
So, as Jerome Powell was sort of saying
in his last meeting there,
like, the resilience of that US economy,
and that's why it is a safe haven
when everything goes tits up,
because it's just, it just keeps going.
It's so massive, right?
So, we've got a whole bunch of things.
Friday is like the big, it's like going to the casino.
So, just play it by ear.
I think cherry-picking the best events,
like Joshua was saying,
with the RBA, we know what they're doing.
So, we know what happens if they don't do it.
You know what I mean?
So, that is a good one.
Plus, it doubles up with what Gab was saying.
It's in the Asian session, right?
There's nothing to really upset the apple cart.
That's gotta be a bit of a focus.
And from there, don't forget the,
we're trying to like just squeeze
some cash out of the markets, right?
There is some flow, there is some momentum,
but it's not exactly clear.
There's still a few things sort of holding traders back.
Now, and that's pretty much it.
Now, with those accounts, right,
I've just gone through the tech stuff.
I was up sort of half the night
sort of trying to work out what they'd done.
They've pulled a lot of data.
There is things in there.
There's a read permission in MT5 Manager
that we need to pull the history of the trading accounts.
And that's something that I've already chased up
with them this morning.
They'll get that done.
I'm gonna go through, make sure you guys
get the accounts as soon as possible.
I've got like, what is it?
I've got a few hours here before the RBA stuff comes out.
So, I'll hopefully get that to you, Joshua,
before that comes out.
Yeah, we've got about four or five hours for that.
So, that's pretty much it.
I mean, you go through the calendar,
you can find the best opportunities.
The signals, right, just to give you guys a heads up,
there are, so we're waiting for this.
There's a couple of tech things that fit into place here.
One was the changeover from Alchemy Markets to Pepperstone.
The second part of that was the rollout
of the new Primetime Pro version 3.0.
Now, I just made some changes about two days ago,
just to what appears on the screen
when we do have positions, when you put Primetime Pro up.
So, you've got all the take profit,
you know where everything is.
Anyway, they've come out and told me
it's gonna take like four or five days.
I'll go back to them, we'll try and get that expedited.
But in the meantime, I can get Primetime Pro
set up on your Pepperstone.
We get those set up.
I've got some live copy stuff getting added as well.
And, excuse me, so with the signals as well,
I actually have, I haven't really gone through.
So once I get Primetime Pro,
I'm gonna have to update the Game Changer core section
because there are a few changes here
since I first did the videos, right?
There's a lot more stuff going on.
Now, one thing I just wanted to highlight
was the alerts legend, right?
I mean, for level two and level three,
more just updated naming
so you can get a better idea of what each one is.
The level one reversal is something
that I've been looking at for ages
and I adjusted the way the reversal was identified, right?
And really isolating,
this is a really good one for Primetime Pro.
What we're looking to do is basically,
if you've got everything going down, right?
Euro Aussie, right?
Let me just get that up.
As I said, I will be explaining this to you in more detail
because I'm sort of looking at the reversals, right?
And you see these all the time at certain stages
or definitely when markets are trending, right?
So what it's looking for,
and I mean, these things are going down.
Now, what I would be looking for,
say an instrument is going down short-term and long-term,
if it gets into a massively oversold situation
on both timeframes,
it's like absolutely stretched on both,
that's when you potentially get the reversals
and that's what it's going to identify.
So, excuse me,
so when we do see,
Primetime Pro for me is a lot about reversals.
You can use it in shorter timeframes.
There's an alert status here as well,
which will be updated, pending, in play and closed.
I'm going to be adding all the signals
to one specific account
so we can actually track the overall performance
and keep a very close eye on,
really fine tuning the trade selection process of this tool
and then so we can enhance it as much as possible
and leverage up when we do know exactly when it's on.
So, I'll give you more details.
There'll be a whole video section on that.
I've got to do about another 15 videos
to sort of really give you a comprehensive run through.
Now, I've just updated this
so it's probably just having a bit of a think.
The pending trades, that'll probably go,
it'll go straight into active trades
because this front page now
sort of has the pending status on there, all right?
And so you can see down here,
the alert status, it'll go into pending on this page
and then when it gets executed, it'll be in play,
then obviously close when it's closed out
and that'll be moved into the performance metrics.
All right, I thought I'd tell you that
because there's been so much going on
that piecing this all together is a bit of a job.
All right, so that's the update on the platform.
Give me, I'd say about three or four hours
to have everyone sort of set up.
Then we'll roll out the current Primetime Pro
for those Pepperstone accounts
so you can actually keep using those.
And then from there, waiting for the new Primetime Pro,
the live copy, it's all gonna kick off, right?
So it should be pretty good.
Any questions on the strategy for the week?
I mean, just to reiterate, for me,
I like what everyone said there, right?
It's a bit of a combination.
Asian session is very good for nice, clean markets.
We've got like metals, gold and silver really calm down,
like just trading very nicely.
So if you're looking for metals, pretty good.
And then the Yen crosses, just keep an eye on those, right?
Because it's not like, this isn't a situation
where you just go jump in and start placing Ichimoku,
cloud trades all over the place.
But when there's builds up of pressure,
well, like there was, you get the massive clean out.
And if you're looking at like Kiwa Yen here,
this sort of price action here,
where it's crashing through the top,
through the bottom,
that's a volatile, uncertain market.
What we wanted to do is get back into a market
that's either very clearly going down,
then we can get into it,
and I think it's a bit early for that.
Or you're waiting for a massive clean at the top side.
We need it trending, put it that way,
before we just get in, right?
Because if we end up trading this,
well, you could actually be trading the ranges here, right?
Which is getting, using Ichimoku,
well, I was gonna say Ichi, not Ichi,
use Primetime Pro to get in and out
of a sideways moving market.
It always usually ends with a losing trade,
but if you get four or five, it makes up for it.
But we'll see.
I'll keep you abreast of what I think
the Yen crosses are doing and what we should be doing
as we go through the course of the week.
Other than that, we keep an eye on the news,
the market is so desensitised to the US and Iran.
I know there's stuff going on,
but the things that are happening now,
if they happened earlier, we'd see 200 point moves.
Now we're not seeing hardly anything.
But that's just the way,
that's a natural progression of a geopolitical event.
Goes nuts to start with, gets a little bit,
there's choppy price action, market becomes desensitised,
and then they just start trading the fundamentals again.
We are sort of close to that,
but it looks like there's one last hurrah
in that story with Iran.
I don't know how it's gonna end up,
but that's where we are.
All right.
Okay, guys, well, that's pretty much a bit of a wrap.
Any questions on that?
Yeah, can I just ask you about the Pepperstone?
Will there be a link in the Traders for Traders platform
to open an account,
or do we just go in and open our own individual account now?
I'll send you some links, Stephen.
Yeah, they will be on the site.
These guys, I mean, they're probably more professional
than most organisations, right?
They've got a huge, I mean, they're massive.
But yeah, and they wanna work with our clients
and give them the best sort of service
and opportunities they can.
So I'm just trying to work out
if I can get a couple of deals,
whether it's better commission structure
for our clients who are trading with their own cash.
But I'll get that organised, finalised,
and then send you some links so you can get some.
I knew you'd have your hands full,
so I didn't wanna bother you with it.
No, no, no, no, you gotta ask, right?
If you don't ask and tell me what's broken
or what we need, then I can't really do it
because that's just the way it is.
And if we do get some sort of structured deal,
then I will allocate a small handful of people
to specifically manage the clients that do come through.
So they'll know exactly what benefits you get,
et cetera, so forth.
So, no, that's good, man.
So just keep coming.
If you've got, I know there's account issues.
I'm gonna go through those pretty shortly.
If you have got issues with the platform,
you can't download the platform.
Primetime Pro needs to be updated
with the new Pepperstone accounts.
Any of those things, just send them through,
whether it's on the Discord or email,
support at tradersfortraders.com
or support at tptcapitalfm.com,
and we can get those fixed
because nothing worse than sitting there,
seeing opportunities, right?
Come and go, and your account isn't active.
Murphy's law, right?
I'm sure as soon as you said money for the account
to get maybe into today,
I'll get onto that straight away
because I don't want something really good to happen
and you guys not to be able to take advantage of it.
All right, guys, anything else?
No, that's it.
So just to be clear, Brad,
I won't do anything until I hear from you
or get a link from you regarding opening an account.
That's the deal at the moment.
Yep, yep, I'm just writing that down now.
Stephen, I'll get that done.
Yep, not a problem, thank you.
All right, guys, well,
let's see how I get cracking this week, hey?
Hopefully it sort of just rolls over
into a nice sort of week,
and let's just play it from here.
If you see a good trading opportunity,
by all means, get it up on the Discord.
Now, I know some of you guys are sort of part
of the Game Changers slash Junior program,
and then we've got a bunch of guys in the Maximum Alpha,
but wherever you are, the more joy you share,
usually the more joy you get back.
Okay, guys, well, yes, sorry, Joan,
I couldn't see you trying to get in there,
but better late than never.
All right, I'll get this video up on the site,
but let's move forward and see
if we can kind of pick the eyes out of it.
All right, guys, catch you later.
Cheerio.
